Homeowner has a delta ball style shower cartridge that has failed resulting in a constant drip. Water pressure measured at 55 PSI. PRV is still working. Keep Smiling will just need to replace shower cartridge.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a leak underneath the kitchen sink on the left side of the drain, and she also had a toilet in the upstairs hall bathroom that the chain broke off of the flapper. After talking with the homeowner, she explained that she noticed the leak under the kitchen sink and put tape around it, and also put a bucket down there to catch the water until she could have someone come out and look at it. After inspecting the leak, I found that it was the bolt that connects the PVC drains to the basket strainer on the left side of the sink. as far as the flapper, I explained to the homeowner that we could not repair it due to the rubber breaking and that we would have to replace it. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace the basket strainer bolt along with replacing the upstairs hall bathroom flapper. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Attempt to clear blockage and run sewer camera for stoppage between buildings. After sewer cabling and camera inspection, we found there is an improper fitting between the two buildings that is forcing sewer equipment to go across the lateral instead of downstream towards the blockage. Cannot clear blockage without underground sewer repair. Customer paying via money transfer. Approved by William.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a couple things going on that he wanted me to look at, and if the price was right, he would go with them. The first thing the homeowner had going on was that the kitchen faucet leaked from the handle. The second thing he had a hall bathroom that the fill valve would whistle when you would flush the toilet. The third thing was he had a toilet seat that he did not like any master bathroom that he wanted replaced. I explained to the homeowner that I could take care of everything but I would have to go and get the toilet seat. I let the homeowner know what everything cost it individually, and that I could create him a bundle deal to get everything done at once. Upon arrival, customer claimed that she did not have no hot water ever since our electrical guy came by and did some work on her panel. So what I did is I disconnected the heaters cables and connected my volt meter to it. Unfortunately there was no power coming to the heater. Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work she needed performed. After speaking with her and learning that the panel made a humming noise while the dryer was running, I got to diagnosing the issue. Once narrowed down I found that the breaker was burnt and needed to be replaced. I wrote up a price and presented it. We came to an agreement and the replacment of the breakers was done. Once completed I showed my work to our client and collected payment. 1 Year Warranty.

Homeowner purchased a gas stove that has not come in yet. She is needing to have a gas line ran to the stove so that she can hook it up whenever it comes in. Gave her pricing for running a new gas pipe across the attic and down to where the stove will be installed. Homeowner wasn’t anticipating that large of an investment and will call us back if she goes through with the gas appliance.

Leak under kitchen sink from basket strainer on right side removed and replaced basket strainer,tested and no leak

Upon arrival customer stated that his wife had come outside in the garage yesterday and found water leaking from the back side of the washing machine box. Upon further inspection I found that the 3/4 pex hot line is leaking under the slab. I gave the customer a price to get this issue fixed and he agreed he also told me that he would like to have access to this spot just in case this happens again. Today I jackhammered a 1’x1’ hole in the garage to dig below the slab to find the leaking hot water line. After finding it I cut out the section of pipe with the pin hole in it caused by a rock and replaced it with a new section of pex pipe 1 year warranty

The basket strainer for the kitchen faucet is leaking. Filled the sink up for some head pressure and when it was draining down it started to drip. When the water hit the bottom of the cabinet it traveled down the holes for the pipes and started to leak in the room below. Replacing the basket strainer will fix all known leaks. Removed the old leaking basket strainer, replaced back with new one. Filled the sink to test for leaks. Everything is holding.

Upon arrival, customer stated he wanted a shut off valve before his home due to the meter supplying a gymnastic gym as well as his house. The house is vacant and water is on. Customer approved estimate to install a shut off valve outside of his home with a new meter box. Work will be performed on Monday, January 20, 2025

Arrived to look for leak under kitchen sink and lose toilet. Ran filled up and tested kitchen sink no leaks detected. Ran all 3 bathroom sinks no leaks. Checked support of all 3 toilets and none of the toilets are lose are work correctly.

After inspection house is only 1 year old. Pressure is currently at 70 psi. Everything pressure wise is working fine. Kitchen faucet is having a little trouble working like it should gave estimate for new faucet and garbage disposal.

Faucet on front of house leaking,replaced outside faucet.

The tub spout in the basement bathroom is no longer diverting water. When you pull the diverter up it does nothing. Covered bottom with my hand to forcibly dieter the water. Mrs. Seaver has a delta shower trim box that has all the needed trim to fix the issue with the diverter, plus new trim for the valve, and a new shower head. Installing the new trim kit will fix any issues with the shower that is not in the wall. Removed the old brushed nickel trim in the basement bathroom. Replaced back with all new delta customer supplied trim. Tested for leaking and siliconed around the tub spout and shower plate.

I arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he needed performed. After looking at the doorbell chime and some other lights he would like replaced I wrote up some quotes and presented them. Our prices were too far off to come to an agreement so no work was performed.

Upon arrival, customer claimed he had a leak under his sink going to his basement ceiling. After looking at the leak, I saw that it was an emergency shut off valve. I gave him price to replace the shut off since it was all corroded. He agreed on price. Then saw a lot of corrosion on his pop-up drain . I gave him an idea of him going to Home Depot to buy a faucet and I will install it for a much lower cost from book price since I was already here. He then showed me his toilet. He claimed he does not use it no more due to it leaking from the tank to bowl. I gave him the same option. I did from the faucet for him to go to Home Depot and buy both parts and I’ll install them for a much lower cost. I first gave him a price to replace, but he was not wanting to do it because it was a little over his budget, so before he left to Home Depot, we only agreed on the faucet install, and the emergency shut off. Install new thermal expansion tank on existing heater with cpvc pipe. We will also install a new prv on main line due to pressure being 115 psi. After new prv is install pressure will be adjusted to 65 psi. 1 year parts and labor warranty on both installs.

Upon inspection heater can not be raised due to floor joist. Gave estimates to relocate heater or install a new low boy heater where existing heater sits.

On arrival visually inspected one 2000 model Rinnia wall mounted gas heater. After inspection found that the gas valve has failed. Due to age it is recommended to replace heater.
