Minimum diagnostic charge Tested tub in question and could not replicate leak. Leak is most likely from water getting outside the tub itself. Caulking at base of tub is deteriorated and could use some shoe molding. I removed tub stopper and remove debris from tub drain to help slow drain. Lots of hair removed.

Technician performed tune up for 2 systems. Both systems filters were replaced. Attic system showing 20 degree temperature difference. Drain line was cleared of debris. Blower housing is clean and motor pulling normal amperage. Outside pressures in normal range and capacitor is in good standing. Basement unit is only producing a 4 degree temperature difference. Indoor coil is rusted out and more than likely the cause of very low refrigerant. Blower housing is dirty. Outdoor capacitor is very weak and will probably give out soon. Due to the type of refrigerant (R22), we cannot service this unit. Informed resident that a system update is best option for this system. Resident agreed to meet with comfort consultant on Monday morning (10-12) to discuss options. For the time being, running the fan is ok, but running the AC will just waste electricity. Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, unit was short cycling. Checked capacitors outside and they were still good. Bypassed thermostat to see if that was the issue. It was not. Unit came on again. Checked for power at outside board. Unit was cutting out due to low pressure switch. Noticed service valves did not have caps. Unit has R22 refrigerant. Informed resident of situation, and she would like to meet with our comfort consultant tomorrow.

Upon arrival, customer claim that he wanted his toilet replaced only because the one he has is a little low. He said Since he’s not getting any younger he would want a higher. Upon arrival, homeowner stated that there was a leak in basement bath behind shower, and also tub spout in upstairs hall bath was not functioning properly. Inspected basement shower and upstairs tub spout and stated to homeowner that multiple joints on cpvc pipe downstairs were leaking and needed to be rebuilt. Also tub spout needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Presented quote to homeowner on repairs and he agreed with pipe repairs in basement bath. Isolated shower valve, cut out failed sections and replaced with pex pipe using proper transition fittings. Allowed glue to cure properly then turned valves back on. No leaks were detected after repairs were made to cpvc pipe. Made adjustments to upstairs tub spout and was now working properly. Still recommended replacement of trim, homeowner will think about it then give us a call if he decides to have work done. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Upon arrival customer claimed that her toilet was running and her husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. They thought it was maybe a flapper but was not after messing with it and that’s when they decided to call us. When looking at toilet I saw that the water was off but was not completely shutting. When opening the valve I saw the fill valve running and instantly knew the issue. I also saw that the husband had bought stuff for the toilet so I gave her a discounted price on each task due to them having what I needed. She agreed on estimate and work was done today. Before signing I mentioned the causes of why it starts running. And will be checking her pressure when done with everything. Replaced 50 gal gas water heater with Navien NPE240A2 tankless water heater, located in garage

Upon arrival, the tenant showed me the toilet where it was backing up in and for me that you would bubble up and you would back up in the shower he said he try to sneak it with a toilet auger and try to clear the blockage that when he told me that he was unsuccessful so then I called the owner of the house and informed him that I needed to pull the toilet and run my sewer machine. I also told him that I would be able to run a camera and just to see what was going on. After cleaning the blockage, I ran my camera and saw a bunch of buildup and a good amount of solids in the septic tank. I informed this to the customer. Also I checked the flange and the flange was sitting way too low before I pull the toilet. I saw that it was leaking into the crawlspace. I told the customer that the best way to fix that problem cut it out and put a longer piece of a PVC pipe. He said he would hold off to that you would most likely call us back. Homeowner has a 30 year old gas water heater that is operating fine and not leaking, but he would like to look into getting it replaced. Homeowner is gathering quotes from multiple companies and will call us back with a decision.

Replacing two failing Arc-Fault breakers with new standard breakers.

Customer wanted the drain installed with regular couplings and fix the fall. Removed Fernco fittings and installed new pipe and couplings.

The section of pvc that is going to the second in the hallways next to the kitchen has a nail in the pipe from either the framing stage or the crown molding. Need to remove the section of pipe that has the nail in it and replace back with new section of pipe. That will prevent all future issues with the drain system in that area, leaks or clogs. Replace back with new section of pipe, coupling, and a Fernco to make water tight. %5 military discount Cut section of pipe that had the nail in it, upon further examination the 90 fitting also had a crack in it. Cut and replaced full sections of pipe and tested to ensure no leaks.

The float switch on the sump pump is getting caught up in the channel where it sits in place, it is possible the outlet it is plugged into was going bad. Tried to use personal pump when plugged into the Gfci it tripped and will not turn back on, no breakers in the house flipped. Pump is now plugged into the outlet on the porch and is working. Made sure there was plenty of space for the float switch to work, also informed her to make sure there is no trash or leaves are in there for preventive maintenance.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what they would be needing. There was no Electrical work needing to be done. Our client originally asked about removing the old washing machine from the building. The dispatch fee was waved so no work was performed and no payment collected.

Upon arrival, customer claimed that one of their washing machine valves was not shutting completely and needing to be replaced. Once I saw the work area, I gathered up an estimate and talked to Morgan for approval. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got the approval and went to Home Depot to buy a new valve. Once arriving I turned off water for around 20 to 30 minutes. And began to work. I successfully got the old one off and screwed in the new one. While flushing I did not see no sediment which meant the water heater was in great condition. After flushing it I turned on water to fill up. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had hall bathroom shower that was constantly leaking. Homeowner already attempted to change out the cartridge and it’s still leaked so they called a plumber. After analyzing shower, I found that it was a gray delta cartridge. Homeowner mentioned that he just had his hot water heater replaced along with his PRV. I gave homeowner an estimate to replace delta gray shower cartridge. All the work that would be done would come with a one year parts and labor warranty through keep smiling plumbing.
