Upon arrival, customer claimed he had a leak under his sink going to his basement ceiling. After looking at the leak, I saw that it was an emergency shut off valve. I gave him price to replace the shut off since it was all corroded. He agreed on price. Then saw a lot of corrosion on his pop-up drain . I gave him an idea of him going to Home Depot to buy a faucet and I will install it for a much lower cost from book price since I was already here. He then showed me his toilet. He claimed he does not use it no more due to it leaking from the tank to bowl. I gave him the same option. I did from the faucet for him to go to Home Depot and buy both parts and I’ll install them for a much lower cost. I first gave him a price to replace, but he was not wanting to do it because it was a little over his budget, so before he left to Home Depot, we only agreed on the faucet install, and the emergency shut off. While he was gone, I replaced the emergency shut off and waited in the truck on him to br

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a couple issues going on, the master toilet would run, the master right side, vanity sink. The pop-up assembly came apart, and then in the hall bathroom the same thing happened with the pop-up assembly coming apart. After talking with the homeowner, they explained that they just got back from vacation And have company coming over so they wanted to take care of these issues. After inspecting work, I found that it was the fill valve along with the flapper on the master toilet. I gave homeowner an estimate to replace the fill valve and flapper in the master toilet. I explained that if she went with the estimate that I would also re-hook up the pop-up assemblies in the sinks. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing, an electric, heating and cooling. Fill valve and flapper come with a one-year warranty through keep smiling Plumbing
On arrival inspected two 2005 model R-22 heatpump systems for no heat. Found that the main floor 2.5 split heatpump system has a failed compressor. Seals inside compressor have failed causing blow by and resulting in equal refrigerant pressures across both high and low side. Homeowner would like an estimate for replacement of full system. On lower level system found a failed dual run capacitor and replaced. System began to heat. Homeowner would like an estimate for replacement on this as well due to age and possibly of future major breakdowns. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
Upon arrival customer has installed a jet pump and need us to figure out why it was not working. Gave estimate to do diagnostic test on well system.

Metal p trap under master bathroom sink is corroded and leaking. We will need to install a new plastic p trap and connect pipe to trap adapter with new plastic piping. Comes with 1 year warranty.
KSPEHC was called out for a storm water drain in the parking lot not functioning. Once on site tech was shown to the affected storm drain. Water is standing in the parking roughly 12” deep at the center. This drain connects to another grate drain about 80 feet away. This grate is also about half full of water. The pipe visible in this grate is 12-14” inches diameter. At this time there is nothing that KSPEHC can do to relieve the blockage. Team members on site mentioned the issue may be due to slurry in the line due to resurfacing the concrete inside the warehouse as well as paint residue. With this being the case it is recommended that a mechanical company be contacted in order to have the right equipment on site to handle such a large drain line. Replacing the line from one grate to the other is also an option which would require asphalt to be removed and excavation to take place.
Couple of concerns she had with a outlet she though was overheating upon inspection and checking with a thermal imager outlet is not hot the tech thinks it may just be the appliance she is plugging in is really old.
I was called out to home, because they needed a new kitchen sink faucet. The notes stated that they requested James. Upon arrival found there was no hot water pressure to kitchen sink and drain under kitchen sink was leaking with a plastic bag glued around pipe. Gave them options however they declined stating that “I was not the one that came out last time and we are not the company they called. (See Rilla recording)
Upon arrival customer claimed their water heater was not producing enough hot water. I saw the age of the heater and it said it was made in 2004 . 10 years past its warranty date. I first mentioned what I would have done by replacing the elements but I told her what could happened if I do that on an old heater like that. She said she wouldn’t want to go through it and would rather be safe than sorry and just get it replaced, but she won’t do it today since her husband is on a business trip and would want him here for me to explain the whole process to him. He comes back the Thursday or Friday. So we will be expecting a call from them later this week to schedule an appointment to get it done. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!!

Office use only: Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Baskin. I was escorted to the living room as concern was expressed about what they suspect to be a mold or mildew smell by the fireplace. The layout of the house prevents the plumbing from being an issue at the fireplace. We still went around the home to run a lot of water to test for possible leaks. We found nothing that correlates with the fireplace. There is also no visible signs of water intrusion at the fireplace. They agreed to have me pass their information along to Hampton Restoration. Mr. and Mrs. Baskin had also ran a few other things by me. The water pressure was very weak. The main shut off in the basement is rusty. One of the tubular connections in the kitchen vanity leaks. The pop up assembly in the basement bathroom leaks at the rod and ball. The handles in the hallway powder room are crooked. The pop up for the powder room sink has the hole for the rod and ball closed up with silicone. I adjusted the water
Came out to the Davis residence to check and see if the was a switch on a wire or if it was just dead upon inspection did find it on a switch and it does work.
Arrived at property. I greeted miss Oana and she explained that one of her guests in the apartment moved out and they found water underneath the kitchen sink in the cabinets. After inspecting work I found that it was a inch and a half PVC coupling that was leaking underneath the kitchen sink in apartment C. I explained to miss Oana that I could cut it out and replace the coupling. I gave ms Oana the estimate to cut out and replace the inch and a half PVC coupling under kitchen sink. She accepted the estimate. As I was doing the work, the pipe basically fell apart, telling me that the coupling has came apart and has caused a leak. I cleaned up the fitting and glued it back together and waited 20 minutes for the glue to dry then tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing, an electric, heating and cooling. All work comes with a one-year warranty on all labor through keep smiling Plumbing.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client before getting started on the agreed upon work. I took some measurements to confirm the length of wire needed then headed to Home Depot for material. Once back to the job we got started on the uninstalling of the existing whip to install the longer whip we created. Once completed we turned on the hot tub to confirm everything came on as expected. Costumer was very pleased and payed shortly after.
I pulled and reset the toilet, putting a new wax seal, redoing the spanner flange repair, and reset the toilet and sure no leaks. I also called the toilet to the floor. The flooring company reset the toilet, which I believe was done incorrectly.
The hot side hose needed about an 8th of a turn to full seat the rubber gasket
