This visit was to follow through with installing a customer supplied kitchen faucet along with replacing both of the emergency shut offs for it. It was also noted that we would attempt to run a small cable down the laundry sink drain within the garage. This sink was backing up badly. Mr. Patel provided his authorization signature, allowing me to move forward. I spent the necessary time to ensure proper installation of the faucet and emergency shut offs. I operated them and found no malfunctions or leaks. I moved forward with the laundry sink running my thin 25 foot cable. Despite running my cable the entire length, the sink was still backing up. Today we came out to complete quote of installing a customer supplied pressure regulator valve and an Flo by Moen smart water shut off. Water was turned off to home, cut out old prv and gate valves, and installed new quarter turn ball valves. With new pressure regulator valve and smart water shut off. Customer provided prv, Flo, and two main water shut off valves. After installation was complete, turned water back, pressurized lines and tested. No leaks were detected. Came out to the James residence to replace a bad fan motor in the master bath.1 year warranty.

Upon arrival customer’s blower motor housing was making a grinding sound after further inspection. It was determined that there was a screw, bouncing around inside the squirrel cage of the blower motor housing extracted the screw adjusted the squirrel cage system is running and cooling properly without grinding sound at this time

Technician came out for sub par cooling call. Technician performed full diagnostic check and did not find any issues. Unit is producing a 15 degree temperature difference. Outside capacitor is in good standing as well as refrigerant levels. This system was broken down into 3 different zones for the upstairs level. Upon arrival customer stated that her hose bib was not working she tried watering her plants and she noticed that water was not coming out of the hose bib I went and checked up in the ceiling where the hose bib stubbed out I saw that there was a shut off and it was all the way on. I took apart the old hose bib that she had on everything seem fine I wrote her up some options and she went ahead and went with a new hose bib upon starting the work I had to turn off water to the house and let the water drain I installed a new T and a new ball valve. Upon arrival, customer stated that she noticed a gassy smell in basement. After further inspection, determined that there was a small gas leak coming from gas burner connection on rheem gas water heater. Stated to customer that we could attempt to seal threads and reconnect tubing or replace gas burner assembly. Came out to the Hayman residence to add 2 GFCIs with bubble cover on the outisde of the downstairs kitchen additionally on the porch we added 4 new pancakes on a constant hot to power 3 fans that have a remote as well as another light that has a remote as well.(1 year warrnaty .)

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak from his toilet. After looking at the issue I saw that the bidet itself was leaking without it being used. She said she tried shutting off the water but it was still leaking. Indicating the shutoff not shutting off completely. I gave them a price to replace the shutoff and I told them I could give them a price to install bidet if they supply it. But when showing them the price for the shutoff he called his handy man and had me explain to him what’s wrong. His handy man couldn’t get there till Thursday so he told the customer to have me replace the shut off today. And he will take care of the bidet this weekend. Technician came for 2 tune ups. Both filters were replaced. Downstairs condensate pump is working. Upstairs drain line was cleared of debris. Both units blower motors are pulling normal amperage. Both units are producing at least a 17 degree temperature difference. Both outside capacitors are in good standing. Both outside pressures are in normal range. Downstairs systems suction line outside had insulation that has worn out. Resident agreed to have it replaced. No other faults found at this time. In upstairs hall bathroom Customer has original style delta ball single handle tub/shower valve. He wants it replaced to modern valve. Old valve sprays water out from diverter button. I gave quote to replace. He wants upgraded handheld shower head. He does know we are not responsible for sheet rock repairs but to help out his decision for work I told him I would put spring style access panel just like he has in master bathroom when that valve was replaced. He approved and I used po to get material. I returned and turned water off to home. Cut sheet rock in linen closet on back side of tub and removed old valve. I installed new chrome single handle delta foundations tub/shower valve. It included tub spout with pull up diverter and I put chrome handheld magnetic shower head in place. New valve is secure and works properly with no leaks. I put caulking around all trim which will dry by end of day. I cleaned some hair from drain as a courtesy since drain was extremely slow. Upon arrival, outdoor system was not working after further inspection found that both capacitors were bad capacitor for the compressor was gone capacitor for the outdoor condensing fan motor was also bad unit has had an outdoor condensing fan motor replacement. Upon arrival, customer stated that she had a weird noise anytime she ran in her garbage disposal that we installed back in December as soon as I turned on the garbage disposal and flashlight, any action that some thing was just being thrown around in the garbage disposal looks like someone had dropped some type of white material in the garage also. I took all the small pieces and start making the noise I told the customer to be careful because it could damage garbage disposal however she is still under warranty but still advise her to be a little bit more careful with what they throw in the garbage disposal. Upon arrival, customer stated that her toilet was still wobbly last Time I came in they had the same issue. I had pulled and reset it for toilet. I had told them that the flange was sitting way too high and needed to be more lower. Customer said that she wanted to go ahead with the work and replace the flange and put it more lower. Since she had the estimate she knew the price and we signed off to do the work today. I cut out the old flange put in a new flange anchored it down and reset it the toilet and make sure that it wasn’t wobbly. I also showed her that it wasn’t wobbly anymore and I put a new wax ring without the horn for better fitment. I tested for any leaks. I flushed the toilet a couple times.
