I have dealt with Keep Smiling Plumbing 4 times in 5 months. Every technician that came out to fix all different problems or replacement was courteous, friendly, and explained all service needed. I trust them which is very important.

I was pleased to be able to get same day service for my clogged drain. Marvin Padilla had been here on a previous service call and as before was quick to solve the problem, suggested a solution and showed me on line where to get the item. He is pleasant, thorough and leaves the workspace clean.

Helen scheduled our technician and kept me extremely informed to when they would be arriving and followed up with me to be sure everything went well. Sammy was our tech and was very professional and knowledgeable about the service.

Johnathon right on time and got some cool air really quick. All your service technicians very knowledgeable and reliable. Glad we’ve had you under contract for the last six years.
