I had a slow leak on the main water line coming into our home. It was my first time using Keep Smiling Plumbing. There online tools and chat were fantastic for scheduling. The day of my appointment they were proactive in communication and arrived well within the window of time shared with me. Garion, the plumber dispatched to the house, was efficient, communicated the problem and solution clearly, provided an upfront cost estimate, and took care of the problem. It was refreshing to get a solid level of service that was consistent from start to finish. I would recommend them after my first experience.

I hired 12 plumbersĺ before I call Victor at Smiling Plumbing. Victor was the only one who was able to solve my problem.

Christian Ward came out to investigate a weird gurgling coming from my toilet. While he was there, he did some other great things including checking the pressure on my system (right where it needed to be) and educating me on different aspects of how my system works! It was awesome! He was very kind, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with.

Keep Smiling just installed a new HVAC system for me and it is FANTASTIC! I’ve never had better air in my house. With 5 pets we also added the AprilAire filter and they re-ran some ductwork so my daughter’s room is more climate-controlled and comfortable. Sammy, Jose, and Junior were excellent techs and so friendly, I knew we were in good hands. And thank you to William and the office for setting us up!

Robert installed a ceiling light in my living room. It didn't have the light bulbs so he went above and beyond to go get them for me. Light works great !

John did an outstanding job and was very professional in resolving our plumbing issues today. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained in layman's terms the necessary steps he took to fix our plumbing issues. I was also very appreciative of the speedy responsiveness of Keep Smiling plumbing to our call regarding these urgently needed repairs.

Garion and his team were great. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and was very patient in explaining what was going on. Hopefully I won't have another leak to this magnitude but would certainly recommend and would use them again.
