Upon arrival, customer stated that she had a toilet that is constantly running, unless she jiggles the handle, a faucet that was leaking out of the sprayer nozzle, and a toilet that is causing a loud thumping noise in the ceiling. Upon my inspection, I found that the toilet is constantly running because of a bad Kohler flush gasket that has started to Disintegrate, allowing a flow of water from the tank to enter the bolt, causing the tank to continuously fill up I found that the faucet is leaking only when it is all in due to a crack in the sprayer nozzle, I could not find a model number or name of the faucet anywhere on the fixture so I explained to the customer that in order to fix this, the faucet would need to be replaced because I will not be able to find the exact sprayer nozzle needed. I arrived on the job and spoke with Mrs. Brooks breifly about the plan for today. I then waited shortly for my second set of hand to arrive on the job before getting to work. We moved some things out of the way, got the ladder set up, removed the existing fan, built and installed the new fan, removed the ladder and cleaned up before collecting payment. Upon arrival customer stated that they had a leak in the kitchen that caused some damage and they had the sink and cabinets torn out and are in the process of replacing them. but in the mean time they have bought a new glacier bay mop sink that they would like installed to regain full use of the kitchen temporarily. Upon arrival customer claimed he wanted a tankless flush after looking at the tankless I saw that it was an instant hot type. And not a whole house unit. Unfortunately the tankless did not have any ports for me to do a proper flush. What I recommended in this situation is toilet the unit running until it malfunctions. Since I couldn’t do what they wanted on the “tankless” he showed me a faucet he has that drips sometimes. I gave him a quote on replacing the cartridges and another on replacing the whole faucet. Upon arrival, homeowner stated that his bathroom faucet stop was leaking. After investigating, I found that the diaphragm of the stop was compromised and needed to be replaced. After discussing with the homeowner about it he also showed me two shut off valves that he wanted to replace because one was leaking and he was worried about the other one to. After that he asked me to look at his home, filtration system and see if I can install both new filters for both of them. And asked if I can replumb them in copper. After he mentioned all this, I gave him an estimate of everything he mentioned, and he decided to have me do all the work. I also gave the homeowner an estimate for replacing his main shut off valve for his home after the city comes and marks his water meter. Issue: backside system isn’t cooling because float safety cut off the power to system due that system leaked water probably because it froze up due that is low on refrigerant. House has 2 systems. Furnace is gas Goodman about 21 years old located in the attic and it does the backside of the house. It has an air filter 14x25x1 that is really dirty and incorrect size, the correct size should be 14x28x1. Found blower motor bearings wearing out, and blower wheel dirty. System has been leaking water for a while because there is rust inside furnace. I also found condensation drain line cracked at pvc tee. Condenser is 1.5 tons Goodman about 21 years old with R22 refrigerant. Main reason for system not cooling is because there is water at the emergency drain pan, the emergency drain line has a flood safety, so it looks like it’s clogged so the safety cut off power to the system to prevent water damages to property, I temporarily took off the safety to check why the system is leaking water, f

Came out to the Lenz residence to set up google nest doorbell and floodlight that I wired and installed prior to her haveing WiFi as well install a panel cover and label it.(1 year warranty.)

Came out to the spinollo residence to install 7 new outlets,fix the power in the garage,install 2 dimmers 1 in the living room and 1 in the dining room ,as well as fix a light that was flickering in the crawl space.(1 year warranty.)

Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, technician turned AC on and indoor blower came on but outside unit did not. After inspecting outside condenser, noticed unit was not receiving any power. After speaking with resident and locating breaker box, technician flipped breaker for outside unit. At todays visit, I spoke with Mr. Matt in regards to getting the dishwasher reconnected back to the electrical system as it was disconnected during a remodel from flood damage. I provided an estimate for this work to which he agreed. I then installed the wiring feeding power into the bracket of the connection point on the dishwasher. I then made the physical connections between the dishwasher wires and circuit wiring. Upon completion, I verified power to be at 120v.

Came out to the Rucker residence to give an estimate on a transfer switch with inlet that he would like to move foward on Monday due to not haveing transfer switch in yet.(non -refundable deposit.)(not responsible for drywall damage.)

Came out to wise guys off of Brenton drive to replace a Gfci device on the back porch .(1 year warranty.)

We replaced front outside spigot with frost free faucet on 10/16/2023. Today we arrived to find that same spigot dripping continuously. Replaced rubber washer seal to remedy issues.

Came out to the Spinollo residence to determine why some things aren’t working upon diagnostic did discover that they are loseing a leg of power will come back after Georgia power visits.

At today’s visit, I relocated a wall junction box. The old existing box sat to low for a stick on headboard for the master bedroom that Mr. Bruce was putting in. He had removed the light prior to my visit. With this, I removed the old junction box in the wall. I then measured and cut in the new box so that it was be at the perfect height to not interfere with the head board. From there, I installed the fixture to the new outlet box. Note: it is to note the fixtures head is missing the set screw which keeps the light head attached to the flexible arm and in theory could be pulled off the arm. Mr. Bruce is aware of this.

Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, technician spoke with resident about thermostat. Resident would like an estimate sent to her for installation. She said she would provide thermostat. Technician inspected system. Filter was replaced. Outside pressures are in normal range. Unit is cooling with no other faults found. Came out to the Lenz residence to determine what kind of deadfront and cover the panel takes to will have to come back when the panel cover is in to install.

Upon arrival customer stated that there are leaks in the crawlspace and that that need some grab bars installed in the shower. Upon my inspection of the crawlspace I ran water in the bathroom, kitchen, and bathroom I found a major leak on the washing machine. The washing machine box had become detached from the drain line so when the machine would go to drain it was draining into the wall, on to the floor and into the crawlspace. I also found that the kitchen sinks sprayer was leaking down into the cabinet and finding a way into crawlspace through the sub floor. I gave the customer a couple of options and they chose to. Replace the washing machine box in the wall to fix the issue of the drain pipe breaking off in the wall causing the laundry room and crawlspace to have constant water on the ground when the washing machine is in use. Also replace the leaking kitchen faucet that is leak water into the kitchen cabinet and down into the crawlspace. And install 2 new shower grab bars

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mrs. Matthew’s about what work she needed performed. She showed me to multiple outlets that were in disrepair and several others that needed to be updated to 3 prong outlets from the existing 2 prong outlets. I wrote up a quote for replacing eight 2 prong outlets with standard 3 prong outlets along with installing a new circuit for the dryer within the utility room. I then called Mrs. Lisa Jones and explained to her the situation, my recommendations for correcting the issues, and what the price would be to do so. She liked our pricing so I got to work. Issue: system not cooling properly due that is low on refrigerant. House has 1 system. Furnace is gas Carrier about 15 years old located in the garage. It has an air filter 16x25x1. Found system leaking water. Found blower wheel dirty, suggested to pull it out and clean it. Found control board with a resistor thar has been overheating, suggested to replace control board. Condenser is 2.5 tons Carrier about 15 years old located left side of the house with R410a refrigerant. Found condenser coil dirty, suggested chemical cleaning it. Main reason for system not cooling properly is due that is low on refrigerant about 3 to 3.5 pounds of R410a refrigerant, I quoted for 3.5 pounds and explained customer that there is no warranty on refrigerant even if it leaks out by next day, suggested to perform electronic or nitrogen leak search to find refrigerant leak, leak repair cost will depend on the location of the leak. System is currently cooling with a Delta T of 13.1 degrees at this time, exp

Upon arrival, customer stated that Leak Detection company detected water damage was caused from overflow in was being machine drain. Drain is cast iron. Outlet box for drain and valves is metal and was corroded with holes on the bottom. When drain overflowed, all water went straight down behind drywall and spread under floor. Ran flex shaft drain snake and tested by running water directly into drain. No backing up occurred. Did recommend replacement of laundry outlet box and left quote for replacement. He had it taken down for cleaning but, due to its complex nature, it was difficult to put back. I wrote up a quote to reinstall the globe to the light fixture.
