While no one welcomes an unexpected electrical issue, I consider myself really lucky that my work order was assigned to Roy, the electrician. Not only is he a proud veteran, but also a great stuart of Keep Smiling Services. He was extremely through in his communication with me about the work being performed on my home. Robert Mullin spent several hrs figuring out the “wonky wiring and switch configuration” in our townhome. Finally…. Dimmers, all switches work as desired. Recommend his services!!

The technician, Byron, was friendly and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem and found the turnoff switch for the outside compressor that was running nonstop. I am pleased with his service and he gave recommendations to move forward with repairs. Thanks Byron!

Robert and Trace came and provided great thorough service. Provided us with can lights, sockets, and attic lights and they look fantastic. Our home was so dim and now we have so much light. And we are smiling!!!

Marcus was excellent. From the moment he walked through the front door (shoe covers in tow☺️)I knew this would be a good experience. He is very knowledgeable/informative and explains things in a way the customer can easily understand. I also feel as though he took his time and didn't rush through my projects. Today James came out and replaced my leaking water heater! James is friendly and knowledgeable. He went right to work. James let us know each step so we were able to be ready for the water to be shut off. Everything went smoothly and the water heater was installed. James took time to show me the basics of what to expect and the warranty information. I appreciate the quick service which saved me from having the water heater break further and spill water all over the garage.

Issac arrived within the scheduled window; he listened to my concerns, looked at pictures, and went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. While repairing the leak under the sink, he explained and showed me what he was doing and why. After checking and resealing all the connections to the basket strainer he determined it was a washer that needed to be replaced. He was able to perform the repair and test it all within an hour. Issac gave excellent customer service and reassured me that the job was completed correctly. We love this company!

The previous post was meant to be 9 months ago....had to come back and send a more recent shout-out to our plumber, Justin....He has gone above and beyond installing new bathroom fixtures and was able to repair our broken toilet flanges and reset our toilets after our floors were updated. If you have plumbing needs and are in the Loganville area, THIS is the company to trust. Always dependable, transparent, and helpful. Thank you Justin and thank you Keep Smiling!

Called for an appointment and the specialist was at home in an hour. Price was reasonable.
The washing machine drain clog removal tried by 3 different plumbers and couldn't resolve the issue. Christian Ward from Keep smiling plumbing promised me to try everything to remove the clog. He worked hard for 4 and half hours with 2 different augers and finally get the job done. Christian ward was like a God send for me to fix the clogged drain. From now on he is my go to plumber.
