Upon arrival customer stated that he has 2 water heater in the crawlspace and that he is getting hot water but it’s not as hot as it used to be and he’s running out of hot water fairly quick. Upon inspection I found that the left water heaters elements are on and heating but the right one is not. I tested the wire going to the heater and there is no power at all customer was advised that he would need to have an electrician come out and inspect the issue

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mrs. Williams about the work we previously agreed upon. After doing so I then go to work. I completed everything I could do today and adjusted the price to collect for the work done. She will be having us come back out to perform the rest of the work once she’s ready.

Upon arrival I was shown to the bath where the shut off valve is not functioning properly, it is not shutting the water off to the toilet. Keeping the broken fill valve continuously running and leaking through down to the bowl. Need to replace to rebuild the shut off valve and replace the fill valve & flapper to get that water closet back in functioning properly. In the base the whole house water filter has not been changed in 2 years. He wants to have the filter changed out. He has all the parts on hand. Cut the water off at the street to drain the house down. Removed the filter housing to replace the filter. Tightened back up and tested for leaks. Rebuilt the shut off valve in master bathroom so it will function properly. Also in the same bathroom replaced the fill valve and flapper for that toilet.
