Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner was wanting to know what it would take to get their tub and shower valve replaced. She explained it. This is her daughters project and that she already has the fixtures. She also explained it. She just replaced the vanity faucet in the same bathroom and now it is dripping she has a cut off time, but she would also like that looked at. I started by examining the shower valve and looked for an access point to get behind the bathroom wall but there were none. I explained that I would have to go in the bedroom that’s on the other side of the bathroom and cut a hole in the closet big enough for me to fit through in order to gain access to the piping for the shower valve. I explained that I would have to check the pressure because pressure is a leading cause to sinks dripping. I checked the pressure at the water heater and pressure was 80 psi. Upon arrival, customer stated that she had a supply line in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom connected to the toilet cracked and blew off The fill valve. She also wanted me to walk around and make sure that no other supply lines or anything was wrong. I inspected all the bathrooms. I found one other supply line that was fraying in the master bathroom connected to the toilet and an emergency shutoff valve that would not cut off water. She also explained to me that she did not like how low to the ground, the toilet was in her master bathroom so today I.
