Replaced 10’ section of 3” rusted cast iron under kitchen with 3” pvc drain line and replaced 3/4” Pressure reducing valve all located in crawlspace
Upon arrival customer stated that he had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping water on to the kitchen floor. Upon further inspection I found that the cold side emergency shutoff for the left side sink of the double vanity in the master bathroom was leaking. Dripping water into the cabinet and it was finding the holes of which the water lines come through the floor and saturating the subfloor and dripping through the kitchen ceiling Today I replaced the leaking emergency shut off. 6 month warranty
KSPEHC was called out for possible leak on tankless unit installed by KSPEHC. on arrival homeowner showed tech a 1/2” copper pipe that was not connected to anything. The pipe wasn’t leaking on arrival and tech quickly realized why. This is the condensation release pipe that was originally inserted into the pvc condensate drain. During installation of a battery backup the pip slid out of the access port it was connected to. Once reinserted all condensate drain is contained again and no more dripping on garage floor.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Okoro. He explained to me that the septic company was at his home in the morning to pump his septic tank. The septic technicians gained the impression that one or more of the toilets were running. I performed a detailed assessment of the toilets with Mr. Okoro by my side. We confirmed that the toilets were not running. We also looked down the PVC cleanout leading to the septic tank. Water was not running down the drain into the tank. Mr. Okoro give me permission to inspect the water pressure in the thermal expansion tank. The water pressure is healthy, but the thermal expansion tank had failed. I explained the importance of the thermal expansion tank. Mr. Okoro agreed to an estimate for replacing the thermal expansion tank, allowing me to move forward. I quickly swapped out the original tank with the new one. After I turned the water back on, I noticed multiple points of corrosion and drips with the pipes above the water heater. I explained to Mr. Ok

At todays visit, Mrs. Poole is having electrical issues throughout the house on multiple different circuits where over the course of the past 5 years, different rooms have lost power consisting of individual bedrooms, the hallways and the living room which is spanning multiple circuits. I proposed troubleshooting work be performed to identify the issues causing the power loss across the circuits. Given the rooms that are out, I am planning for troubleshooting across three different circuits and thus made an estimate for this work. Mrs. Poole declined to have the work performed today and I have emailed the estimate over.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a couple things going on, the farthest bathroom has a vanity that is slowly draining. In the bedroom bathroom the cold supply line for the vanity is leaking where it connects to the emergency shut off valve. After talking with the homeowner, they explained that he has tried to take care of the thin me that it’s draining slowly, but has had no success. After inspecting work, I explained that I could snake out the wife’s sink drain in her bathroom with an attempt to clear the blockage. I could replace the supply line for the husbands bathroom sink due to the cold side, leaking where it connects to the emergency shut off valve. After explaining everything to the homeowners, they explain that their neighbor just had his drains replaced due to them being cast-iron and rotting out and they were wanting me to look at theirs and let them know how it looks. I took a look at all the drains and there is approximately 100 foot of cast-iron that is at least

Upon arrival, customer stated his basement toilet was clogged up. After further inspection, I noticed the toilet was overflowing due to the toilet being clogged up. Could not shut water off due to a faulty angle stop. Provided customer with an estimate to pull the toilet and snake the line to clear the clog. I also provided another estimate to replace the shut off valve in order to stop the water. Customer only approve the angle stop replacement. Customer stated he wanted a second opinion on the issue. I shut the water off by the meter in order to replace the angle valve. After replacement was completed, I turned the water back on the home to make sure my repair was free of leaks
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had leak at meter on the water service line and she would like an estimate to get it resolved. After talking with the homeowner she explained that the house was built in the 1960s and she has lived here for the last 30 years And I asked if she has had any work done on the waterline and she explained that she has not. I explained that since the water service line is at at least 30 years old, it is at the end of its life expectancy and I recommend a replacement. I explain that with the full replacement I would also be able to do the PRV because it is likely just as old as the waterline. Explain that I would also be able to dig up around the meter and take a look at the line and I would be able to tell what it is made out of and the condition. After looking at the work, I was able to give the homeowner two options, one to dig up and examine the pipe and possibly make a repair in another for a for Water service line replacement. I explained that with t
The hard hvac pipe is in the way, needs to be moved to either access from the drop ceiling or he sheet rock ceiling in the bathroom.
Upon arrival, customer claim she had a leak going on under her sink, she also said that whenever we replaced the fill valve flapper, the handle on toilet has been loose since. And she thought she had a leak in her crawlspace. After inspecting everything, the leak under her sink was the left side strainer. Which was corroded. The issue was that the flapper chain was too loose. All I did was tighten the chain and it flushed before. The “leak” in her crawlspace was not actually a leak. It was damaged since there was a little bit of opening in that area. After replacing the strainer, I turned water on to test. I instantly saw that her kitchen faucet was leaking to her kitchen cabinet leading to her crawlspace, which then indicated the wet spots in her crawlspace. I brought it up to her concern also giving her a couple options to choose from , from her supplying the faucet to us supplying it. She decided that she is going to leave the faucet alone and will look for new faucets today and tm
The clean out cap in the front yard was already off upon arrival. It has overflowed into the flower bed. Need to run the drain machine to clear the clog. First attempt was with the smaller machine, ran out of cable before I hit the blockage. Swapped out with the bigger machine and it was a soft stoppage due to wipes in the sewer system. Ran multiple fixtures in the house to verify it was unstopped.
Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak under his sink and also said one side was draining slow, after inspecting and running water. I saw that the left side basket strainer was leaking and the right side was draining very slow, after talking to the customer about his issue I brought up pricing and I recommended to replace basket strainer since it looks like it’s already rusting, he agreed and I also said while I’m changing out basket strainer I’ll clean the pipes on the inside so it will drain good. After making last connection I let water run for about 5-10 min. All drained perfect and no leaks were seen. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!
Upon arrival customer claimed that her toilet was leaking from the bottom. I was going to test so I can see for myself but she said it leaks a lot so I believed her and took her word because I did not want to make a mess. She then gave me a couple min to make some options that would fit her. She decided to go with the repair today. Because she doesn’t use that restroom a lot. After pulling the toilet I did see the flange a little lower than usual and I did bring it up to her after setting the toilet back in place. but she decided to wait on it since restroom doesn’t get used a whole lot, I will still send her an estimate to replace flange and raise it to the right height. I flushed toilet around 6-7 times with toilet paper and no leaks were seen. Thank you for choosing keep smiling flushing !!!!!
Upon arrival, customer stated that there was water on the other side of the wall that I installed a water heater in and was thinking that the water heater was leaking upon my Inspection I found that nothing on the water heater was leaking and the saturated area in the closet was probably from some residual water that got through the wall. I contacted Hampton restoration to come out and dry up the closet.
