I checked his meter his meter was moving really fast I informed as the customer I also asked him if he knew where his main shut off valve for houses that he told me he didn’t I told him that I would probably be where his water heaters are you show me where his water heaters at and I saw where he came in at the house and I also found a PRV for the house. At todays service, Mr. Brian was interested in having an outlet installed where a workbench will be put into the basement in he near future. Given that the use of this outlet would be a miter saw, he requested that the outlet have its own wiring as to not trip an existing circuit from overload. I provided an estimate to which Mr. Brian agreed. Therefore, I installed a 20A 120v dedicated circuit from the sub panel in the basement. An old work box was used as Mr. Brian plans to add plywood to the area and will be cutting the box into the plywood himself. I left approximately 3ft of slack wire in case Mr. Brian would like to move the location of the outlet at all. All parts supplied and installed come with a 1 year warranty.

Customer had leak into kitchen ceiling sons bath above ,water around toilet,but no leak from tank,supply line,flushed toilet numerous times and no leak from tank,ran tub and shower and no leak.checkedwater pressuresnd was 95 psi which is too much and pressure valve has to be replaced.customer did not want to replace today.

I arrived on the job today and spoke with Marcos about why he would like done today. After looking over the job and writing up some quotes i presented them to him. We came to an agreement for Installing a new phone line from the router to the desired location and replacing the faulty ballast within the fluorecent fixture. Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak on her shut off valve for her hose bib. She said when turned on it leaks until it’s shut. I took off insulation around the pipes and also saw her main water shut off was leaking too. She then took me upstairs and claimed her shower drips constantly. (Cartridge) After gathering everything I set up an estimate for all three things to be repaired. I then saw that the water heater was from the year 1999 and also saw a little corrosion on the heaters nipples. So I set up another estimate with all three things that needed to be repaired for free if water heater is done today. She called her husband and her husband gave her the go. Customer called us out to home for leaking faucets. Upon inspection to our surprise there was only one leaking faucet. Preformed pressure check on home and found that home has 60 psi. Estimate to replace delta shower cartridge in upstairs master bathroom. To complete this job we will be required to shut the water off to the home and purge all water from shower lines. We will then dissemble the shower valve and remove existing components. Once remove we will clean the inside of the valve body and replace failed components. Upon arrival, customer showed me their tub where they had gold trim. She told me that she wanted to get it replaced with chrome. She also showed me some drains that were leaking under her sink. She stated she just wanted to upgrade her restroom because all the goal just looked outdated. I informed her that it would be an easy swap out from the gold trim to a chrome trim. Upon arrival customer showed me the faucet that kept on leaking and also the two emergency stops that kept on leaking as well. I then explained to him about high pressure and how this can be due to high pressure cause all these fixtures to fail. He took me down in the basement where the water heater was at and I checked pressure. It read 90 psi. I gave a couple of options but advised him that getting the pressure reducing valve changed should be his number one priority. He went with fixing everything at once. Taking apart the faucet was difficult due to the age. After fixing the faucet I put new emergency stops. I then put a new prv and turned water back on and checked for leaks. There was no leaks. On arrival, customer stated that she would have hot water and then it would turn cold after five minutes. She informed me that we had install recirculating pump on the water heater. After listening to the recirculating pump I tapped on the recirculating pump and the noise when away upon doing that I knew right away that there was air on that recirculating pump after that I checked pressure it to make sure that was good. After checking the pressure it was at 80 and could be the cause of the faulty recirculating pump. I informed this to the customer they told me that they had to wait. I was also informing the customer that they needed a flush their water heater every single year, just to keep it maintained. I gave her an estimate to flush the water heater. She approved my estimate to flush it. After flushing the water heater, I checked everything the water heater was plumbed right I need to know other fixing except for a new PRV. Homeowner has a Reverse Osmosis that is due for maintenance. Homeowner has all filters on site along with a new membrane. Keep Smiling will install all new filters and membrane for RO system. Informed homeowner that with swapping the membrane out, she cannot use the system. She has to wait for system to fully regenerate and dump two full cycles. Replaced all filters and membranes for homeowner. Unfortunately, this was the first time replacing the membrane and it does not come with a new O-Ring for the membrane canister. So when we re-pressurized the system the membrane canister sprung a small leak at on the cap with the existing o-ring. Informed homeowner and advised her to get a new canister, o-ring, and cap if possible. If only installing O-ring, Keep Smiling will only charge a trip fee. If replacing the canister, o-ring, and cap, Keep Smiling will only charge a basic diagnostic fee ($188.75).

Technician performed tune up for AC system. Filter was replaced. Blower motor is pulling normal amperage. Blower wheel is clean. Outside units capacitor is in good standing. Informed resident that his unit is low on refrigerant. Suction line at indoor air handler and outside condenser is bare and requires insulation. Upon arrival customer stated that she had a tub diverter that would divert the water to the showerhead but still had water coming out of the tub spout and very low water pressure going to the showerhead up on my inspection I found the cause of this issue was because the pressure on the home was at 120 psi I also noticed that the water heater that is in the home was 15 years old and had very dark black water coming out of the drain where I took my pressure test. I explained to the customer over the phone that the issue in the bathroom was caused by the high pressure on the home and that would mean that the pressure regulating valve would need to be replaced as well as the tub spout. I also gave the customer the option to get the tub spout and pressure regulator plus the water heater replaced. She decided to just get the pressure regulator and tub spout replaced today. Today I replaced the tub spout that had failed and also replaced the pressure regulator that is hung open causing city

Technician came to install new thermostat. The new thermostat was already installed upon arrival. Resident needed help with programming for Air to Air heat pump. After setup, unit is cooling and heating properly. Resident also had an issue with her water heater. Spoke with Dispatch and set up another appointment with us next Tuesday from 2-6. Upon arrival customer stated that their kitchen sink was draining very slow and they also had a toilet that was not working properly. I could tell that there was a slight blockage in the kitchen drain and I explained to the customer that it would be best just to replace the drain system while I have everything takin apart so that they won’t have to worry about this happening again. I also found that the kholer flush canister had broken off at the top and pops off everytime they flush causing the toilet to continuously run. I gave the customer a couple of options to get these issues fixed and they chose to get the kitchen sink fixed today and worry about the toilet issue at a later date. While preforming the work the customer came to me and said that he had a loose faucet in the hall bathroom as well and was wondering if it could be tightened. I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Dalton about the ceiling fan that I previously quoted. I then got to work replacing the existing ceiling fan within the front, upstairs bedroom. I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Dalton about what issues he’s been having. We looked over the breaker feeding the hot tub and discussed replacing it. We then went upstairs to look at a faulty light switch and ceiling fan. After looking at both I told Mr. Dalton that the fan would need to be replaced considering we don’t do fixture repairs the the wires within the fan were ripped out. I quoted him two prices, one for a fan replacement and the other for replacing the Arc-Fault/GFCI 2-pole 50Amp breaker feeding the hot tub, along with replacing the faulty 4-way switch at the top of the stairs. We came to an agreement upon the pricing and I got to work replacing the breaker. After doing so we tested the circuit and found damage within the hot tub itself. I informed Mr. Dalton of the damages so he can have them addressed. Once completed with that i moved forward with the replacement of the 4-way switch. Upon arrival at customers house I was informed that their tankless water heater was not heating up any water I went inside to check if there was any hot water coming from the faucet inside a restroom I waited a couple minutes and there was no hot water I then informed the customer that I would need to get a hold of Rinnai and go through a diagnostic process to figure out what their problem was. I informed the customer that it could be a possible flow sensor, but would need a better verification from rinnai. They agreed and approved my estimate for 188 for a basic diagnostic. I waited for Rinnai to pick up and as soon as they picked up, we went through some procedures to make sure it was the flow sensor. They informed me that there was a three month warranty on the parts so they’re is no charge for the part that was ordered from Rennai. I got the part ordered. On arrival to inspect for thermostat temperatures not reading correctly. Found one 2018 Goodman 90% gas furnace 3-zone system. After inspection found that zones one and two wires were switched around causing upstairs to heat when main floor thermostat was calling for heat. Switched wires back to the proper locations. After switching zone wires found that zone 2 , the main floor , has a failed zone damper actuator. Made a supply house run to pick zone damper actuator and installed. Once installation was completed tested system and each zone to ensure proper operation. System is now heating as it should. At today’s visit, Mr. Bennett had various questions and concerns about the wiring in his home. He was initially interested in having the entire house rewired. Given the age of the home, and the wiring that is in place, I informed Mr. Bennett that is would not be needed as it is modern wiring that does have ground conductors. He showed us a line in the garage for the rv that he felt could be a problem as it was surface mounted along the ceiling. I recommended that this wiring be put into a conduit in this area. He also explained that he wanted a receptacle in the back corner of the garage. I provided an estimate for installing conduit on the wiring that’s surface mounted along with adding a receptacle in the garage and emailed them to him.

Motor on existing garbage disposal is burned out will replace garbage disposal with new insinker 1/2. Gave option for customer supplied went with us supplying and installing.

Water heater relief valve is leaking and will need to replaced

Upon arrival, customer had an old gas line for stove due to getting an electrical stove. The new stove would not sit flush with the wall due to the gas line sticking out. I informed the customer that it would be best to put a plug on the T where that gas line was sticking out from. Customer agreed and I took out that piece of gas line and put a plug in it. Due to me, turning off the gas to the house once finished with installing the plug, I relit the water heater and the furnace as well. I then checked for leaks and no leaks were present.
