Victor was excellent

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Dorsey. She called us out in order to inspect one of her toilets using one of our promotional coupons. I verified the validity of the coupon and asked her to escort me to the toilet. She is concerned with. It is the master bathroom toilet. Her concern with the toilet is that it was recently clogged, and that the water level in the toilet is low. I performed multiple flushes with the toilet and added dye to the tank to test if it was running. The toilet was perfectly healthy. I spoke with Ms. Dorsey about this and explained that it is just simply a lower quality toilet. I further explained that if anything it would need to be replaced with a better quality one. She showed me her other toilets as well. No issues were found with these ones either aside from them being lower quality. I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank and found that they are perfectly healthy. Ms. Dorsey declined a general plumbing inspection of the rest of the

At today’s service, Mr. Campbell was looking to upsize his existing car charger from a 30a circuit to a 50a circuit to get increased charging speeds. Mr. Campbell supplied the car charger, the receptacle and the breaker. I built an estimate for us to install the parts he supplied while running new wiring that is rated for 50A. Mr. Campbell approved of the estimate and thus the work began. The circuit breaker installed was a 50A two pole breaker. The wiring installed was 6/3 romex which is rated for 50A. The receptacle installed is a Nema 14-50R car charger receptacle made by Leviton. The face size of the receptacle is larger than standard and therefore a standard appliance receptacle plate does not fit the receptacle. Mr. Campbell stated that he would order a plate for the receptacle. The installation comes with a 1 year warranty from Keep Smiling Co. The wire supplied and installed comes with a 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Potts. She scored me to the master bathroom shower to show me the backed up drain. I ran some water verifying that the drain is backing up. She showed me a neighboring sink that was having a water flow issue. After verifying that the water pressure and thermal expansion tank are healthy, I provided an estimate. Mrs. Potts agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. The shower drain did not take much time to break up the blockage. The water drains smoothly again. That neighboring faucet had an aerator filled with sediment that I cleaned off. The water now flows properly from that faucet. The great for the shower drain was put back in place. * No Warranty on drain cleaning.

Upon arrival, customer stated he broke a piece of his new faucet trying to tighten it down. He installed a new o-ring in his cold side water supply line due to it leaking. He over tightened the nut and it cracked. The faucet brand is called avsiile. Provide Coustmer with an estimate to install a Coustmer supplied faucet due to him saying his wife is going to buy a new faucet online. Coustmer is going to discuss estimate with his wife after purchasing a replacement faucet.

Arrived at customers house with concerns of upstairs smoke in hallway keeps chirping upon inspection found that customer had a bad smoke detector replaced with a new one .

I returned to the Noble residence to follow through on replacing their main water service line. They provided the authorization signature, allowing me to move forward. With the collaboration of the dig team, I successfully replaced the entire service line from the meter and performed a minor re-pipe in the garage to make the overall project possible. This includes a new duel check valve at the meter. Once all the work was completed, the home was pressurized and purged of any air in the system. All of the new connections had no signs of leaks. I re-examined the meter to see if there could be another hidden leak somewhere under the slab. The meter was static. Meaning there shouldn’t be another leak. I also applied hydraulic cement at the foundation in the garage where the new waterline enters through. Mr. and Mrs. Noble will keep and eye on things in case we need to get called back out again. I advised them to inspect the work over the next couple of days. * 5 Year Warranty for the ext

Upon arrival customer stated that he had a leak coming from an upstairs toilet that has leaked through the floor and through the kitchen ceiling on to the floor below and he would like to make sure that no pipe had burst. Upon my inspection we found that the leak is coming from the on/off switch on the bidet seat. The bidet seat had been leaking for a couple days and had flooded his bathroom. I gave the customer 2 options. One to replace the bidet seat and one to get rid of it entirely. Customer states that he will be able to take it out himself and will have his family member come and replace the drywall.

KSPEHC was called out fora drain issue. Once on site homeowner explained she has already had a tech out from a different company. This tech performed a sewer camera inspection. A soft tissue blockage was found which signifies a partial or fully collapsed line. Tech offered to attempt getting through the blockage to inspect the rest of the line to determine if more repairs are necessary. Homeowner approved this task to be performed. Hall bathroom toilet was removed and sewer machine ran through this access point. Tech was unable to get the sewer machine to maneuver through the turns in the pipe. At this point tech ran sewer camera inspection. It was unclear to see due to the dirty water remaining in the pipe. At this point major sewer repair is needed in order to resolve issue within home. Concrete slab needs to be excavated in order to access sewer line within slab. Once sewer line has been exposed the failed section can be removed and camera inspection started again at t

At today’s visit, Mr. Pedro is having his basement remodeled due to a recent flood damage. He is looking to have the basement wired to code as he plans to pull permits. To create space in the panel box to add circuits, the box would need to be changed out. Thus, the county will require the service be upgraded to a four wire system. We would be adding a sub panel in the basement to add the circuits into as opposed to taking all the wiring back up to the first floor panel box.
Prompt arrival. Concerns addressed

Leak in back from crack in pvc pipe for outside faucet that’s tied into sprinkler system, found shut off to sprinkler system by meter and turned water on

There is an active leak above the dining room. There is a bathroom and laundry room that sits above the area that has the issue. Will need to cut the sheet rock in the dining room, to further investigate the problem area. We do not repair sheet. Will create an additional estimate once the problem is located. After cutting and tracing where the water was at most. Found a screw that was all the way through the pex pipe in the dining room ceiling. Need to cut the section that has the hole and replace back with repair coupling.

On arrival to inspect for HVAC leaking found that the 1/4” copper condensation drain line was not insulated on the outside of the building causing it to freeze backing up into condensate pump in turn causing the pump to not shut off and causing it to leak on attic floor. Discussed options with business owner and decided we would reroute condensation drain line with 3/8” vinyl tubing, approximately 50 ft. Tested new line to ensure proper drainage. System is drainage properly and heating as it should. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
Service is excellent

KSPEHC was called out for leaking pipe. On arrival tech was taken to the attic. The piping in question is the hvac copper tubing concealed in black insulation sleeve. Since this is part of the hvac system an hvac tech is required for possible repairs. Tech contacted office to get this scheduled.

Very satisfied!

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leaking water heater as well as a PRV. After further inspection, I noticed the PRV was leaking from the boat where you adjust the pressure. The water heater was as well leaking from the bottom due to having water inside the drain pan. The old water heater had a recirculation pump on the hot side, but the customer stated the water will still take a long time to get in the farthest fixture. After looking underneath the sink in the farthest fixture, there was no crossover tea installed. Customer approved estimate to replace the 50 gallon gas water heater inside the garage as well as replacing the PRV and installing a crossover T underneath the farthest fixture. I drained the water heater to the nearest storm drain in order to remove it and install the new water heater. The new water heater installed is a 50 gallon gas AO smith. I used three-quarter inch M copper pipe type m and copper pro press fittings to install and connect the water heater. The ne

Isaac went above and beyond to replace my kitchen p-trap system from the 70s. He brought our plumbing into the 21st century and it has never worked better. He was very well spoken and kept me informed with the process of the rebuild.
