Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a leak underneath the kitchen sink that he did not know where it was coming from. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he has a aluminum pan underneath the right side drain that the dishwasher drains into that has collected water. He explained that he dumped it out about a week and a half ago and has not messed with it since. After filling the aluminum pan with my hand, there was no moisture in the pan. The homeowner explained that they have not used the kitchen faucet as usual since it started to leak. from there, I ran water in the kitchen sink as well as turned on the dishwasher to the rinse cycle and watched the drains underneath for any leak. After the dishwasher kicked on and started to drain, we saw water coming from the P-trap that the dishwasher tied into. After taking a closer look, I found that the dishwasher drain did not have a hose clamp, connecting it to the drain so when it would try to drain out the water , it wo

I had a leak from my tub and noticed mold growing and got nervous. I was thinking I’d have to wait to get someone to come out because it was a Sunday. I was very happy to get someone that very same day, literally a few hours. And Justin Rose was great! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took care of the problem. He not only cleaned up after the job was done, which is not always my experience, he cleaned the built up dirt under my dryer and the stains left in my tub from the leaking. That’s a first. Great overall experience! 👍🏽

Installing two fans, one in two different bedrooms on existing boxes. Replacing the GFCI that’s feeding all of the bathrooms due to it being aged and no longer able to hold a load, and opening the switch box in the master bathroom to find what’s causing the dead short. I arrived on the job today and spoke with our client and looked over the job briefly before getting to work. I started by replacing the two fans within the front left bedroom and the room directly to the right of it. Once completed I confirmed they worked and took photos of each. I then replaced the aged GFCI within the garage that feeds the bathroom outlets. When completed with the GFCI I then disconnected the switch in the master bathroom that was causing a dead short. Once completed with all the work I confirmed everything with our client before collecting payment. I also picked up a model airplane that Mr. Dukes graciously gave to me! 1 Year Warranty.

Returned to rebuild shower valve in wall that was leaking. Used a brand new moen positemp shower valve. Purchased valve only. It matches existing trim kit. I used all new copper fittings and transitioned to the existing cpvc with transition fittings. Reconnected trim kit and turned water on. Verified no leaks on my repair. I see no other leaks at this time. Wall had 2 days to dry and dried well with no signs of moisture so I do not believe there is any other leak. Customer knows we are not responsible for sheet rock repair. I taped wall pieces back up in laundry room. The hole in bathroom was too wet and moldy to put back. Customer declined restoration services on Sunday. Shower valve works correctly and I put caulking around trim kit. 1 year warranty on my repair. Cpvc pipe is very brittle and there could be other issues in future. $710 total quoted charge between Sunday leak search and today. Paid by credit card.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had upstairs master bath tub that was leaking from the waste and overflow as well as the water heater that was running from the T&P constantly. After talking with the homeowner, she showed me the upstairs master bath tub, then showed me the hole she had in her ceiling that was already cut open and showed me the drain. I had the homeowner go upstairs and run water in the master bath tub, but was unable to find any leaks within the first hour. We filled the bathtub up and let it sit, but for the meantime, I took a look at the water heater and found that the T&P was constantly leaking. The homeowner also explained that she did not like having the water heater in the closet because it removes all of her space that she has. She explained that she would like it to be in the crawlspace, if at all possible. I took a look at the crawlspace, and was able to determine that we would be able to put the heater in the crawlspace, but she would have to run electri

Upon arrival customer stated that he thought over the estimate and would like to get the repair done. Upon 2nd inspection I found that our first trip out here was a misdiagnosis. we thought the leak was coming from the main drain line in the crawlspace going to the septic tank but today we noticed that the shower drain was completely disconnected allowing every drop of water used in the shower to flow on the the ground in the crawlspace. I explained to the customer that I had found the leak and that our first trip was a misdiagnosis, adjusted the price and he agreed. Today I replaced 1ft of 2 inch pvc pipe and secured it with a 90° pvc fitting to the shower drain. Thank you for calling keepsmiling plumbing, electric, heating and cooling!

Had to bust cleanout cap out of 3 and 4” cleanout. We are not responsible for replacing these brass caps in the cast iron lines. Ran camera down 4” line and all the way outside house as far as we could. Found that the cast iron transitions to terracotta directly on the outside of the home. This line is clear as far as we ran the camera. Ran camera down 3” cleanout and found that bathroom in the basement had a soft tissue blockage and buildup in the cast iron. Ra;the flex shaft down multiple times and restored flow to the pipe. The cast iron may be in need of a repipe or pipe lining. No warranty on drain clearing. Thank you for choosing keep smiling.

Technician came out for no cooling call. Upon arrival, technician turned system on cooling. Indoor unit came on but the outdoor did not. After diagnostic check, found blown capacitor. After replacement capacitor, outside unit began normal operations. Refrigerant pressures are in normal range. Unit is now cooling. Informed resident that due to the age and type of refrigerant it has (R22), if it were ever to start leaking that we will not be able to charge this system and that it will be time for a system update. As of right now, technician did not notice any issues. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling, have a great day!

Technician came out for no cooling call. Upon arrival both indoor and outdoor units were working. Performed diagnostic check and found refrigerant to be a little low. System only had 4 pounds in total so I only added 1 pound. Outside unit is now reaching the desired subcooling on nameplate. Also checked capacitor, which is in good standing. No other faults found at this time. System is cooling in the low 50’s. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling, have a great day!

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had upstairs master shower. That was not getting pressure. After taking a look at the shower, I found that the homeowner has already taken off the face plate and cleaned up all the calcium off of it. The homeowner explained that he has tried everything that he knows how to do and does not know what is going on. I explained that I would like to check the pressure to make sure that the pressure isn’t the issue. I checked the pressure at the water heater and found that the pressure was 60 psi. I explain to the homeowner if that is perfect, and that it is probably calcium buildup on the showerhead where it screws onto the shower arm. I gave the homeowner an estimate for a $50 diagnostic fee to takeoff the showerhead and clean it out. The homeowner accepted. I took off the showerhead and found that there was a built up of calcium inside the showerhead. I cleaned it out and then reinstalled the showerhead and turned on the water and the shower is getting

Technician came out for leak call. Technician located drain line and cleared it with pump. Technician then inspected coil and capacitor indoors. Technician then took refrigerant pressures outside. Refrigerant was very low. Unfortunately because of the type of refrigerant (R22), we cannot service it. Informed landlord of situation. Landlord agreed to have a sit down with our Comfort Advisor at a later date to discuss possible system update. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling, have a great day!

Excellent service
Art did an excellent job installing my front porch light fixtures. He was in and out in about an hour. Art was VERY polite, efficient and professional!!
He was very polite. Made sure I understood what he had done.
Armando was a great technician and provided excellent service. Although he couldn’t repair the tub completely because I wasn’t able to pay, at least when he left, my faucet wasn’t running on full blast like it was when he came. It is still dripping because it is old, rusted and corroded and needs to be replaced. I can deal with that because it has been running continuously for at least 4 years. I give Armando an A+ for his knowledge and professionalism.
Clearly knew how to troubleshoot then fix our sink problem.
