Toilet in the main floor, pediatric hallway was stopped up, nothing else was affected, I was able to clear with a hand auger. However, I was unable to pull back any remnants of exactly what the blockage was. I flushed the toilet 10 times to ensure that everything was flowing properly.
Upon arrival customer stated that she would like a filter replacement on a single stage aqua pure whole house water filtration system upon evaluation of the plumbing system I found the pressure to be too high on the home at 80psi. I explained to the customer that high water pressure cause cause unnecessary wear and tear on all the fixtures in the home and gave customer options to fix issue and satisfy needs Today I Replaced the aqua pure water filter And installed a new pressure regulator to drop that high pressure down to 65 psi 1 year warranty

Project Estimate
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Jones. She brought me to her kitchen and discussed her remodeling situation. We discussed what she has in mind. This includes the orientation and what she’ll need installed. I provided two estimates. One for the demolition of the original vanity, replacing all of the emergency, shut, offs, and extending the PVC drain pipe forward. I provided a second estimate in order to return and install the various fixtures. She agreed to the phase 1 estimate, allowing me to move forward. Step one was to completely tear out the original vanity. This included uninstalling the original dishwasher and garbage disposal. The emergency shut offs were taken off and completely replaced with new ones. All four have 3/8 inch threads for supply line connections. Are used a glue coupling to add about 5 inches of 2 inch PVC for the rough in. A rag was stuffed into the pipe. I took all of the pieces of the original vanity out of the home and will throw it away for Mrs. Jones.
Kitchen Remodel: Electrical During the project The Homeowner stated that she would need to switch to paying via Financing. I charged her for the work that we had already completed and advised her that she has several dangerous areas that are taken apart and energized.
On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2017 Lennox 90% gas furnace. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked one 25x25x1 media filter. Checked blower motor and blower wheel, evaporator coil, condensate pump, uv lighting, ductwork, inducer motor, pressure switch, igniter, flame sensor, burners, gas valve, heat rise and have a 42° split between return air and supply air temperatures, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Came out to the Smitherman residence to discuss the ceiling fan issues and gave a estimate to reinstall a new one.
Upon arrival, customer claim that he had a leak from his meter to his house. he knew that it was from the meter to his house because some other plumbing company already came this morning and shut it off at the main shut off inside the house and isolated the yard line. He thought we were leaked detection and could find the leak in the yard. I explain to him that we work with a leak detection company and they would come in and find it but they would charge separately. I went ahead and called National League detection, and left a message with the customers name and phone number. They called him instantly and he is going to set an appointment with them and will call us back whenever they detect the leak so I can give him an estimate to either repair or replace the whole line. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a mold spot in the ceiling of her daughters bathroom that she thinks that there is water leaking from a pipe. After talking with the homeowner she explained that her daughter noticed it two weeks ago and said something but she forgot to get to it. To inspect the work I had to go in the attic, and as I was looking, I found a 2 inch ABS 45 that was leaking from the joint. I was able to pull the pipe apart, telling me that it wasn’t glued properly. I gave the homeowner an estimate to redo the ABS 45 in the attic. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. The Bussey’s were experiencing high water bills due to leak under slab of home. We reroute new cold water supply to kitchen through ceiling to remedy leak. We also replaced pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. Keep smiling plumbing is not responsible for drywall damage
The customer had a tub that was constantly dripping from the tub spout, and the pressure on the home was at 100 psi. I supplied an installed a new shower cartridge as well as a pressure reducing valve. I pressurize the system and tested for any leaks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty.
Inspection of the back to back bathrooms on the top floor. I flush the toilets ran both shower and tub and both sinks and never got a gurgling sound. Most likely it was a soft tissue blockage in the main line that has since moved out. Sons bathroom on the upstairs had a toilet that constantly turned on and off. Determination of the issue was a flapper that needed to be replaced. However, the fill valve was also acting strange so we went ahead and replace both. I also have Re quoted the gas line in the rear of the house. I would need to tie into the half inch line, going to the grill, and then run across the bottom of the deck, tying into the yellow pex style, gas line, running to the new fire pit

Electrical Diagnostic - After Diagnosing the Electrical Outage at 11065 Glenhurst Pass I found 3 Circuits with blended wire sizes all being powered from 1 20 Amp Breaker. I also found a GFCI that wasn’t functioning and a melted Receptacle behind the Refrigerator. Electrical Repairs for some of the found problems and Maintenance on the Electrical Panel was provided today.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Roussell. I was contacted by Hampton Restoration about needing to return to the home. As a part of the restoration process, they informed me about needing to reset Ms. Roussell’s master bathroom toilet. Ms. Roussell provided her approval signature, allowing me to move forward. I put her toilet back in place with a new wax seal and new set of closet bolts. The toilet is secure without any sign of wobbling. I reattached the supply line and flush the toilet multiple times. The toilet did not leak from the base and operated as normal. * 1 Year Warranty.
Gave customer estimate for multiple issues involving taking apart, a whole shower tower, removing a flow restrictor, redo the drain lines to the tub, and replace the tub stand. The estimate will be good for 30 days.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he would be needing performed. Once I looked over the job and wrote up a price and presented it to him. He was not looking for the work to be done today the quote was sent to his email.
Customer has leak under slab that only feeds kitchen cold side. Also he has high water pressure and thermal expansion tank is not working. Gave him options to reroute kitchen water line through attic and ceilings, as well as quotes on prv and txt. (See estimates)
On arrival visually inspected Trane water fed boiler hanging heater to get model and serial number so we can quote for fan motor replacement. Heater is approximately 16 ft from floor and will need a lift to access and replace motor. We will call supplier to check price and availability for part and email quote as soon as possible. Materials were delivered to the job site. Upon arrival I was missing a couple breakers Iwe’re delivered to the job site. Upon arrival, I was missing a couple breakers. I return today to install missing breakers.
I replaced a 150a main breaker panel due to its age. The panel was most likely original to the home. The panel is also made by Challenger. Challenger is known to have had some recalls in its prime. The new panel used is much bigger being a Siemens brand panel. 240v outlet installed as well for ev charging right under the panel
Customer was not home and was not answering the phone.
KSPEHC was called out for a broken water service line. Homeowner states while septic company was out they damaged the water service line. Homeowner was told by septic company that because it’s an unmarked private utility line they aren’t responsible for repairing the damages and that a plumbing company needs to be called out at her expense. Tech gave options for repair and replacement.
