Upon arrival customer claimed their water heater was not producing enough hot water. I saw the age of the heater and it said it was made in 2004 . 10 years past its warranty date. I first mentioned what I would have done by replacing the elements but I told her what could happened if I do that on an old heater like that. She said she wouldn’t want to go through it and would rather be safe than sorry and just get it replaced, but she won’t do it today since her husband is on a business trip and would want him here for me to explain the whole process to him. Office use only: Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Baskin. I was escorted to the living room as concern was expressed about what they suspect to be a mold or mildew smell by the fireplace. The layout of the house prevents the plumbing from being an issue at the fireplace. We still went around the home to run a lot of water to test for possible leaks. We found nothing that correlates with the fireplace. There is also no visible signs of water intrusion at the fireplace. They agreed to have me pass their information along to Hampton Restoration. Mr. and Mrs. Baskin had also ran a few other things by me. The water pressure was very weak. The main shut off in the basement is rusty. One of the tubular connections in the kitchen vanity leaks. The pop up assembly in the basement bathroom leaks at the rod and ball. The handles in the hallway powder room are crooked. The pop up for the powder room sink has the hole for the rod and ball closed up with silicone. I adjusted the water

Came out to the Davis residence to check and see if the was a switch on a wire or if it was just dead upon inspection did find it on a switch and it does work.

Arrived at property. I greeted miss Oana and she explained that one of her guests in the apartment moved out and they found water underneath the kitchen sink in the cabinets. After inspecting work I found that it was a inch and a half PVC coupling that was leaking underneath the kitchen sink in apartment C. I explained to miss Oana that I could cut it out and replace the coupling. I gave ms Oana the estimate to cut out and replace the inch and a half PVC coupling under kitchen sink. She accepted the estimate. As I was doing the work, the pipe basically fell apart, telling me that the coupling has came apart and has caused a leak. I cleaned up the fitting and glued it back together and waited 20 minutes for the glue to dry then tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Arrived on the job and spoke with our client before getting started on the agreed upon work. I took some measurements to confirm the length of wire needed then headed to Home Depot for material. Once back to the job we got started on the uninstalling of the existing whip to install the longer whip we created. Once completed we turned on the hot tub to confirm everything came on as expected. Costumer was very pleased and payed shortly after.

I pulled and reset the toilet, putting a new wax seal, redoing the spanner flange repair, and reset the toilet and sure no leaks. I also called the toilet to the floor. The flooring company reset the toilet, which I believe was done incorrectly.

The hot side hose needed about an 8th of a turn to full seat the rubber gasket

While attempting to uninstall the old washing machine, someone had put channel locks on the far end of the washing machine hose and bent the hose over where the nozzle Ties in. I was able to bend it back and remove the hose successfully and then install the washing machine. I ran a test run to ensure that no leaks were present. Everything is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he would like performed. After looking over the job and seeing what all it entailed, I wrote up a price for him. It included installing a switched outlet in the soffit on he back corner of hit house for string lights, installing said string lights, and replacing the faulty solar lights with new solar lights. Customer requested both quotes be sent to him. Dispatch fee was collected.

Came out to the Dorso residence to replace a bad chime as well as re wire a miss wired 3 way switch.(1 year warranty.)

Tank hand grease causing float switch to not send power to pump Break up grease and put lid back on tank. Everything is working properly.

Arrived on the job and looked over what would be required to perform the work our client was requesting. After making a plan I wrote up a quote and presented it to our customer. After some discussing we couldn’t come to an agreement. The quote was sent over.

Upon arrival, customer stated she had a couple of plumbing issues. She had two bathroom sinks, one of her master bathroom and one in the hallway bathroom they were clogged. She also stated that her kitchen sink was not draining properly, only the left side. She also stated That her bathtub in the hallway bathroom had a slow drain as well. Customer approved estimate to unclog all of her sinks as well as the bathtub. In the bathroom were caused by hair and debris. Clog in the kitchen sink was caused by a lot of grease. After unclogging all of her fixtures , I didn’t proceeded to run the water to make sure they were flowing properly. Labor has 90 day warranty.

I installed a male end plug on a customer provided 12/3 SO cord on one end and a female plug on the other end. I also installed a female end on an existing tail whip from a 208v disconnect.

Arrived on the job and looked over what our client was needing done. After looking over the shed location and measuring the distance of the run I wrote up a price and presented it. Our customer will be receiving two more quotes before making a deciding.

Install new 3/4 horsepower submersible well pump in well. Also install 200 feet of new wire and 3 torque arresters. Reconnect to pressure switch test for leaks and water pressure. Master toilet is constantly running. We will need to install new fill valve to fix leak. Pump comes with 5 year warranty. 1 year labor warranty. 90 day fill valve warranty.
