Daniel did a great job. He explained everything to my satisfaction and corrected the issue. I will definitely reach out and request him if I ever need any more electrical work. Helen was also an absolute delight, she texted me first thing in the morning to tell me when to expect him, and when I responded about a scheduling concern, she got back to me in minutes and corrected the issue without question. That is above and beyond customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased.

It is with pleasure that we share our great experience today with Marvin Padilla of Keep Smiling Plumbing. He came (exactly on time) to replace a small part on our downstairs guest bathroom toilet. He is such a great guy, patient with our questions -and very meticulous and thorough. Since the toilet is original to the house, we discussed the probable advantage of replacing it versus just the new part. We decided it would be best to replace it and thought he might want to come back to do that in a day or two, since it was already late in the afternoon. We were very happy when Marvin immediately said he could go ahead and take care of replacing the toilet today. After leaving for a short period to pick up a new one - he returned and had everything finished in less than an hour! We can’t say enough about Marvin’s kindness and professionalism …and we would happily recommend him to anyone who is in need of an excellent plumber! Please thank him again for us!

Victor F responded to a call about flooding under my kitchen sink on Friday. He investigated the pipe situation and tried a number of solutions unsuccessfully. At the end of the day he furnished pictures and we decided the best option was to replace the old cast iron pipe from the sink area to the main line that leads out of the house. That pipe was totally blocked. Monday he did all of the replacements that needed to be done and everything worked properly. Victor was a Godsend. He was great to diagnose, repair the area and cleaned up as well. He is an asset and valuable employee of your company. Thank you Victor F.

I neeed my Hot water Heater replaced. James Nuckles was the tech/plumber from Keep Smiling who did the install. I was completely satisfied with him and his professionalism. I'd recommend him 100 per cent.

James was quite the professional during his visit. He patiently explain why the leak occurred citing a defected flexible pipe installed by the contractor. He also explain that the length was too long as well. James answered all of my questions before and after to reassure me that my family and me were safe now after the repairs. He showed me the before and after picture using the “Bubble Test.” I clearly understood where the leak occurred based on his full explanation. He served us with a smile, and I trust my family’s safety in using natural gas to Keep Smiling namely James. I would like to continue to use Keep Smiling and James to handle all of my plumbing and natural gas repairs in the future… Thanks for your professionalism James.

I had a old and I mean old electric panel that I needed to replace. From the beginning to the end the project everything was handled in a professional yet friendly manner. Helen the dispatcher is fantastic! Great sense of humor, full of knowledge and kept me updated on every factor. Art and Andrew the electricians were right on time. No pressure to take the services offered by Keep Smiling. Gave my options. What and how long it would take and they did it in a timely manner, explaining what they would be doing all the way through. I had scheduled another company to come, but they were no-show, no call ... Rude. So, i had just seen an ad for Keep Smiling and they were able to come same day. Byron, our service tech was very nice and low and behold he discovered quickly why our A/C would work a couple hours and then shut down. We had to suck the water out several times a day ... downstairs ... not a fun trip for us old folks! We are now cool all day and we just Keep Smiling the whole day! Very pleased with Byron. He is genial as well as professional and knows his stuff!

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel, an electrician from Keep Smiling for the installation of an EV charger. From the first time we met, he was extremely professional and upfront about the cost of the project giving us various options. Daniel was punctual and set everything up as scheduled! I phoned Keep Smiling to do a spring service maintenance on my ac unit. They were able to get someone out to my house within a couple of hours, even though it wasn't an emergency call. The technician Byron was very friendly, thorough and honest. Keep Smiling even honored a coupon I had that had expired. I love that they send you a text with the name and pic of the technician before he arrives. Very good price for the service. I will be a lifetime customer!

Garion took the time to listen to what was going on and what we were experiencing, and did a thorough job addressing the concerns. He not only fixed our problem, but helped us understand what had been done incorrectly in the past, which was a tremendous help. He provided photos and details that were very important and helpful.
