Great service!

On arrival inspected home for full system replacement and ductwork repair. Found one system supplying both upstairs and downstairs, older gas furnace is new to original build, Goodman 3.0 ton r22 outdoor condenser, and a Lennox evaporator coil. All need replacing. Also found some of the metal ductwork is missing insulation, a couple of 6” supply runs missing ductwork all together, all return and supply boots and boxes needs replacing, as well as registers. Took photos and videos of all findings. Per homeowners request he would like to reroute Flue pipe from original furnace so it is not coming out of wall in front of doorway downstairs. Lineset will have to be replaced and rerouted, less than 50ft run. Outdoor condensing unit can be moved over 6-8ft closer to where the lineset enters home through the brick and placed on a pad. Homeowner is open to suggestions on weather or not to go with a heatpump system as this furnace is the only gas appliance in home. Thank you for choosing Keep S

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Keo. Our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC divisions were all scheduled out at the same time. Mr. Keo explained and subsequently showed us that the home has been completely gutted. All three divisions of Keep Smiling were scheduled so that we could inspect everything, provide feedback on findings, and provide estimates on what is discussed. I provided a basic inspection price that Mr. Keo agreed to, allowing me to move forward. I scoured the house for everything related to the plumbing. The house is built at some point in the 1960s. All of the copper pipes and shut offs are original. The shower valves are also original. The only fixtures currently in the home, due to the house being gutted, are two toilets and two tubs/showers. The drain pipes are a combination of ABS and cast-iron. The cast-iron component only terminates through the slab and is in the ground. The ABS is what makes up the primary drains of the home above the slab. The locations of the k

Came out to the Kea residence to do a visual inspection of the house upon inspection noticed a multiple issues as follows ;open splices inside the wall,a number of outlets that are burnt up ,exposed wiring on the outisde of home,no outlet for the garage door,as well as a chime that looked like it was broken off.

On arrival inspected one Haier 3.5 ton AC w/ 2016 Goodman 3.0 ton evaporator coil and a 2000 Ruud 80% gas furnace system for no cooling upstairs and tripping breaker. After inspection found a bad dual run capacitor, melted terminals on contactor caused from over amperage from compressor. Tested compressor ohms and found they did not match up across run and start indicating internal failure of compressor. Discussed findings with homeowner and talked about options. Due to compressor failing if we changed these other parts there is no guarantee the compressor will run. Homeowner would like to speak with a comfort advisor about full system replacement. He stated today would be the best day for a visit due to him working from home and will be home all day. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a garbage disposal. That was not working and she was wanting replaced. She had already bought a new one and a better one at that. She was just wanting an estimate to know what it would take to have it installed. after examining the garbage disposal and the new garbage disposal that she bought, I was able to give the homeowner a proper estimate to install a customer supplied garbage disposal underneath the kitchen sink. How do you spoke to the homeowner that all the work that I do will come with a one-year warranty, so if anything leaks she can give us a call and we would be back out here to take care of it. I gave the homeowner an estimate to install a customer supplied garbage disposal, and explained that since she got a slightly bigger one that I would have to rework a little bit of the drains to make it fit, but it can be done. The homeowner explained that she had another estimate for 250 that she thought was a little high so she was just wa

Replaced four remaining emergency stops for all the toilets in the home. Emergency stops for a the lavatory faucets were replaced earlier this week. Bulk discount added for doing all three valves at once. One year warranty on parts and labor

Install 3 customer supplied faucets. Two wide spread vanity faucets as well as one garden tub faucet. Garden tub faucet will require a drywall cut to access behind tub valve. Upon arrival customer stated that he has an angle water stop underneath the upstairs hall bathroom sink that was dripping and when he went to turn it off it kept leaking out of the packing nut. Upon my inspection I found that this older brass craft valve style is not repairable and would need to be replace I went to take my pressure test on the home at the water and found that the pressure on the home is 130 psi I explained to the customer that the high pressure can cause a lot of issues on the plumbing system considering that the fixtures in the home are only rated for 80psi MAX. I presented options to the customer to fix these issues. He chose to Replace the hot side leaking angle stop in the upstairs hall bathroom vanity. No warranty due to high pressure Thank you for choosing Keepsmiling plumbing, electric, heating and cooling!
Very good service! The technician was very knowledgeable and polite.

Ms.Teck has been having trouble with the outdoor sconces lights. I advised that it would be best to replace the both fixtures. The light fixtures are very old and the base of the bulbs are brittle. I managed to get all bulbs working but they will burn out quickly. I’m sending over all estimates. During inclement weather it will possibly cause them to go out quickly. At the panel I advised to replace the panel due to its age. It is at the end of its life cycle. This would take care of things for the next 30years. The other option is a panel rejuvenation which will get a couple of more years out the panel.

I arrived on job and spoke with Mr. Melton about what work he needed performed. After looking at the attic fan he needed replaced I wrote him a quote to do so. We came to an agreement so I collected all the materials I needed. I then got to work replacing the existing attic ventilation fan. Once completed I showed my work to Mr. Melton and collected payment. 1 Year Warranty
All good

Homeowner is supplying new lavatory and Roman tub faucet. Keep Smiling will provide chrome single handle shower valve and smitty plate. Will tentatively set on schedule for Wednesday. If homeowner needs more time to find faucets, we can push appointment back.
Keep it up with your good job

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Singh about what issues he’s been having. After opening devices to find what’s causing the lack of power within the front bedroom I found that the wires installed into the back of one of the outlets came loose. I replaced the outlet installing the wires directly to the screws showing my work to the client as I went. He was very pleased and payment was collected shortly after. 1 Year Warranty.
Service was excellent but I felt the price was high even though I provided the parts.

Customer went on with estimate for n customer supplied faucet, last visit I mentioned her other basket strainer needed to be replaced soon due the the rust on it. She now bought the basket strainer and wants me to replace. Gave her another estimate with basket strainer included and she agreed. After replacing everything I had to go to Home Depot to buy new supply lines, I then tested and everything was functioning well. 1 year labor only warranty on work done today. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!

KSPEHC was sent out from an HVAC flip. Homeowner has a hose connection on the front if the home that continuously drips water. On site tech provided pricing for rebuilding the hose connection to prevent water escaping. Homeowner approved task to be performed After repair was made tech had homeowner activate and shut off the repaired hose connection. Homeowner was happy to see the water stop dripping when turned off. No issues at this time

On arrival did a quick visual inspection on 2017 Goodman 3.0 AC. Found system completely void of refrigerant. Service port caps have been removed by previous technician. Discussed findings with homeowner and she will speak with her husband this evening about possibly replacing full system as indoor unit is likely original to home. Discussed options with homeowner and explained we can not perform electronic leak check without adding some refrigerant to system but with the evaporator coils age it is likely the failing component. She was told the evaporator coil has failed by previous technician but wanted a second opinion. She will call us when she is ready to speak with comfort advisor. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great day.

Mr.Graham need two 240volts circuits for a wall oven and one for a gas range/electric over. These two appliances are required to be on 30 amp breakers. We have installed the majority of this the only missing part is the breakers unfortunately we’ve been given the wrong ones. This install will not carry a warranty. I’ve explained that the challenger panel should be replaced. Reason being the overall condition, insufficient space and challenger brand breakers.customer is aware. Customer is aware of this disclosure and agreed. There is drywall damage from running our wire for the circuits. Customer is aware that we don’t repair drywall. I have also provided an estimate for fixture installation.

On arrival performed cooling maintenance inspection on one 2022 Carrier 80% gas furnace / 2017 Carrier 2.5 ton AC. Checked and replaced one 16x25x1 media filter and dated. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked blower motor and blower wheel, evaporator coil, DeltaT and have a 26° split between return air and supply air temperatures, ductwork, thermostat, condensate drain line and flushed with two gallons of water, inline safety float switch, condenser coil, contactor, dual run capacitor, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. System is cooling as it should. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
Last fall, Johnathan recommended a deep clean of our HVAC blower and we had that done today. Looking forward to a good working summer of AC! Thanks!

On arrival performed condenser coil chemical cleaning services. Checked one 20x25x1 media filter per homeowners request, still in like new condition. Did a quick visual inspection of evaporator coil and 80% gas furnace. Found no issues or concerns. System is ready for summer. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great day.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Dudley. Keep Smiling has visited multiple times regarding Mr. Dudley‘s dishwasher issue. What Mr. Dudley explained to me is that the dishwasher will not drain when it is connected to its isolated P-trap. However, it would drain perfectly normal when They would aim it into the sink. I spent time allowing the dishwasher to run its cycles to observe this myself. I got the same results that Mr. Dudley explained. I spent some time brainstorming possibilities as to why. As far as I was concerned, thanks to my conversation with Mr. Dudley, the installation was completely accurate. I spoke with Mr. Dudley about installing a tubular connection under the sink for the drain hose to be attached to, and just abandoning the isolated P-trap. This idea was agreed upon. I presented pricing to do so. Mr. Dudley agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I gathered the parts that I needed for performing the work and begin with the drain hose. With the drain h

On arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Dukes. They brought me into their kitchen while giving me the story of the recent leak that they have experienced. The home is 30 or more years old with the vinyl style floors. Water made its way through the flooring where there are a couple of cuts in the vinyl material. I spoke with them about different hypotheticals and began assessing possibilities. The home has polybutylene water pipes, but the water meter was fortunately static. This indicates that there is no active leak. They were wondering if it had to do with the drain pipe for the washing machine. I do not believe that there is a drain issue. The reason is that there is also a bathroom right next to the washing machine. The fixtures in the bathroom would also feed into this type of hypothetical drain leak. The icemaker shut off and supply connection were dry. The refrigerator was not actively leaking. The kitchen sink and faucet had no signs of leaks anywhere. I managed to find one c

Replacing the entire breaker box and all breakers.

Upon arrival, customer claimed that they had a leak coming from the shower onto their ceiling. They said this happened last night and there was a lot of water coming down the ceiling. I went upstairs to check out the hallway shower and the toilet. The tenant said that there might been a blockage somewhere because the toilet did not flush completely and the showers take long to drain. Then spoke with the landlord over the phone and went over a couple options on what to do first. The diagnostic fee includes me cutting the ceiling and seeing what’s going on. And then we go from there. He agreed and signed off, after cutting open the ceiling, I saw that the shower was leaking But not from any pipe, it was leaking from the shower pan. Since it was tiled in, we do not work on tile showers. I started flushing the toilet and it immediately backed up. I then flushed the toilet on the restroom on the left and it backed up too. I called the landlord one more time and went over everything, I gave

Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a back up on his dishwasher. I explain to him that I would need to run a camera and a snake but after further inspection on the dishwasher, I saw that there was water going into the drain and not backing up. I informed this new customer he stated that they had past issues with the dishwasher as well. I explain to him that it’s good practice to replace the hose for the drain on the dishwasher because he had a stubbed of copper piece in between the flooring. I left them an estimate to replace that certain hose. I charge dispatch fee there is no need to run a snake and a camera through the drain line. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

At today’s visit, Mr. McCart explained that he had lost power this morning in multiple areas around the house. This consisted of the master bedroom, kitchen lights, kitchen outlets, living room, upstairs bedrooms and outlets, and basement lights and outlet. With the issue going on, I step outside and visually inspected the meter and saw that it was not on. I explained to Mr. Mccant that with the meter not working he should reach out to Georgia Power as we cannot enter a meter base. As I was getting ready to leave, Georgia power arrived without notification from myself or Mr. Mccant to evaluate the issue. I provided an estimate for having the panel evaluated to check for any damage and Mr. Mccant stated he would have us back at a different time to look into the panel box.

Dispatch fee $39.00 Quoted installation of two new washer valves, found PRV to be faulty. Pressure is high. Unable to check pressure because water to the unit is off. Homeowner is looking for a few estimates. Unable to perform service today.

Great service
Our plumbing issue was three-fold. We had a leak in the garage in a pipe around the water heater, though location of leak wasn’t obvious…that took a while to determine before repair could be done. Garion also pointed out a second small leak at the pressure valve area; leak repaired and valve replaced. Lastly, the more serious water leak had caused rust on the outside, and base/grate of the water heater, which was of an age nearing time for replacement. The water heater was replaced too. The multi repairs required several hours. Garion was professional, friendly, efficient, and explained all repairs clearly. I was very pleased with the service.
Connor did some electrical work for us today and it was such an excellent experience all around. He was able to give us a reasonable price, kept us informed of his progress, cleaned up the debris from his work & was very personable throughout. We will call Connor & Keep Smiling for future projects. Highly recommend them...
