Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had emergency shut off under the left side of the master vanity that was leaking. She tried to shut the emergency shut off off to get the leak to start but to no avail so she shut off the main shut off to the home and called us out. After talking with the homeowner, I found that this problem just started happening last night. After inspecting work, I found that it was indeed the cold shut off. Also, as I was looking at the shut off, I took a look at the hot side, and it was just as old. I advised homeowner that while I’m here I go ahead and replace the hot side to to get them both where she doesn’t have to worry about them. Gave homeowner an estimate to replace both hot and cold emergency shut off under left side of the master vanity. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing in electric, heating and cooling. All work that was done comes with a one year part
Installed customer supplied wide spread lavatory faucet in m bath and replaced p trap.
Replaced basket srtrainer and drainage pipes under kitchen sink and repaired leaking 2 handle tub faucet.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Patel. He brought me to the water heater to show me the active leak. The leak was happening on the hot water uponor pipe above the water heater a couple of inches away from the sheet rock. I provided an estimate for repairing the pipe. Mr. Patel agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I cut the pipe enough to where I could use a PEX fitting without having to cut the wall. I removed and replaced approximately 1 foot of the pipe. I pressurized the system in order to test the connections. Neither of the connections show signs of leakage. Once we made sure, all of the air was out of the system, and that every fixture was turned off, we examined the meter. The meter was not spinning. I advised Mr. Patel to keep in mind the possibility of a whole home re-pipe as this is his third leak. * 1 year warranty under properly regulated pressure. In between the fittings.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Song. He brought me over to the water heater to show me the water in the cavity beneath it. I offered to perform a free diagnostic regarding this potential leak. Mr. Song allowed me to move forward. I cut open the sheet rock from the cavity in order to get a proper look at the water and pipes within it. With all of the fixtures turned off, I examined the meter to see if it was spinning. The meter was not spinning. I asked Mr. song to assist me with this next step. I asked him to turn on the hot and cold water for most, if not all fixtures throughout the home as I turn off the meter so that we could drain down the house. The water heater was also drained to a small extent. The purpose would be to get a lot of water moving at once when re-pressurizing the system. Once the water was turned back on and the air was purged, I re-examined the meter. The meter was still not spinning. At no point during this visit, was there an active drip witnessed within tha

KSPEHC was called out for possible leak in wall. Once on site tech spoke with homeowner. Homeowner informed tech she just got back in town after being away for 3 weeks. Water is currently standing in the corner of her garage. Tech checked meter and determined there is no sign of water escaping. With homeowner being away it is unlikely this is a drain issue. To be sure tech checked all toilets in the home and found no issues. Homeowner asked if it is possible for the connecting unit next to her to have a leak and the water show up in her garage. Homeowner also mentioned the neighbor saying they hear water dripping in the wall. Tech mentioned it’s possible if there is a water line in the wall that divides the two units or if the next door unit has a slab leak it could possibly saturate this far over. As tech walked out to ask the neighbors another plumbing company showed up and spoke with the neighbors. At this time neither of us have an idea of where the water is coming from
Arrived on the job and spoke with the customer about the issue. The garage fridge was tripping the GFCI after a couple of hours. So I recommended adding an outlet separate the GFCI. Customer was happy and job was wrapped up quickly.

Arrived at homeowners home. I was out fryer on July 17, 2024 and replaced the 50 gallon gas water heater and PRV in the basement. Homeowner called explaining that there is a problem that the pipes are humming. After talking with homeowner she ran the water in the pipe started to hum. I explain to the homeowner that it could be a couple of things. It could possibly be a toilet fill valve. So I turned off all the emergency shut off’s leading through the toilets. And the humming still persistent. I explain to the homeowner that it is likely the PRV and that it has gone bad. I explained that the PRV is still under warranty and that I would swap it out for no additional charge. When work was done I checked pressure again and pressure was 60 psi. I ran water throughout the house and there was no more humming. All work that was done comes with a one year parts and labor warranty through keep smiling plumbing. Thank you for choosing keep smiling, plumbing, and electric heating and cooling
At today’s visit, Mr. Winston is expericing an issue with a fan/light in the basement bedroom not working any longer. He’s tried replacing the bulbs as well as the light kit to no avail. An estimate was provided for diagnosing the issue with the fan/light to determine why it has lost power/is no longer operating. Mr. Winston elected not to proceed with the work today stating he would need to speak with his wife to ascertain the order of priority they would need to take to get repairs made to other recent issues that had arrived consisting of water damage in the basement.

Checked outside to ensure proper drainage from vinyl tubing and to make sure vinyl tubing was clear. System is cooling and condensate pump is functioning as designed. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great weekend.
Upon arrival, customer stated she thought the leg was coming from her water heater that was installed by previous technician. After further inspection, I noticed the leak was not coming from the water heater, but it was coming from the bottom of the AC unit next to the water heater. Customer wants AC technician to come out and take a look at it.
