Upon arrival, customer claimed that they had gotten a rubber stuck down their toilet, they already had a plumber come by to try to snake it out the toilet. Last plumber completely took the toilet apart, scratched it everywhere with the snake. Toilet was not in the condition to be put back. I told the customer that I could give him a price for me to snake it but it’s not for sure, I will take it out. I asked the customer if he was opposed to getting a new toilet, but he said his wife wants to, but she does not want a simple white color. I saw the toilet and the tub were color matched in a shade of light blue. I brought up the white toilet again, but they were strict on not getting a simple color. They told me I could send them an estimate to put in a customer supplied toilet for whenever they have it. They are going to look on the internet for a different color toilet.

The wiring went back to the first panel box. I wired this to the breaker, installed my 1900 box for the gfci receptacle to mount into. The breaker utilized is a single pole 20 amp breaker. The gfci receptacle is a 20 amp gfci. This in uit is number 28A. The existing 4 240volt circuits were removed from the tankless heaters and capped off into junction boxes which were installed. All parts supplied and installed come with a 1 year warranty.

Arrived at homeowners home. I was out previously and installed a customer supplied shower cartridge in the downstairs bathroom. It is leaking now and he wants a 2 x 4 installed in the wall for support. I added the 2 x 4 in the wall and put straps around the pipe and the 2 x 4 securing it to the 2 x 4. I uninstalled shower cartridge and took a look at all the rubber washers and O-rings and everything looked fine so I cleaned them up and reinstalled shower cartridge and tested it with no leaks. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a shower in the downstairs bedroom that the son accidentally lost the O-ring for and it is now leaking. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that his son was trying to change out the trim kit, but accidentally lost the O-ring to the cartridge and now when they turn on the water, it leaks. After inspecting work, I informed homeowner that I would not be able to get a replacement cartridge until Friday due to it already being 5 o’clock and it being Thanksgiving tomorrow. I informed homeowner that I could cap off the lines for today. That way they would have water for tonight and tomorrow . Gave homeowner an estimate to cut and cap off the hot and cold line to the downstairs shower. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and all is well.
