Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, thermostat was calling for cooling and indoor blower was on. Outdoor condenser was not operating. Upon arrival customer stated that they had a gas smell by their water heater upon looking at the water heater I seen that the vent for the gas water heater was not even attached to the actual water heater they told me that they had some roofing done right on top where the water heater vent exited from I verified that The vent for the water heater at the attic was still connected and still good. Upon arrival customer stated that he went to turn off the water to his fridge so he could change the filters and when he shut the water off the water began to pour out of the bottom of the ice maker box and water is all inside the crawlspace and under his carpet in the living room. Customer also stated that he would like to get a 3/4 water line changed to pex from poly that is drooping down in the crawlspace and feeds a lav sink and washing machine I gave the customer a price to fix all these issues and he agreed Today I Cut out a section of sheet to take out the old leaking ice maker box and put in a new ice maker box with pex pipe by adapting the poly to pex pipe I also replaced a large section of the hot 3/4 poly water line that was drooping down in the crawlspace due to lack of straps with 3/4 pex. Came out to the Manning residence to install a chandelier(on a dimmer ) and a under cabinetry light in the room between the kitchen and dining room as well as light up the top of her entertainment stand for her little houses in the master bedroom.(1 year warranty.)

We installed a tankless water heater for he Allen’s, 1 year and 1 week ago. Since the recent sub-freezing temperatures they have been experiencing a drip from the water heater. Upon inspection found that condensation drain has froze causing condensation drain to become clogged, resulting in condensation leaking out of overflow. Thawed condensation drain with hairdryer to remedy issue. No charge under warranty.

Supply and install two new valves for laundry hook up. Both are corroded and not closing. Was able to replace both valves for homeowner. Replaced one CPVC drop ear as a courtesy with a brass one. Original one cracked when removing valve. 1 year warranty parts and labor

At today’s visit, the 6 recessed wire installed into the living room along with the new gimble led recessed fixture. The 6 recessed were added from scratch whereas the gimble fixture was put in where an outdated bug-eye recessed fixture had previously been. All 7 of these lights turn on with the same dimmer switch which was also installed today. Two outlets were added from scratch in the top most shelf of the living room bookshelf's. Power for these two receptacles was obtained from a junction box in the attic. With the power back on to the circuit, the outlets are in proper working order. The recessed lights all came on and dimmed as intended. Each of the recessed fixtures is set at 3000k for color temperature. All parts supplied and installed by Keep Smiling Co. Come with a 1 year warranty. The ceiling fan in the office is rated to take up to 14w LED bulbs.

At today’s service, Mrs. Sharon was experiencing an issue with her office ceiling fan where the light bulbs had stopped working. The fan was one that did have pullchains and also a remote control setup. The remote had gone missing for a while. With this in mind, power was verified at the fan by turning on the blades and making sure that it was still operational. With just the lights not working, as opposed to trying to go into the fan and figure out if the light kit was fixable, it was recommended to replace it outright to which Mrs. Sharon agreed. Mrs. Sharon went out and supplied the ceiling fan for today’s installation. I performed the assembly and installation of the new ceiling fan. Upon completion, the fan was tested and in proper working order. Wednesday the 8th of January between 8-10 I will be returning to perform the work regusrding installing 6 led wafer fixtures, 1 recessed gimble fixture, and the installation of two outlets which will be installed into the living room book

Came out to the Farrow residence to diagnose why her solar isn’t working as it should upon diagnostic did discover the inverter does need to be changed out and there potential issues with the solar panels as well.

Massive grease blockage. I was able to clear under the sink with a 3/8 sewer machine. We were able to verify by opening the septic lid and watching the huge chunks of Grease exit into the tank Additionally, I found the vent above the kitchen sink. They had built the new porch and notch stuck the vent through the tin roof, I was able to cut below the tin to assist with airflow in the system
