Came out to the Prude residence to install 2 chandeliers one in the foyer 20 ft high and another in the dining room 10ft high (did not charge to dress dining room chandelier.)(1 year warranty.)

Partial Rewire: Dining Room and Kitchen. Diagnostics, Demolition, and Rebuild. The wiring is incorrectly built and we are going through the process of correcting all found problems as well as other items found during this rebuilding process.

On arrival found one 2017 Rheem 5.0 ton heatpump outdoor condenser not running. After inspection found that the low pressure switch is opening due to extremely low refrigerant. Discussed findings with homeowner and recommended performing electronic leak detection to determine where refrigerant leak is located and make necessary repairs. If leak cannot be detected then we will have to do a more in depth leak search including possibly having to remove evaporator coil and removing outer jacket on condenser coil. We will also have to nitrogen pressure test, Vaccum and recharge system with 212 oz or 13.25 lbs of r410a refrigerant. Due to freezing temperatures we are not able to perform these steps today. Upon arrival at customers house, he informed me that he needed a new supply line for his new fridge. Lowe’s came earlier to install it, but they told him that they don’t deal with those copper supply lines. So he wanted to put on a braided supply line for his new fridge. I presented an estimate for a new supply line he accepted. I had to make a bigger hole to be able to run the new braided supply line. Iron furnace brewing customers, and he was OK with it after making a bigger hole was a lot easier to run the supply line. Left a lot of slack, so Lowes can come back and install the fridge. Customer was stating that car charger was overheating again. And I advised her that a diagnostics would probably be best to try to find out if there’s anything loose in the electrical system. After performing the diagnostics, it was determined that everything was tight and connected as it should be. Only potential issue that I found was dirt buildup in the head of the charger where it connects to the car. An improper connection can lead to overheating because a good connection is everything in electrical.

Upon arrival customer stated that he had a toilet fill valve that would not shut off he said it it was spray into the tank out of the top of the fill valve. Upon my inspection I found that the diaphragm inside the top of the fill valve had been pushed up and was allowing water to spray out constantly I let the customer know that the number one causing factor of this issue is usually high pressure and asked if I could see where the water heater is to get a quick pressure test on the home. He then took me around the house to the basement garage/workshop and through the door in back that leads to the walk-in crawlspace where the water heater sits. I took a pressure test and the water pressure was at 120psi I explained to the customer that the fixtures in your home are only rated to have 80psi behind them at a maximum and that’s why by code you are supposed to have 55-75 psi in the home I told the customer that I can fix the leak without a warranty due to the high pressure or I can fix t

Customer stated that they had no lights working in the master bathroom and the master closet. He advised me that he checked the breaker and the breaker seem to be on and that there has not been any recent work done in the area. I advised him we would have to do a diagnostics on the electrical circuit to try to pinpoint the issue. He agreed and I continued with the diagnostics. I started at the panel to make sure that it wasn’t just a bad breaker and I confirm that all the breakers were sending out at the proper voltage of 120 V. I then proceeded to check the switches and outlets in the affected area. I didn’t find any issues there so I moved on to the nearest outlet that was working p, located in the master bedroom. When removing it I noticed the closet light flickering. I noticed a wire had came out of place not making a proper contact. New 200 Amp Electrical Panel: Upon removing the existing Electrical Panel I found the Basement Feeder and Boat House Feeder were missing parts and have now been repaired and the Electrical has been Upgraded.

At today’s service, Mrs. Dawn had a dining room chandelier she wanted replaced with a surface mounted fixture she had supplied. I built an estimate to Repalce this fixture to which she agreed. Therefore, I removed the existing chandelier and installed the fixture she supplied. The new fixture comes with a 1 year warranty on the installation.

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a clogged toilet. He was telling me this happened last night and couldn’t figure out how it happened. He mentioned the cleaners and his wife’s nurse came by a d possibly thinks the cleaners dropped something yesterday and was not able to get it. After gathering enough information and testing the toilet I came to conclude the object is in the toilet and will be needing to auger. I did explain to customer if object can not be angered out the next option will be pulling toilet and try to get object from the bottom of toilet. After giving him price he agreed and signed off. After augering toilet I pulled out what seems to be a brush. I took pics and showed it to customer. I then flushed 3 times with toilet paper to properly test the toilet and all was good. Attempt to clear drain stoppage via toilet auger. This will clear most blockages within 5-6 feet of the toilet. This is an attempt to clear. If blockage is further out than 5-6 feet and larger equipment is required, the scope of work and pricing will change to the secondary estimate provided. If homeowner chooses to not go with the secondary estimate, the charges for the toilet auger will still be due. Toilet auger could not clear blockage. Toilet auger could only get halfway through the toilet before hitting a solid blockage. Informed homeowner over the phone what I believed that someone flushed a solid object down the toilet and that we were going to have to go with the secondary estimate to pull toilet, clear blockage, and retrieve the object. Was able to pull toilet and run drain machine backwards through the outflow of the toilet. A large rock was retrieved. Reset toilet with new wax ring and it immediately flushed. 30 day warranty. Customer was smelling sewer gas in basement found p trap behind wall for relief drain and was dry advised need to pour water in trap to keep trap seal.

KSPEHC wa called out for toilet running and high water bill. Tech was informed water was turned off by county. When tech attempted to turn it on to investigate the issue he noticed the lock on the meter. Immediately tech closed the meter lid and explained the county would need to make another trip out to unlock the meter before any investigation of plumbing issues could begin.

Upon arrival customer claimed she wanted a couple things done around her house. She was telling me she remodeled almost her whole house but her last plumbers finished everything besides plumbing in the kitchen sink. After inspecting underneath the kitchen sink I saw why they never finished and left. The sink sat lower that the one before and there was no space with what they wanted to use. She then showed me a shower trim she wanted replaced but she said her last plumbers didn’t finish that either. Reason because they bought the wrong brand shower kit (delta) and the one she has is (aquasource) the last thing she showed me is her bathroom sink, her last guys did not connect p trap and her sink wasn’t in use. I asked the customer to give me a couple min on the kitchen sink to figure out what to do. Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a possible leak up in the ceiling where the restroom is. I informed the customer that I would have to cut out the sheet rock to get eyes on this possible leak. I cut some sheet rock and saw there was no Close, plumbing. I turned on everything to try and re-create the so called leak. I could not find any leak I made sure to check any drain or water lines, but everything was dry. On arrival, customer claim that he is having his countertops replaced and is wanting the plumbing taken out and re done when counter top is finished. Customer said he just wanted an estimate today.
