Upon arrival customer claimed he wanted his kitchen faucet replaced. I gave home some options on pricing . He chose the better option for the faucet. After him agreeing, I made my way to Home Depot and chose the one he wanted. After installing the faucet I saw shark bite shut offs under his sink and mentioned to him what any shark bite fittings can do. (Notorious for popping out and creating a flood) he asked to give him a price on replacing all three shutoffs he had down there. After giving him price he agreed to do it if I gave him a discount on the faucet. I collected signatures since I did change price and work was done today. After making the last connection, I turned water on to check for leaks and no leaks were seen. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing !!!!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Hargrove. She escorted me to the water heater in her garage in order to explain her potential issue. She had noticed a terminated pipe in the backyard was dripping, and had caution that it was from the T&P valve on the water heater. There are two terminations on this wall. One is 3/4” pipe. This other is 1/2” pipe. Water was only dripping from the 1/2” pipe. The dripping water is also cold. I explained my method for inspecting whether or not this valve was tripping and expelling water. After checking the water pressure I asked Mrs. Hargrove to run only the hot water from all of her bathtubs. After some time had passed, I asked her to turn off the bathtubs in order to allow as much thermal expansion buildup as possible within the water heater. This test was performed twice. At no point did the T&P valve trip. Based on this test, I expressed to Mrs. Hargrove that I believe the dripping water is coming from the HVAC. She agreed to let me text dispatch i
I arrived to the property and the customer had a garbage disposal that was 36 years old and not working, he had two Delta bathroom faucets that were leaking anytime they were turned on. I supplied and installed two new bathroom, faucets, and a new half horsepower garbage disposal for the customer. The cartridges to fix the faucets were unavailable and I told the customer and have it done today so I ended up eating the extra cost of faucets today. There is a one year parts and labor warranty.
Leak in guest bathroom caused by improper tile work. Referred to remediation. Will give quote for rebuild after demo is completed.
I arrived to the property in the customer had a leak on their main waterline to the home. It was ran in blue polybutylene. I also noticed some code violations on the water heater and the age of it was 22 years old, and it was unmaintained for the lifespan of it. The main waterline is 72 feet long. I also talked to the customer about ion treatment, which would descale his tankless water heater. The customer chose to install a tankless water heater, ion rod, a new 72 foot waterline from the meter to his home, and a new pressure reducing valve. The customer paid 25% upfront today. $7129 balance will be remaining for Thursday morning when I come back to install everything.
I arrived to the property in the customer elite coming through their kitchen/living room ceiling. After looking at the shower, it was very clear that the leak was coming from a missing tile which used to be a soap holder on the side which the renters son knocked off according to the renter. He attempted to seal the leak by putting duck tape in place of the missing tile was unsuccessful. Black mold was appearing to grow behind the tile. After doing a test on the shower, drain there appeared to be no issues with it. The pictures and summary were sent over to the property management group. The customer did not pay the $39 dispatch fee so it was left with an open balance
Upon arrival costumer stated she had a drip in her upstairs master bathroom sink. She also stated she did not have hot water. After further inspection I noticed the reason for the hot water was to high water pressure. It was at 90 psi. I also noticed the water heater was 14 years old and had never been maintained as well as not up to GA code. The bathroom faucets were approximately 30 years old. Coustmer approved estimate to replace the water heater, pressure regulator valve, as well as both of her bathroom faucets. The PRV was located right behind the water heater inside the garage. The new water heater installed was a AO smith 50 gallon electric. In order to install the heater I used 3/4 propress copper fittings as well as 3/4 copper type L pipe to accommodate repair. Inside her bathroom I installed two moen 2 handle faucets as well a new stainless steel braided supply lines for each faucet. After both repairs were completed I turned the water back on to the home to make sure both my
Mrs. Nguyen had high pressure at 110 psi, and stated she heard banging in the wall. I recommend replacing the prv and after installation was completed the pressure test was 50 psi. Mrs. Nguyen also wanted an estimate on a new water heater, I emailed it along with a $100 coupon.
Old dish washer supply line is leaking and will not shut off by emergency stop in basement. We will need to install a new emergency shut off for dishwasher in ceiling of basement. Remove old dishwasher supply line and test for leaks. Comes with 1 year warranty.
I arrived to the customers home and he had issues with flooding in his basement back when the major storm occurred recently. The customer was looking to have a sump pump installed somewhere in his finished basement to pump out the water but we were unable to find a low point or the area where water gathered the most. Because of the space restriction in his finished basement and the drain pipes being concealed by sheetrock, it would make the most sense to the customer to have his basement inspected where the water is coming in from stormwater and resealed so water stops coming in. I did however, do a safety inspection for the customer and the pressure on his home was safe at 62 psi, but his thermal expansion tank was full of water making it defective. The venting off the water heater was done incorrectly, back falling, and had gaps in the vent, piping, allowing carbon monoxide to leak out. The estimate were left with the customer and he has 30 days before they expire. The customer was o
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a kitchen sink that they were wanting to replace, they already have the new one. After talking with the homeowner, I found it they want to replace the sink because the wife doesn’t like the way the sink looks. They are also looking to have the garbage disposal taken out because this is the second one they have it’s gone bad. After inspecting work, I found it for the new sink. It is a single beam, and the drain is on the left side and I would have to reconfigure some of the drains to make do you think fit. I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to replace kitchen sink with a customer supplied kitchen sink with a new faucet and reconfigure the drains. Homeowner declined our services today. I’ll work would come with a one year warranty on the installation. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing electric, heating and cooling.

I arrived to the property and the customer previously had decided on us installing a tankless water heater in their home. I installed a navien 240A, which is prebuilt with recirculation internally. I also installed a crossover tee at the furthest fixture in the home. I also installed a halo H2 zero ultimate with the ion treatment built inside. I pressurized the system and tested for any leaks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty as well as a 10 year manufacturing warranty on the water filtration system, and a five year warranty on the navien water heater components. There’s also a 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger to the navien and water heater.
Slab leak repair plus pressure regulator. Upon arriving national leak detection was already here. Technician told me there are two strong spots where he hears high frequency. But didn’t know which was the one where the leak is. I jack hammered the first spot he told me where he heard it was and unfortunately it was not there. I then jack hammered the second spot and luckily we found it! (Technician was there the whole time) I took a picture of the damaged part of the pipe and replaced it with a swing joint. After making the last connections on the leak. I turned water on to test and there was no leak!! Cleaned up the mess I made and only put the dirt back. After cleaning , I mixed up some concrete and poured it into the wholes I made and made sure everything was even. After finishing the concrete I then continued to the pressure regulator and swapped it out for a small watts PRV, after making last connection I turned water back on to test and no leaks were seen Pressure regulator com

Upon arrival customer claimed their water heater has been failing. He claimed every time he tried turning it on the pilot light always went out when he turned it to the hot position. I tried it myself and it did the same thing. I saw that he did some work on the burning assembly and mentioned that the manufacture will void it in warranty terms. And gave him 2 prices one replacing the whole water heater and 2 with replacing the gas control valve and burning assembly. Once giving him the price he said he will get in contact with the landlord to see if he will accept us to do the work and will call us back as soon as he gets a response. Dispatch fee was only charged today. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing!!!
Arrived on the job and looked it over with our client. He explained to me where he would like the outlets and how many. Once I confirmed that I could install all the outlets in the fashion he requested. 4 duplex outlets in two locations within his garage, pulled from the junction box above the panel. I wrote up a quote and presented it to him. He needed to discuss the price with his wife before moving forward so I proposed a new price and we agreed to the work for a later date.
Replaced and properly adjusted both pop up assemblies Cleared and re sealed both p traps All work was preformed in master bathroom 6 month warranty part and labor Warranty does not cover clogs
I arrived to the property and the customer had two gas water heaters that he was wanting replaced. He also was very interested in water filtration in his home. I consulted with the customer and gave him a lot of estimates to replace and install water heaters and water filtration in the customer was interested. At today’s service, two customer supplied vanity fixtures were installed in the master bathroom. One of these fixtures installations required the box and wiring to be relocated to the right approximately 3’. Also performed was the installation of a customer supplied ceiling fan in the bath bathroom. With this fan, the light kit itself is a flat panel LED. The switch which controlled the light was an incandescent only dimmer. It was recommended to Mrs. Abigail that this switch be replaced with a dimmer switch intended for LED’s so it would not damage the flat panel. Mrs. Abigail agreed to have this replaced. Therefore, a single pole toggle dimmer switch for LED’s was installed.
