Customer stated bidet seat in master bathroom installed by Keep smiling was crooked when mounted onto the toilet upon arrival the seat was crooked I took off the bidet seat to get to the bracket, unscrewed the bracket, moved it over and screwed it back down fixing the customers issue.

$2000 Deposit taken for sewer line replacement. Customer has a broken sewer line in the backyard. Will schedule sewer replacement for Monday. Estimate already signed.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client what the cope of the job was. After looking in the panel and confirming that most of the wiring was aluminum I wrote up three different quotes. One for rewiring the house while the walls are still covered, one rewiring the house after it’s been demoed down to studs, and one for adding aluminum to copper connectors within each device. Quotes were sent over to the client and will be looked over. Dispatch fee was collected.

Mrs. Gilbert occasionally can smell sewage. She has no draining issues, her septic tank is in the front yard there is no sign of sewage in the yard. After our discussion I concluded that mrs. Gilbert lives in a neighborhood where everyone has septic and probably smells it the most after a goof rain.

KSPEHC was called out for sewage on ground. On arrival tech was shown to the back of the house where sewage had overflown out of the cleanout pipe onto the pool deck. Tech inquired if this was the first time this has happened. Homeowner stated this has happened before about 1.5 yr ago. Tech asked homeowner if she knew whether she was on septic or sewer. After not being sure tech asked to see a water bill. With no ,emotion of a sewer charge on the water bill it’s determined that the house is on septic. With the cleanout being on the back of the house with the pool, the septic tank has to be in the same area. This area is full of overgrowth. Homeowner stated the septic has not been cleaned out or inspected since she’s lived in the home over 7 yrs. Arrived on the job and spoke with the customer about the job before getting started. After making some adjustments we moved forward with work. After instillation I helped the client connect their new cameras to their app. Once done I collected payment and left. Customers were pleased.

Came out to the Taylor residence to give a estimate on a special ceiling fan to be put up in his living room did advise the estimate is good for 30 days.

Mr Childress has a 30 gallon gas water heater and pilot went out. No hot water in 3 days. I was able to re light the pilot. There were no warning lights. Water heater will heat up in about 45 minutes.

After writing everything up and giving them a price on adding an outlet in the bathroom closet for a vanity and adding an outlet behind the upstairs tv, we moved forward with the job. Additional quotes were sent over for future work that the customer will be looking over.

Upon arrival, customer just wanted an estimate to replace a shower valve into a luxurious shower valve. She says she did not have any problems. She just wanted it to be replaced. The item She provided an Amazon bought item. I told her the steps I’m going to be taken to replace the shower valve as in I will have to cut sheet rock behind the bath, which is in the garage, only to make it easier to work and because she did not want any tile in her bath to be cut. After giving her the price our company charges, she decided to look for a cheaper company, only because she did not expect it to be that high. Sweat off shut off valve on cold side under kitchen sink and elbow to the left and install new shout off so disposal can be installed

The customer had a trippy hose bib, which is a result of high water pressure on the home, and missing a thermal expansion tank. There was no pressure reducing valve inside of the home nor outside, which was not regulating the pressure. She also hired a contractor to do a repair under her laboratory sink, which she did not even connect the drain line. The hose bib she was wanting installed was a frost free hose bib, which would require altering of the hose bib, water line, threading on a male or female, and also adding that onto the copper waterline. I did not charge anything in terms of reworking the waterline to achieve the customers goal, but she did not feel like our price was worth the amount of time it would take. The customer did not feel like her price was worth it so she said she will call someone else. I explained to her the discounts that were given today could all be applied during today’s visit. Otherwise, we would have to charge book price for any future work.

Found disposal had debris logged was able to clear, disposal does have bearing failure beginning, customer has been informed. And will reach with ready to replace.

Came out to the Reu residence to give estimate for a Tesla ST2 charger that Requires a two pole, 50 amp dedicated circuit for 60-90 FT away from Panel in garage to the side of the house Mrs reu Heard from Angie’s list that it should cost around $700 and that would be true running right beside the Panel .
