Upon arrival I was met with broker they informed me that the inspector said that above the kitchen, there was a wet spot, but it wasn’t a constant leak. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner was wanting to know what it would take to get their tub and shower valve replaced. She explained it. I started by examining the shower valve and looked for an access point to get behind the bathroom wall but there were none. I explained that I would have to go in the bedroom that’s on the other side of the bathroom and cut a hole in the closet big enough for me to fit through in order to gain access to the piping for the shower valve. I explained that I would have to check the pressure because pressure is a leading cause to sinks dripping. I checked the pressure at the water heater and pressure was 80 psi. I found one other supply line that was fraying in the master bathroom connected to the toilet and an emergency shutoff valve that would not cut off water.
