Came out to the Mosley residence to install a new switch and light over the vanity upon attempting to cut out spot for pop in box noticed it was a concrete block wall so we had to put different lights in which where 3 (6 inch recessed lights in the ceiling)with new wire(50 ft)new power and new switch.As the tech was installing the whole home surge protector inside the panel noticed someone had put 12 awg wire under the same terminals for the main power which is not good and can cause issues did bring this up with the Mosleys .(1 year warranty.)

Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, thermostat was calling for cooling and indoor blower was on. Outside unit was not. During inspection technician found wire for pressure switch disconnected from board. Technician tightened end of wire so it could not get loose again. After adjusting wire, condenser was operational. Client called us out for a damaged hose Bibb on the side of the home. Customer believed it was only a washer that was need however hose Bibb was completely stripped out. Issue: upstairs system isn’t cooling properly and blower motor not coming ON due that when customer replace control board, he forgot to put the blower motor on cool. House has 2 systems. Furnace is gas Rheem about 25 years old located in the attic and it does upstairs. It has an air filter 16x25x1. Found inducer fan motor making noises, suggested to replace motor with its pressure switch. There isn’t any type of flood safety, recommended to install a drain pan safety float to reduce water damages to system and property. Condenser is 2 tons Airtemp about 16 years old located left side of the house with R22 refrigerant. Main reason for blower motor only to come ON on heating mode and not cooling mode is because when customer replace control board himself didn’t put a wire at cool at the board so that is why blower motor isn’t coming ON and not cooling properly, I put the wire on the cool at the board and blower motor started spinning and system cooling. Found system low on refrigerant

Came out to the Coprich residence to give her a estimate on why her dining room outlets isn’t working I think it’s a outlet and breaker issue won’t know fully until we take apart and do inspection.

Installed one chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling. Customer is satisfied with the height. Previous fixture was given to the homeowner. There’s now one switch to operate the light and the other switch is now a dead switch. Manager approved price.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a representative of the realtor. The realtor is Jill. He granted me access to perform the compliance inspection. I inspected the various fixtures for the rates along with a general visual inspection of the plumbing. All of the fixtures appear to comply with Dekalb County flow rate standards. A couple of other aspects were noticed during the inspection. The thermal expansion tank had failed. This needs to get replaced for safety of function and health. The master bathroom toilet is loose at the base. This needs to be addressed as well. I am unable to test the water pressure due to the water currently being off. Technician performed maintenance on 22 year old split system(Downstairs unit) Filter was replaced. Motor pulling normal amps. Capacitor for motor is very weak and will not last long. There is only an 11 degree temperature difference from return and supply air. Outside capacitor is still in good standing. Outdoor pressures are low which explains the small temperature difference. Also, the suction line outdoors is bare and will need insulation. The capacitor and insulation can be taken care of today with your permission but there is nothing we can do about the low refrigerant. Due to EPA regulations, this systems refrigerant( R22), is very expensive. It is my recommendation that you consider a system update. I will attach both estimates along with this invoice. On arrival inspected home for full system replacement and ductwork repair. Found one system supplying both upstairs and downstairs, older gas furnace is new to original build, Goodman 3.0 ton r22 outdoor condenser, and a Lennox evaporator coil. All need replacing. Also found some of the metal ductwork is missing insulation, a couple of 6” supply runs missing ductwork all together, all return and supply boots and boxes needs replacing, as well as registers. Took photos and videos of all findings. Per homeowners request he would like to reroute Flue pipe from original furnace so it is not coming out of wall in front of doorway downstairs. Lineset will have to be replaced and rerouted, less than 50ft run. Outdoor condensing unit can be moved over 6-8ft closer to where the lineset enters home through the brick and placed on a pad. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Keo. Our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC divisions were all scheduled out at the same time. Mr. Keo explained and subsequently showed us that the home has been completely gutted. Came out to the Kea residence to do a visual inspection of the house upon inspection noticed a multiple issues as follows ;open splices inside the wall,a number of outlets that are burnt up ,exposed wiring on the outisde of home,no outlet for the garage door,as well as a chime that looked like it was broken off.

On arrival inspected one Haier 3.5 ton AC w/ 2016 Goodman 3.0 ton evaporator coil and a 2000 Ruud 80% gas furnace system for no cooling upstairs and tripping breaker. After inspection found a bad dual run capacitor, melted terminals on contactor caused from over amperage from compressor. Tested compressor ohms and found they did not match up across run and start indicating internal failure of compressor. Discussed findings with homeowner and talked about options. Due to compressor failing if we changed these other parts there is no guarantee the compressor will run. Homeowner would like to speak with a comfort advisor about full system replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that he has an angle water stop underneath the upstairs hall bathroom sink that was dripping and when he went to turn it off it kept leaking out of the packing nut. Upon my inspection I found that this older brass craft valve style is not repairable and would need to be replace I went to take my pressure test on the home at the water and found that the pressure on the home is 130 psi I explained to the customer that the high pressure can cause a lot of issues on the plumbing system considering that the fixtures in the home are only rated for 80psi MAX. I presented options to the customer to fix these issues. He chose to Replace the hot side leaking angle stop in the upstairs hall bathroom vanity. Ms.Teck has been having trouble with the outdoor sconces lights. I advised that it would be best to replace the both fixtures. The light fixtures are very old and the base of the bulbs are brittle. I managed to get all bulbs working but they will burn out quickly. I’m sending over all estimates. During inclement weather it will possibly cause them to go out quickly. At the panel I advised to replace the panel due to its age. It is at the end of its life cycle. This would take care of things for the next 30years. The other option is a panel rejuvenation which will get a couple of more years out the panel.

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Singh about what issues he’s been having. After opening devices to find what’s causing the lack of power within the front bedroom I found that the wires installed into the back of one of the outlets came loose. I replaced the outlet installing the wires directly to the screws showing my work to the client as I went. He was very pleased and payment was collected shortly after. 1 Year Warranty.

Customer went on with estimate for n customer supplied faucet, last visit I mentioned her other basket strainer needed to be replaced soon due the the rust on it. She now bought the basket strainer and wants me to replace. Gave her another estimate with basket strainer included and she agreed.
