Arrived at homeowners home. I was to install two customer supplied bathroom faucets in the master bathroom. While installing the faucets we had to extend all of the supply lines with delta connectors. I also installed pop assemblies on both of the sinks. I also installed 1/2 by 3/8 compression stop on the hot side due to a leak on the old compression stop. I then turned water on again and checked for any leaks. Came out to the Keeney holdings llc to install 2 new forklift charger circuits one had a existing breaker the other did not.One charger is on site the other is not here but is ready for forklift technician to make connections if we go back out to make connections it will just be a diagnostic fee.(1 year warranty.)

On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2017 model Carrier 80% gas furnace (upstairs) and one 2019 model Rheem heatpump (downstairs). Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Replaced one 16x25x1 media filter and one 16x20x1 media filter. Checked thermostats, ductwork, evaporator coil, condensate drain line and added tablets, condensate pump, inducer motor, pressure switch, hot surface igniter, flame sensor, gas valve, burner assembly, heat exchanger, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Customer had warm spot on floor under Christmas tree,hot water slab leak ,quoted for repipe and repair.

The gas company would not light the water heater. The water heater turned on and is working.

The water heater in the upstairs closet is 8.5 years old. It has multiple spots are starting to rust around the outside. Customer declined to have it flushed due to age and condition. Replacing the water heater is the best option to get everything back into perfect health of the plumbing system.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had two toilets that were leaking from the tank to bowl bolts, one was in the downstairs hall bathroom and the other was in the upstairs daughters bathroom. After talking with the homeowner, she explained it it has been doing this for quite a while, but they cannot tell where it was coming from so they called a plumber. After inspecting work, I was able to give homeowner an estimate to rebuild both toilets. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. When I was done, homeowner also wanted me to look at both upstairs, master bathroom, vanity faucets because they are loose and homeowner is looking to get them replaced. Dispatch fee waived per service notes- On arrival discussed with homeowner replacing his old 3.5 R22 Goodman air conditioner and Goodman 80% gas furnace supplying main floor. Took several pictures and measurements of old system. Homeowner stated he wants to go with a full Carrier system, either single or two stage 3.5 ton system. Also he would like to keep existing thermostat or make sure if new thermostat is needed, it will be user friendly and not complicated. Due to holidays we will call for pricing and availability and build quote and email over to customer by end of day Friday. Replaced all bathroom faucets in house with Moen. Replaced kitchen faucet with Kohler. Replaced all faucet stops except for two under right side master lav that had been replaced previously. Also replaced stop going to dish washer.

At today’s visit, Mrs. Cassandra was expericing an issue with the bedroom fan upstairs. It had stopped working when they went to use the light switch so Mrs. Cassandra reached out to us. During the evaluation, I turned the light switch on and pulled the pullchain for the light kit on the fan. This turned the light on. I also pulled the fan chain. This turned the blades on. We tried to replicate an issue with a loose connection at the fan as well as the switch but were unable to determine a loose connection being present. For today’s service, everything appeared in proper working order. Should the issue happen again, I did work up an estimate for replacing the ceiling fan in this room to ensure that a problem won’t happen like this again.

Installed adaptors from Cpvc to pex and replaced valves under upstairs sink.,turned water back on tested and no leaks.

Supplied and installed 40 gal gas AO Smith 18” diameter water heater in closet,add expansion tank and ball valve,rebuild m bath 2 handle tub and 2 handle shower faucets and replaced pressure reducing valve.

On arrival found 2014 Goodman 80% gas furnace not heating. After inspection found inducer motor has failed. Made a supply house run and picked up replacement motor. Installed new motor and tested system. Furnace went through the proper sequence of operation and began to heat. Cycled system on/off to ensure proper operation.
