Upon arrival, customer stated that there was a leak under her shampoo bowl after further inspection one connection wasn’t fully on. she had told me that she had trouble taking out the hair trap. I advise her to be with him more careful when taking it out. Because it could cause for other fittings to loosen up overtime. Just in case I change the washers out the washers as well. I then ran water, and there was no leaks.

At today’s visit, Mrs. Crain explained that she was looking to get a new panel given that it was around 20-25years in age. She also told us the she was looking to get an electric space heater for her living room that would sit into the fireplace. I explained to Mrs. Crain after evaluating the panel box that structurally it was in good shape and that the general life expectancy of panels are around 30-50 years if serviced appropriately. Given that the existing panel has not been serviced, I did recommended that this occur and I provided an estimate for a Panel rejuvenation which would consist of remaking all the hot, neutral, and ground connections along with replacing the single pole and double pole breakers to prevent loose connections from causing heat damage to the critical components of the electrical system. Upon arrival, customer stated she thought she had a leak by her water heater inside of the kitchen. After further inspection, I went down into the crawlspace and noticed a three-quarter inch PEX line that was leaking due to tree root growing on top of it. Customer approved estimate to replace the section of pipe that was leaking as well as removing the roots. After replacing the section of pipe, I turned the water back onto the home to make sure none of my repairs were leaking. Parts and labor have one year warranty.

On arrival inspected one 2017 Goodman 2.0 ton heatpump system for loud noises coming from outdoor condensing unit. After inspection determined that the compressor has failed due to internal failure. Checked refrigerant pressures and found resting pressures are at 187 p.s.i. (Which are average) Once system was running pressures did not change indicating failure on seals and/or some type of internal failure. Technician looked up warranty status on Goodman manufacture website and found system is still under parts warranty until August 20th 2028. Discussed findings with homeowners and they would like quotes for both options. It is recommended to replace compressor under warranty or replacement of outdoor condensing unit. Customer also mentioned if $50.00 off coupon would apply to warranty repairs and tech informed her it would, and that if we do outdoor condensing unit replacement the discount may be more and would discuss with service advisor. Upon arrival customer claimed to have a toilet to be a wobbly. She said she tried doing it herself but when she tried to turn the water off to the toilet the valve was not shutting off completely and that’s when she decided to call a plumber. She also was telling me that she has a couple more thing she’s wants done. She took me to another restroom and said she wanted her shower trim and sink faucet replaced. After gathering everything I asked her to give me a couple min to set up an estimate. After setting the estimate up. I charged her book price to replace flange since the toilet in her restroom did not have any bolts and I saw the flange broken. And went half off on replacing the emergency shutoff to toilet. And will go free install on the customer supplied faucet and shower trim. After giving her price, she Immediately said she was not expecting it to be high. And said she will do more shopping around. Upon arrival, customer stated they had a leak underneath their crawlspace coming from a sewer line. After further inspection, I noticed there was multiple leaks. The leaks were coming from the mainline, which was a 4 inch as well as different branch lines that were 3 inch, 2 inch, an inch and a half, I also noticed the mainline had back pitch. Customer approved estimate to re-pipe all the sewer lines underneath the crawlspace with the correct pitch. After ripping out all the old PVC, we installed new PVC with new branch lines as well as new traps for all the tubs and the washing machine. We used J hooks on the mainline in order to have the correct pitch. we ran the mainline with a 4 inch PVC pipe and used 3 inch and 2 inch branch lines for all the sinks showers and washing machine lines. After all pipes were primed and glued together with the correct pitch, we went inside the house and ran all the water to test our work and make sure nothing was leaking. There was only two leaks. Tenant/Landlord: upon arrival met with brother of tenant. He stated that there is a leak, coming from a drain pipe under kitchen. Crawlspace is a very difficult belly crawlspace. I attempted to contact owner to quote diagnostics fee to enter crawlspace, however owner did not answer. I left him a message and waited 20 minutes with no call back. I emailed owner quote for diagnostic fee and Will credit diagnostic fee towards total repairs if and owner decides to remedy issue.

Run smoke down vent on outside of building to see where sewer gas smell is coming from. After smoke test we found out leak in happening where it connects to the city line. Pvc pipe in going into cast iron under the crawlspace. When many vibrations happened caused pipe to break loose causing smell.

Upon inspection. We smelled sewer gas as soon as we walked into the back doors of the salon. It is only localized in the back section of the salon. We pulled the floor up to inspect crawl space/sewer pipe. There was no sewer smell in crawl space or leaks. Everything seemed to be working properly. Michelle stated there was work done on December 5 to the back outside of the building install a new main sewer line that caused the hole building to shake. The glass alarms went off 120 feet away in the front of the salon because building shook so bad. So after inspection all the plumbing in crawl space is working properly with no smell. we have came to the conclusion that a old vent inside the wall on the back part of the salon has been cracked due to shaking of the building and is causing sewer gas smell. To verify that is the problem we will need to do a smoke test to see where sewer gas is escaping from.

Arrived at property. They were having issues with a sewer smell coming from the wash machine area. After talking with them, they explained that since December 6 they have smelled the sewer smell. They explained that when they come in in the morning it smells awful so they’ll run some water and the smell will die down but when they stop running the water, the smell will pick back up. After inspecting the area, I was unable to smell the sewer smell that they were smelling. I had him run water in every fixture so that way we would fill the pipes up and push the air out and possibly identify where the leak is coming from. I ran water for an hour, but was unable to get the smell to pop up. I shut all the water off and waited another 15 minutes to see if the smell would pop up but nothing happened. The Keel’s have 17 year old 80 gal electric water heater that is leaking. Unable to to 80 gal electric on Saturday in Social circle. Mr. Keel agreed to replace water heater on Monday.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that half of the in her room were not working. She also advised me an outlet in her bathroom wasn’t working and a light in the living room was not turning on. She then told me that her husband had tried to swap out the light to try see if that resolve the issue with no luck I was able to quickly determine that the switch to the switch itself was broken. I then proceeded to go to the other bathroom to try to find a GFI that might be connected to the outlet in her bathroom. I found one in the other bathroom and it seemed to have failed replacing this GFI most likely restore power to her bathroom outlet. I did a full diagnostics on the bedroom outlets, and during my investigation, I found a wire that had popped out of the outlet, not allowing power to flow to the rest of the outlets. Upon arrival customer stated he had a toilet that was clogged in the master bathroom and has ordered a toilet to replace it he has also ordered a toilet for the hall bathroom off of the kitchen and would like the old toilet replaced from the whole bathroom installed upstairs in the upstairs bathroom I gave the customer a price to perform all of the work needed, Customer agreed on the price, but the toilets have not arrived yet.
