Rear hose bib was continuously leaking; I was able to replace the hose bib, at the same time removed a saddle valve that did not go to anything mitigating any risk factor of future, leakage from that joint, and put everything back together.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work they would be needing. I looked over the job and found the best route for the circuit and discussed instillation locations with our client. Once I had everything ironed out I wrote up some prices for our client and sent them over.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client briefly, looked at the fixture they purchased, and gathered some tools before getting to work. I started by uninstalling the existing fluorescent fixture within the kitchen and preparing the ceiling for the new fixture. Once done with that I wired in and installed the new fixture. I spoke with our client and got the fixture to a color they liked before collecting payment and leaving. 1 Year Warranty.
Upon arrival, customer stated he had a water heater in his basement that he is wanting replaced, and or upgraded to a tankless water heater after taking a look around I built three options, one to replace the existing 40 gallon gas water heater with a Bradford white 40 gallon gas, the second to replace and upgrade the 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 gallon Bradford white gas water heater, and the third to install a Navien NPE240A tankless water heater Customer explained that he had other quotes to gather Customer declined work at this time Thank you for calling Keep smiling Plumbing, Electric, heating and cooling!
There is no clogged toilet. Noise is from water/air coming through the shower valve. Everything is working properly when I’m on site. It can only be shower cartridge or shower valve itself. Gave estimate on shower cartridge replacement/ shower valve replacement. Also gave estimate to install ceiling rain head in master bathroom for shower.
Inspected master bath toilet found toilet lever was sticking and barley keeping the toilet flush valve open not allowing tank to fill
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what they would be needing performed. After looking at the panel I found that there isn’t much more space available so I offered a panel upgrade along with reconfiguring the existing breakers to make enough room for the new circuit. I sent over both prices for our customer to look over and consider.

Left estimate for repairs
Upon arrival, customer stated he’s had a high water bill for the whole year. After further inspection and shutting off the main water valve to the home, the meter was still spinning. He had a break on his main waterline. Customer wanted an estimate to run a new waterline from a meter to the house. Only option was to use a directional bore machine due to him having shrubs all over his front yard. Customer did not approve estimate.
Electrical Diagnostic: After Diagnosing the Electrical Outages at 949 Crescent River Pass Northwest I found that the Home has Eaton Arc Fault Breakers. The Homeowner reported that he has had around 5 Breakers that have already been changed before my arrival and after performing a Function Test on All Three Electrical Panels I found 8 Completely Unresponsive Breakers, 1 with Broken Hooks, and several (around ten) that were only Partially Responsive. Based on my findings and what I have found regarding Eaton Breakers in multiple houses before, I am strongly recommending a Complete Rejuvenation. Today I also found what appeared to be Water Staining on the inside of one of the Electrical Panels. Based on my findings the other two may have the same problem and based on the water marks inside the one I opened it wouldn’t hurt to change the Entire Panel. Also, during today’s Diagnostic power was restored to the Garbage Disposal, also relating to the Deteriorating Arc Fault Breakers.
Upon arrival, customer stated he had an unknown leak coming from his kitchen onto his basement floor. After further inspection, I noticed the problem was the condensate line coming from the hot water maker that they installed in their kitchen. The line is not connected to the p trap. Customer is going to order the drain saddle in order to connect the condensate line into the P-trap
Upon arrival, customer claimed that his water heater was leaking and would want it to get replaced. he showed me where it was leaking from and it was leaking from the TNP. Only reason I did not offer to replace it because the water heater is 30 years old. He said he’s never had a problem with the heater until now and he’s trying to get it resolved before it does any more damage. I did see the water heater has 75 gallon. But he asked if it was OK to put a 50 gallon since it’s only him and his wife in the home. I told him it was fine and would be cheaper. So he Preferred the 50 gallon estimate. He just wanted an estimate because he has Home Depot come by today and his insurance will come by tomorrow to see how much he could get for credit. I told him I will be sending him the estimate through email and if he decides to use us, feel free to give us a call and we will gladly come out again. While giving him price, I did explain to him what will would be included. Thank you for choosing ke
Upon arrival, I was greeted by multiple ladies associated with the suite. They brought me to the kitchen sink to show me the leak. The only leak discovered is coming from the basket strainer. I provided an estimate for replacing the basket strainer. The estimate was agreed upon, allowing me to move forward. I took my time removing the original strainer and cleaning the old plumbers putty off of the stainless steel. I tightened and secured the new basket strainer in place and reattached all of the tubular pipes for the P-trap. Multiple liters of water was ran down the drain to test the seals and the drain quality. I also filled the sink up with several inches of water before dumping it all at once. All of the connections showed no signs of leakage. The drain quality kept consist. I asked one of the ladies if they knew where the water heater was so that I can check the pressure to the suite. They were not sure so we took a brief walk around. We could not find any closets or utility roo
Cut out and replace 3/4 tee, fittings and piping in basement that was leaking and replaced leaking pressure reducing valve.
The Burton’s have a 12 year old, 50 gal gas water heater they are getting quotes to replace. Upon arrival Mr. Burton stated that he wasn’t looking to replace it today, however in the near future and is checking with different companies for options. Gave him options to replace water heater and will follow up in a couple of days.
Customer has leak coming from master shower, upon running test, found that shower pan under tile base is leaking. Recommended tile company.
I arrived to the property in the customer had a leak coming from a half-inch polybutylene wine going to their basement washing machine. It was very kinked on the line which resulted in it cracking. I did repair using polyethylene. I pressurized the home and tested for any leaks. The cost of $500 will be applied towards any repipe if acted upon in the next 90 days. An estimate of $12,000 to re-pipe the customers home from the main water shut off and beyond will be good for 180 days. There is a one year parts and labor warranty between my repair and the fittings.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had downstairs toilet that they believe a guest accidentally dropped. The Lysol tablet holder into the toilet and flushed it and now it is causing a blockage. After inspecting toilet, I flushed it and it immediately backed up, but then slowly drained out telling me that it is a partial blockage. I explain to the homeowner that I could auger it, but I would not recommend because it could push the hanger deeper into the pipe and cause an obstruction where we cannot get it out. I explained that our best option would be to pull the toilet and auger it out from the bottom . I gave homeowner an estimate to pull and reset downstairs hall bathroom toilet with a one-year warranty. Homeowner declined our services today and said she will call back if she wants to move forward with the work. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing electric, heating and cooling.
Estimate for chandelier replacement
Upon arrival, customer claimed that every time he uses a water fixture his prv makes a noise. He told me some other company came by and told him an idea of what’s going on. So all he wanted to know what we charged for it. I gave him book price of 880 and told him what things my price included for ex repiping it for a new ball valve, and prv After telling him the price he instantly said that the last company gave him an estimate of 500 for the same thing. Unfortunately I could not match the price due to it being low. But I will still send him estimate for the prv so if he changes his mind. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!
Arc Fault Breaker Repair Package After Diagnosing the Faulty Breaker call I found Blue, Green, and White Eaton Arc Fault Breakers. After performing a Function Test on the breakers I found one that had been continually tripping, one that failed the Safety Test, and one that stuttered about activation of the test button. After discussing options with the Homeowners they opted to upgrade all of the Breakers in their home to the New Eaton All in One Arc Fault Breakers. And they also opted to add Whole House Surge Protection to their home.
Came out to the Flores residence due to the basement keeps turning off no matter what she does while talking to her she told me that all the power comes off so I suggested that we take the fridge off and dedicate it then we can go from there.
Recommended having needed maintenances done at time of flush. Customer would like to wait.
