The Ortega’s had no hot water pressure. We installed exterior tankless, back in August of last year. Upon diagnosis, found that pex pipes feeding water heater froze causing issue. Thawed out pipes with hair dryer and installed more wall insulation to remedy issue. I also advised The Ortega’s to keep hot water faucets dripping until temperatures get above freezing. No charge under warranty
Connect the transfer pump to the tankless. Run the pump through the machine for 45 minutes. Then flush the cleaning solution out. Close everything back up and make sure it is functioning properly.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a couple of things going on. He got his water bill this month and it had almost tripled. After talking with the homeowner, he thought that there was a couple of toilets that were leaking so he showed me all the toilets and then took me to his daughters room Where her bathroom faucet has a constant drip, homeowner explained that he has tried to shut off the emergency valves underneath to stop the drip, but they do not work. I tried to shut off both the emergency valves underneath the sink, I was able to shut off the cold side, but not the hot side. I explained that we would have to replace the hot side emergency shut off valve. After inspecting all the work, I found that the main level hall bathroom next to the kitchen. The toilet has a Mansfield flush valve that is broke and does not sit right on the flapper, causing it to leak and waste water. While I was inspecting everything, the homeowner wanted me to look at his sons toilet as well because

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner was having a leak in the utility room. After talking with the homeowner explained that he noticed that the PRV was dripping, so he put a bucket underneath it to catch the water and call us. After inspecting what was dripping, I found that it was the PRV that has started dripping from the con. I explain to the homeowner that the PRV has failed due to old age and wear and tear. Explains the average lifespan on them is 5 to 10 years and he is at 10 years. I explained to the homeowner that the PRV is the most important piece of plumbing in his home due to the fact that it regulates the pressure and if the pressure is too high, then it can cause damage to other fixtures in the home. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace the PRV with a one-year warranty. Homeowner accepted. I had to go to a supply house to pick up the part. When I got back, I turn off the water and drain down the house then replaced the PRV. I turned back on the water to test for l

Upon arrival customer stated that he is remodeling is basement/garage and would like to put a bathroom under the stairs. He would also like a price on getting an ice make box install for his new fridge because there has never been an ice maker line in the home and a price to move the water heater over a few inches to make room for the new basement bathroom. After looking over everything I found the best route to take would be to put a sewage ejection pump in the utility room 30-40 ft away and jackhammer a path in the concrete to get under the stairs. Water lines are local under the stairs. The water heater needs have the thermal expansion tank repositioned to take stress off of the cpvc pipe and a new ball valve for water shut off will need to be installed Customer was left with multiple estimates to satisfy the needs and wants of his plumbing system

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Rogers. She brought me to her garage to show me the water on the floor while describing her caution about a possible leak. After some initial discussion, I inspected the water meter to see if water was running. The meter indicated no water usage. The home does not have a pressure leak. And then ran water from the two showers that are upstairs. I was able to hear water dripping in the crawlspace. I provided a diagnostic charge for going in the crawlspace to further inspect where the leak is coming from. Ms. Rogers agreed to the diagnostic fee, allowing me to move forward. I found three leaks happening at the foundation wall. These three leaks were within a span of approximately ten feet. I found no indication of a damaged drain pipe. We both experienced a sewage smell within the home after some time went by with the water running. I went to the side of the house where there was another bathroom and discovered that the toilet was completely backed up Fr
