Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Guivens. I was escorted to the master bathroom as they informed me about their recent issue. They explained to me how the toilets had been gurgling. They also mentioned how water came up through the stand in shower. I ran some water to re-create the gurgling and successfully did so. I informed Mr. and Mrs. Guivens that this is typically a sign of a drain blockage. I opened up the cleanout in their backyard and discovered that it is completely clear. The blockage was within their 3 inch drain line in the crawlspace. I provided an estimate to run a cable in order to clear up the blockage. Mr. and Mrs. Guivens agreed to the estimate allowing me to move forward. The 3 inch drain line had multiple test tee fittings in the crawlspace. I utilized all of them while running my drain machine. KSPEHC was called out for a clogged toilet. Once on site tech was shown to the hall bathroom. Toilet has a soft tissue blockage causing the water to not drain. Tech was able to clear the blockage with plunger and tested several times after to ensure blockage was cleared. No issues at this time

Replaced diverter tub spout and snaked tub drain in upstairs son’s bath.

Upon arrival customer stated that the cold delta cartridge that I swapped out was not getting pressure to the faucet and also that he would like the shower handle repositioned. Upon my inspection I blew out the cold side supply line and no debris came out and then I came to the the conclusion that it had to be something to do with the valve it self. I turned off the water and took apart the valve and found that the rubber washer had come apart and pushed itself into the hole that supplies water to the faucet. I replaced the rubber washer and cleaned out the valve and put it back to together everything is working good now.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Graham. She informed me about what her and her husband believe they’ve noticed with their toilets and the water heater. They believe the toilets have been gurgling recently. They’re also cautious on if the water heater is malfunctioning. We began by Mrs. Graham escorting me around to each of the toilets so that I can observe them. I flushed each of the three toilets several times and ran water from other fixtures. At no point did the toilets gurgle. At one point one of the toilets did have a strange burp sound when you flush it. I explained to Mrs. Graham that this noise is not indicative of the issues that go along with a gurgling toilet. This type of burp sound is indicative of the quality of the toilets themselves. I do not believe that there is a blockage in the drain system, as I did not observe the kind of gurgle that indicates a blockage. We went down to the basement to take a look at the water heater. On arrival inspected system for too much heat upstairs. Inspected zone system and found the upstairs zone damper failed. Found a loose bolt on damper door to actuator motor not allowing door to close when calling for it to close, tightened bolt and tested system several times with zone 1 and zone 2 separately and damper is opening and closing properly. Arrived at wages funeral services. They had a woman’s bathroom that one of the toilet was clogged and was not flushing. After talking with one of the representatives, they explained that they tried to plunge it, but was unsuccessful so they put a out of order sign over the stall. I explained to the representative that I could order the toilet with an attempt to clear the blockage, and if I am successful, then we are good, but if I am unsuccessful, we would have to move to pull in the toilet and running and drain machine. I gave representative an estimate to auger the woman’s bathroom toilet with the attempt to clear the blockage. Representative accepted. I did the work. When work was completed, I tested by putting some tissue in the toilet and flushing it a good 5-7 times, and everything flowed well. Upon arrival customer stated that she had a clogged shower drain, shower head that continues to drip, 2 leaky faucets, and a drain in the tub that would not stay up to drain tub. Arrived on the job and looked over what issue our client was having. After some diagnosing I got the fan motor replaced and our customer was very pleased so payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty.

Came out to The Lewis residence to diagnose why there bathroom outlets where not working upon diagnostic discovered there are 5 outlets in total which are GFCIs and you only need one where the power comes in at which in this case is in the garage and then feeds the bathroom advised Mr.Lewis on changing all those GFCIs besides the one in the garage to a standard outlet he declined at this time as well as I recommend to change the one in the garage due to what he told me which is they continue to trip pretty frequently.(no warranty.)Reset Gfci in the garage and restored power.

Upon arrival Coustmer stated she had a kitchen faucet that would not shut off all the way. After further inspection I noticed it was faulty due to age. She approved estimate to replace the faucet itself. We installed a single handle moen kitchen faucet. After installation was completed we turned the water back on to test for any leaks to make sure our repair was free of leaks.

On arrival found Nest thermostat not working properly. After further inspection found that the thermostats were not wired with the “C” common wire at furnace terminals. Wired properly and system began to heat as it should, thermostats working. Nest customer service informed homeowner if this addition of the common wire does not remedy the problem they would send him a new thermostat. Tested system and it is working. Diagnosing the fan to confirm it still works properly. I offered to check the fan and make sure it still works without reinstalling it. Our customer agreed to reinstall it himself so I got to diagnosing. Once completed I found that the remote was having issues communicating with the receiver above the fan. So I replaced the battery within the remote and confirmed everything worked. Customer was more than pleased so payment was collected.

Upon arrival the garbage disposal was jammed. Got the blades free but seized up almost instantly again. One of the blades on the disposal itself has broken off and is causing the seizure of the issue. Replacing the garbage disposal with the same model will fix all problems associated with the unit. Removed the old garbage disposal and collar. Replaced back with new badger 5, installed new collar. Filled the sink and tested for leaks.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he would like performed. I wrote up a price for upgrading the size of his panel and installing a couple of circuits during the process. He was not wanting the work today so the quote was sent over to him. Dispatch fee was collected.

Upon arrival customer stated that he had a plumber/contractor start and rough in a master bathroom renovation. He had roughed in a double vanity, moved the drain and water line for the toilet, and a walk in tub. Today the customer wanted a price to finish out the previously stated work. Arrival customer claim that he wanted an estimate to replace around 75 feet of galvanized and add a PRV. He stated that the only reason he’s getting estimates right now is because he initially started getting a pressure issue and a plumbing company did not know where the “existing prv” was at and thought that it was underground and come to find out when they were digging trying to find it, he has galvanized piping. What the last plumbing company recommended to do was to instead of trying to find it and replace it there, they would replace the whole water line and put in the prv inside the crawlspace. The last companies quoted him around 3000 dollars unfortunately I couldn’t go that low but I did offer him 5 year warranty instead of what all other companies are promising (1 year) He said to send him the estimate to his email and will cal us back if he decides to use us. Customer stated his bathroom light was not working. He also mentioned the fan sounded weak. I initially figured it might be a voltage issue, but upon further inspection, I was able to determine that it was a bad bulb. As for the fan, it’s started to pick up speed but it was extremely loud. I then proceeded to replace the motor and fan of the unit. Once installed the fan was much stronger and quiet. Customer also mentioned that they were happy with the results.

Replacing two arc-fault breakers with standard breakers as well as replacing the standard outlets in each bathroom with GFCI outlets. After replacing the breakers I found that the fan had taken damage from a speed variable switch that our client installed previously. I wrote up a price for them to replace the lot of them and to move a fixture. Customer was pleased with the work performed so payment was collected.

It is several years old and has begun to leak out of the side of the showerhead body, which is reducing the pressure coming from the spout. Advised homeowner that it will be time to install a new showerhead, but they will need to go out and figure out what showerhead they would like to put in.
