Arc Fault Breaker Repair Package After Diagnosing the Faulty Breaker call I found Blue, Green, and White Eaton Arc Fault Breakers. After performing a Function Test on the breakers I found one that had been continually tripping, one that failed the Safety Test, and one that stuttered about activation of the test button. After discussing options with the Homeowners they opted to upgrade all of the Breakers in their home to the New Eaton All in One Arc Fault Breakers. And they also opted to add Whole House Surge Protection to their home.
Came out to the Flores residence due to the basement keeps turning off no matter what she does while talking to her she told me that all the power comes off so I suggested that we take the fridge off and dedicate it then we can go from there.
Recommended having needed maintenances done at time of flush. Customer would like to wait.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had 50 gallon gas Rheem heater in the basement from 2012 that she has already had other plumbers come out and tell her that the gas valve has gone bad and that she needs to replace the heater. Homeowner has already bought the heater through Lowe’s and wants the plumber to go and pick it up and come and install it. After inspecting work I was able to give homeowner a proper estimate to replace 50 gallon gas Rheem with customer supplied 50 gallon gas. Homeowner declined our services today. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing in electric, heating and cooling. There would be a one-year warranty on the installation of the heater and all copper pipe and copper fittings.

Replace 10 gallon heater, roughly 12 feet off the ground on a platform above the break room. Water heater is from 2015, and has absolutely no responsiveness as the breaker turned on and off. At this time my recommendation is to replace the heater.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had 50 gallon gas Rheem in garage that was from 2017 that he was wanting flushed. After talking with the homeowner I found that he moved into years ago and he does not know if the water heater has been flush, but he said that he hasn’t flushed it for the two years that he has lived here. Homeowner explained that the house was built in 2007. I explained that we can flush it but we do run the risk of it. Getting pinhole leaks due to the rust on the inside of the tank falling when we drain the heater. Homeowner was aware of the risks and wanted to flush the heater. I checked pressure at the bottom of the water heater and pressure was 55 psi. Gave homeowner an estimate for eight $48 water heater flush. Homeowner excepted. As I was flushing the heater I was going over options with the homeowner about replacing the heater. Homeowner was interested in wanting an estimate. Upon completion I filled water heater back up and the pressure in the home decreased
Swapping out standard vent hood over stove
Tech will return 10 - 23 around lunch time to install water main
Upon arrival, customer stated on Saturday he was down in his basement and saw water dripping from the basement ceiling. He tracked it down to the kitchen behind the refrigerator upon further inspection. I found that the refrigerator itself is leaking. I let him know that he would need an Appliance company to come out and fix the issue
Replaced 1/2” recirculating pump with 3/4” pump and new 3/4” check valve, located in garage.
KSPEHC was called out for customer supplied faucet as well as possible pipe replacement for tankless unit. Once on site tech was taken to the kitchen. Homeowner explained that the existing faucet is having issues with the sensor activation for touches function. She mentioned replacing the batteries monthly but nothing is resolving the issue so a new faucet was purchased without the touchless function to avoid this issue in the future. Homeowner then transitioned into the room where the tankless water heater is located. She explained that other techs from other companies have urged to replace the piping serving the tankless unit. CPVC is connected to the t&p valve and pex is serving the unit for inlet and outlet. Since this home is just over 1yr old I assured her there is nothing wrong with the piping in place and other techs were trying to charge for unnecessary work to be done. With the age of the house being so new it had to pass final inspection in order to be sold and occupied
Keep smiling plumbing will remove as little sidewalk concrete as possible as cleanly as possible. Excavate 10 feet down to the affected sewer line make the repair and backfill.
KSPEHC was called out for a basement sink blockage. Homeowner states water will back up into a kitchen sink at night in the basement. During investigation tech determined the kitchen sink and the lavatory sink that sits back to back are both being affected by this blockage but the toilet and shower remain fully functional. This suggests a blockage in the piping system before it enters the 4” drain. This sink blockage will need to be accessed by removing drain and trap assemblies from the lavatory sink since the kitchen sink is hard piped and nor removable. Homeowner gave approval for tech to remove drain assemblies in order to access the drain line and attempt to clear blockage. While running sewer machine tech noticed black gritty material being forced back out. Not sure if this is coffee grinds or something else. Once blockage was able to be cleared tech reassembled drain connections for lavatory sink and filled the sink with water. Tech also filled both sides of the kitchen
