On arrival inspected one 2017 Goodman 3.0 ton ac / 80% gas furnace. Found thermostat was set to off position. After turning in tstat system came on and began cooling. Checked one 20x25x1 media filter and condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Checked deltaT and have a 23° split between return air and supply air temperatures. Checked refrigerant pressures, subcooling, and superheat. Found subcooling was 5°, below factory recommended 7° to 9° subcooling indicating low refrigerant. Evaporator coil temperature is at 30° indicating coil may be freezing up. Discussed findings with resident and technician charged with .5 lbs R410a. Subcooling came up to factory recommended 7° to 9°. Also checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Found 45/5 dual run capacitor below recommended ratings. Technician recommends replacing. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Toilet in master bathroom needs to be rebuilt. Has a leak from the tank to bowl and fill valve is constantly running. We will install a new prv in crawl space to lower pressure to proper working pressure. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Technician came for no cooling call. After calling for cooling at thermostat, unit ran but was dripping condensate at furnace. Used shop vac at end of drain line outdoors by condenser. Sludge and debris was clogging line. Used shop vac at furnace to clean leftover water. Unit is now cooling with no faults.

On arrival inspected one 2003 Goodman 3.0 ton r22 AC / 90% gas furnace. Found heat would not run and had an error code for not firing. Tested in heat and found inducer motor is very loud, igniter is heating up however gas valve is not opening allowing system to fire. Checked blower wheel and found it to be extremely dirty. Tested in cooling mode and found deltaT is only 12° indicating low r22 refrigerant. Due to this particular refrigerant no longer available and other issues with system past and present it is recommended to replace full system. Homeowner would like to speak with comfort advisor. Collected dispatch fee only. Scheduled visit for today at 4:15pm. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day and a Happy Easter!

Mr.Baltes had one recessed light that was impacted by a surge. The light was already out but the junction box was still intact. He provided the new one to simply replace it. Installed the new one and it came on with no issues. I do recommend a whole home surge protector with flush mount kit.I also provided a quote for future projects. I’ve also supplied him with 75$ coupon for future repairs towards heating/cooling or plumbing.

KSPEHC was called out for a toilet not flushing correctly. On site tech was informed that the issue has happened before but it was a result of an issue further down the line. Tv is time tech verified the issue was isolated to this one toilet. Tech provided option of using a hand auger to clear the blockage in the toilet. He also explained that if this option doesn’t work then the next step would be removing the toilet all together. Tech was given approval to proceed with attempting to clear blockage with hand auger. This test was unsuccessful after several attempts. Water did go down once but not a second time. At this point tech explained the situation and stated that removing the toilet to clear the blockage is now what needs to happen. Tech was given approval for this to be done. Tech remove toilet to clear blockage. Once toilet was reinstalled tech flushed several times ensuring proper flushing occurs. No issues at this time

At the Jolly residence the washer and dryer are giving them problems randomly. I recommend a dedicated circuit for either the dryer or washer. Currently both are plugged into the existing piece that splits into three sockets. I’ve also recommended that it should be gfci protected being near water. This will not fix the machine if something is going on with it internally. This will however help by not putting an 18amp or 20amp load on the outlet. Another issue I did notice is the grounding for the home is not done correctly and posses a high chance not working in case of emergencies. The path is not efficiently running back to the earth. This can seriously damage electrical equipment in the home .

Reroute copper hit and cold mains up and over in attics with 1-1/4 copper type L pipe. Tied onto existing copper behind both rows of washing machines. Four exposed 1-1/4 drops feed both rows of washers, hot and cold. Warranty will cover all new parts and labor installed by keep smiling plumbing. When we pressurized the system, we found 4 leaks on packing nuts and hoses that we tighten up as a courtesy. No more leaks found. System was tested and is good to go. 5 warranty on parts and labor

This includes adjusting and securing supply line

Mr.Potts provided me a brief description of the series of events that lead to the the time of the water heater failure. He’s informed me that he’s had flooring done in the laundry area. The flooring crew picked up the water and placed it back down without disconnecting any lines. In the time they had it lifted the laid down the flooring. The water heater still worked after they did the flooring for a week. When it started to fail is when the customer noticed water at the bottom of the water heater pan. The covers for the elements were already off and had visible arcing marks. Water heater is 1yr old. I’ve offered trouble with a panel replacement, or panel rejuvenation. Normal wear inside the panel. Neutrals did need to be separated. At this time he will to not go with anything for now. Breaker remains in the tripped position.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Payne. He brought me to the hallway bathroom to show me the issue with his shower. Mr. Payne has added on a diverter with a separate sprayer so that he can wash his dog much more easily. When he went to reattach the original showerhead onto the diverter, he found out that the connections are not compatible. I examined the showerhead to see if this is the case. His original showerhead has a very strange connection. Mr. Payne allowed me to inspect the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure was exceedingly high at approximately 120 psi. The thermal expansion tank was fortunately healthy. I addressed with Mr. Payne how crucial the water pressure is to the plumbing system. After discussions, I put together some options for Mr. Payne to look at. We discussed each estimate and came to a conclusion. Mr. Payne agreed to have me install a new showerhead and replace the pressure valve. I drove to the nearest Home Depot and looked at the s

Pruitt Health center had water seeping up out of hardwood floors in hall way. Upon inspection found no movement on meter. However upon examination on kitchen area adjacent to where water was showing, found standing water under kitchen sink. Leak was originating found 2- 1/4” quick connect fittings feeding water dispenser. Upon checking water pressure found it to be over 100psi which is too high for an indoor plumbing system. Water pressure should not exceed 80psi, especially for quick connect fittings. Replaced Pressure reducing valve and quick connect fittings to remedy issues. All located under kitchen sink. KEEP SMILING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DRYWALL DAMAGE.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had whole bathroom toilet on the main level that was stopped up. After talking with the homeowner she explained that her father is living with her and takes a lot of medicines so his fiber count is really high and he accidentally clogged up the hall, bathroom toilet. The homeowner explained that she tried to sneak it out using a coat hanger, but was unable to so she poured some drain cleaner in the toilet to try to help it flush, but still was unsuccessful. When I arrive, I took a look at the toilet and explain that I could try to auger the toilet with the attempt to clear the blockage. I also explained that with the type of toilet that she has it has a really slow flush so this issue will likely happen again. I explained that if we upgraded the toilet toilet with a better flush, it will solve the issue altogether. I gave the homeowner an estimate to clear the blockage via auger. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. I flush the toilet. I couple time

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner has master toilet that the water was not shutting off, causing it to overflow, so the homeowner has cut off the water to the house. After inspecting the toilet, I found that the emergency shut off valve was not functioning properly allowing water to seep through, and the fill valve was not shutting off, causing water to constantly run. I explained to the homeowner that I could replace the fill valve along with the emergency shut off valve and that will take care of the issue. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace the fill valve in the master bathroom. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. When work was done I turned on the water to test for any leaks and functional And I noticed that when the tank was filling up, it was filling up the bowl to the point where it was almost overflowing. I turned back off the water and explained to the homeowner that there is a stoppage inside of the toilet that is causing the ball to fill up and overflow. I grabb

Upon arrival, customer stated he wanted a water heater flush on his electric 50 gallon water heater. After further inspection, I noticed the water heater was from 2003 and has never been flushed before. Due to the water heater never been flushed before, keep smiling plumbing will not preform a flush on the water heater. I also noticed his expansion tank was leaking. Customer approved estimate to replace the thermal expansion tank. After tank was replaced I turn the water back on to make sure my repair was free of leaks.

First time using them. I will say it was a simple fix to my toilet. I was surprised at the price the service technician quoted me. To expensive for me. I was able to talk him down due to the fact I told him first time customers get a discount. He had to look it up then he gave me $50 off. Still cost $163.75 for 15 minutes fix. Too expensive for my pocket book. Don’t plan on using them again. Too expensive
He was really knowledgeable and professional. He has excellent customer service skills and made me understand what was going on
