Christian Ward came out to investigate a weird gurgling coming from my toilet. While he was there, he did some other great things including checking the pressure on my system (right where it needed to be) and educating me on different aspects of how my system works! It was awesome! He was very kind, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with.

Keep Smiling just installed a new HVAC system for me and it is FANTASTIC! I’ve never had better air in my house. With 5 pets we also added the AprilAire filter and they re-ran some ductwork so my daughter’s room is more climate-controlled and comfortable. Sammy, Jose, and Junior were excellent techs and so friendly, I knew we were in good hands. And thank you to William and the office for setting us up!

Robert was a fantastic technician that helped us solve the mystery of the microwave! Our microwave kept tripping the breaker, and after a short diagnostic review Robert informed us it was the microwave, NOT our breaker! What a relief! He was very courteous and kind, definitely recommend!!

Today James came out and replaced my leaking water heater! James is friendly and knowledgeable. He went right to work. James let us know each step so we were able to be ready for the water to be shut off. Everything went smoothly and the water heater was installed. James took time to show me the basics of what to expect and the warranty information. I appreciate the quick service which saved me from having the water heater break further and spill water all over the garage.
