At today’s visit, Mrs. Cari has been experiencing an issue with her pool equipment. She stated that when power is lost to the house, once it has been restored the pool equipment stops working when it should be automatic. I informed Mrs. Cari that we do not handle the communication wiring and electronic portion of the equipment however we are able to help with the Electeicsl wiring providing power to the pool panel, as well as the 120/240 volt wiring supplying power from the breakers. An estimate was provided for a lowest level of diagnostic work to test the pool panel and breakers, ensure all connections were made and tightly made, and that that portion is in proper working order. Mrs. Cari agreed to this estimate. Therefore, during the diagnostic, I determined that the pool panel is getting power from the meter disconnect. The feeder wiring for the pool panel is connected to the load side cable of the service disconnect by means of a clamping connector to the load side wiring. The vol

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had 40 gallon gas water heater in garage that he was wanting an estimate to replace because it is getting up there in age. After talking with the homeowner I found that This was a rental property but the homeowner move back in to do some work. Homeowner is also wanting an estimate to remodel his upstairs master bath. Homeowner also mentioned that when they take a shower, the pipes will rattle. After inspecting work, I was able to give homeowner a proper estimate to replace the 40 gallon gas water heater with a new Bradford white 40 gallon gas with a 10 year warranty and a new PRV. I went over the different options with the homeowner and explained everything to him. Homeowner said he will think about it and give us a call if he wants to move forward with the work. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Malanoski. You brought me to the master bathroom to show me the running tub. This was due to the hot stem of the three handle shower valve. I informed Mr. Malanoski of the various risks and steps involved when working on a three handle shower valve. I first presented an estimate for removing the original stem and attempting to rework it and replace any washers. This did not work, so I presented a new estimate for replacing the hot and cold stems entirely I could find them at the nearby Home Depot. I managed to find the matching stems and attempted the replacement. The hot stem was able to be replaced, but the cold stem could not due to the handle and screw being stuck on the stem. I turned the water on to the home to test the valve. The hot and cold water turn on and off properly. I informed Mr. Malanoski about the cold stem. I adjusted the estimate to reflect charging only the hot stem. When verifying the water pressure I discovered that the therma

Mrs. Lambert also showed me the bidet seat she wanted installed onto it. I assessed the toilet for a brief minute and asked her to show me the new toilet before putting an estimate together. The estimate for replacing the toilet was generated and agreed upon. Mrs. Lambert signed the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I uninstalled the original toilet and cleaned up the tile and flange in order to eventually install the new one. Both the flange and shut off were perfectly healthy. I fully installed the new toilet and attached the bidet seat to it instead of the normal seat. Once all the attachments were completed, I turned the water on in order to flush the toilet several times and to test the bidet. It successfully flushes with no signs of leakage anywhere. A ring of caulk was applied around the base of the toilet. The bidet operated

KSPEHC was called out for a French drain having issues. Homeowner explained that fence work has recently been done. In one spot where the fence was installed a corrugated pipe was damaged. This damage created a pathway for mud and debris to enter the piping system. Due to the mud and debris getting into the pipe it will need to be hydrojetted in order to determine drainage ability. Homeowner gave approval for the jetting to be performed. After jetting the line out it was evident that drainage began taking place better than before however there was still an issue presenting itself. Due to this damage water was previously making its way out of the pipe which created a softer soil in that area. This pipe has settled more than the slope allows which is causing a belly in the line. This belly is creating a restriction of flow required to drain successfully. In order to resolve this issue the entire corrugated pipe from the broken section will need to be replaced and resolved as to cr

Mr. Clarke and his family built the home and the fixtures have not been replaced in 24 years. I sent Mr. Clarke an estimate to take care of all the fixtures at once, and another to do them individually. Mr Clarke also asked about replacing a shower head and I informed him that if he has me install the faucets then I will install the shower head free of charge.

Today the Custom Ceiling Fan installation was completed and on 8/26/2024 the New Brace was Completed. I arrived to the property and the customer assumed the smell of sewage was a gas leak and called us out thinking it was on our work. After testing every gas fitting bull inside and the pool there were no gas leaks. I did however, take apart the pool pump, and discover that the drain line once again was backed up. It was the same problem. They had the first time I was out which cabling it for two hours did not solve it. We originally sent out our manager to check it out, but he Ended up pulling the pump and thinking it was an issue with the pump. Due to the fact it’s on a septic tank that is unknown where it’s at. I recommended to the customer to have a septic company come out. I did not charge the customer due to the fact of them returning loyal customer.
