I was met on site by Mr. Sullivan. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling in order to get pricing for installing the newly purchased vanity and have the faucet and respective connections completed. Mr. Sullivan brought me to the powder room in which this vanity is to be placed. They found out that the design of the vanity does not cooperate with the existing orientation of the P-trap and emergency shut offs. I assessed the area to brainstorm what it would take to get everything installed. I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure is within the appropriate range, but the thermal expansion tank had failed. I explained to Mr. Sullivan the function and risks regarding the expansion tank. I was also shown the P-traps in the double vanity of the master bathroom. Their current set up utilizes the accordion style connection. Mr. Sullivan wanted to see what it would cost to reconfigure those as well for consideration. After discussions, I put tog

To complete install once tap has been located Text have located the tap and completed the install text found tap located on the right side of the yard when looking at the front yard from the front door, tap is a 6 inch terra-cotta pipe, technicians utilized a fern, coal and Concrete to make the tech connection, installed a 6 inch clean out at the tap along with 2, 4 inch clean outs throughout the run, coming down the front yard, Technicians have prepped septic tank to be backfilled with gravel as soon as possible, technicians have tested the sewer to ensure that it is working at full capacity with no issues, warranty on sewer install is only parts only warranty does not cover blockages of any kind. It is recommended that you do not flush girl products, or wipes down the sewer,

Technician came out for leak call. Upon arrival, unit was running and pan was full. Located drain line outside under patio and used pump to clear it of debris. Used shop vac to clear out drain pan in attic. Observed unit to make sure it was not leaking from actual furnace. Unit is now draining properly. Customer has leak under kitchen sink. It was quoted last year to rebuild drainage under sink and work was declined back then. I arrived today and tubular drains/ end outlet are new. When water ran in left basin water leaks heavily. I found it barely attached and no gasket in the connection. Other side with parapet is also very loose and heals up with boxes under sink. There is no gasket on that connection either. Just charged customer a misc repair to remove and put gaskets on the pipes. When I removed I found that the horizontal section was holding water. When I dumped out I found it clogged. When I cleaned it out I found the gaskets that were supposed to be on the connections. They clearly were not installed correctly and slipped off into the horizontal drain which blocked all the gunk that drains into sink. I reattached all the drains. With gaskets. Everything is tight. Ran water several minutes and everything flows good with no leaks. Gaskets used were not truck stock items. No oth

Customer has water spraying out from shower handle and water leaks through living room ceiling when shower is turned on upstairs. Customer has pull out style moen 1225 shower valve. Handle very difficult to pull and turn but indeed sprayed like crazy when opened. I advised customer it looks like she will just need a new cartridge in the shower valve. Customer approved repair and I turned water off to home. I removed trim kit and inspected in wall that everything else looked fine. I used cartridge puller and removed old cartridge. I installed new 1225 cartridge and turned water back onto home. Water pressure on home is good at this time. House does have polybutylene tubing throughout. Verified no leaks in wall and tested shower. Water comes out properly with no leaks. I reinstalled trim kit and handle and tested again. Everything works as it should. Total paid today is $337.40 paid via credit card

Issue: customer states that there isn’t any cold air coming from some vents and that fan never turns off, upon arrival customer told me that system is operating properly but she still wants me to check the system. House has 1 system. Furnace is gas Lennox about 4 years old located in the crawlspace. It has an air filter 20x25x1. Condenser is 3.5 tons Lennox about 16 years old located left side of the house with R410a refrigerant. I didn’t find anything wrong at this time, someone checked Evaporator coil and took the tape off so it was leaking some, I put some tape at no charge but explained customer that this isnt a big deal, then customer told me that some vents don’t blow cold air, we checked all the vents that she said that it doesn’t blow cold and all the vents are blowing cold air, then she said that fan from the furnace never stops, I turned off and the fan turned off, we didn’t find anything wrong at this time, her crawlspace is foam insulated so temperature in the crawlspace

Issue: main floor system not cooling because outdoor unit isn’t operating due to a faulty dual run capacitor. House has 2 systems. Furnace isn’t gas Carrier about 24 years old located in the attic and it does main floor. It has an air filter 16x25x1. Found blower motor bearings wearing out, suggested to place blower motor. Found blower wheel dirty, suggested to pull it out and clean it. I also noticed some burned marks on left and right side of the burners cabinet, explained customer that this isn’t normal and that maybe the heat exchanger might be compromised. Condenser is 1.5 tons Carrier about 24 years old located right side of the house with R22 refrigerant. Main reason for system not cooling is because outdoor unit isn’t operating due to a faulty dual run capacitor, suggested to replace capacitor but explained customer that there might be a chance that compressor windings and/or condenser fan motor windings got damaged for trying to operate with a faulty dual run capacitor, cust

I was met on site by Mr. Crawford. He agreed to have an appointment with Keep Smiling after speaking with the plumbing supervisor. The purpose of the visit was to potentially replace the water heater. The issue that Mr. Crawford recently experienced was the pilot light going out. He has not been able to relight it. I attempted to relight it in order to witness the malfunction. I confirmed that this is the case. I assessed what it would take to perform the replacement and provided an estimate. Mr. Crawford agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I took a couple of hours to swap out the original with the new one. A new thermal expansion tank was installed as a part of the process. The pressurized the system upon completion. No water or gas leaks were happening at this time. I set the temperature to the “A” setting. I informed Mr. Crawford about the general differences between each of the settings. I added that the manual for the water heater can further help as well. Upon arrival, customer stated that they had a leak in the shower. I had been there a couple months earlier to an unknown leak. I seen that the week appeared again. Luckily, I spotted it and traced it back to the shower drain looks like all I needed to do was re-putting it so I could reseal it, and it stop leaking. Customer also showed me fill valve that was making a lot of noise I recommended to replace it I don’t check pressures and we were working on pressurize lines he was having high pressure issue as well I gave them a quote to do all three things he decided to get it all done. I replaced the pressure reducing valve and then I resealed the drain hole with the toilet it was very corroded and when I replaced the fill valve and just kept on running the tank to bowl was not grading a seal I showed this to the customer and since they were paying quite a bit. Upon arrival, customer stated that there was low water pressure in kitchen fixture on hot side and no pressure at all in hall bath lavatory fixture. After further inspection, determined that lines and fixtures were clogged with calcium buildup from sediment located inside of heater water heater. Stated to customer that I could attempt to clean out buildup in fixtures but highly recommended replacement of electric water heater. Was able to restore pressure in hall bath lavatory by clearing aerator, and after attempting to clean kitchen fixture on hot side, had a small increase of pressure. Upon arrival, customer stated that when toilets are flushed upstairs, tub and toilet on main floor bath would back up. Stated to customer that there was a potential main sewer line blockage. Inspected front of Home but was not able to locate cleanout. Was able to find a cleanout located in back of home on siding. Tested cleanout by having customer run water upstairs and it all passed through back cleanout. Presented quote on running drain machine through cleanout and attempt to restore flow to main sewer. Us timer agreed. Ran big drain machine and was able to restore flow to sewer line. Had customer run water and flush toilets inside of home and all water drained properly. Customer declined camera inspection for today. Applied sealant on cleanout plug and cleaned work area. Determined that paper towels were the cause of blockage. No warranty on drain clearings. Found bad blower motor on furnace

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner wasn’t sure if her sewage ejection pump was working or not. After talking to the homeowner, she explained that she rents the basement out and she has not heard the sewage injection pump go off, so she asked the tenant if there were any issues and she explained that there weren’t any, but she did clear the toilet bubble, when she took a shower this morning. after inspecting the pump, I turned it on and found that it was just humming, but was not actually pumping anything out. I explained to the homeowner that I would have to charge a diagnostic fee to open up the basin and inspect the pump. I explained that there might be something lodged in the motor. The homeowner accepted. I removed the word of the basin and immediately found that there were wipes floating in the water. So I removed the pump from the basin and inspected the bottom of it, and found that they were wipes lodged in the grinder part of the pump. I removed them, then reinstalled the p

Honest review. Gage was my tech and he did a great job in fixing the problem, which was a leak behind my wall from the bathroom pipes. Quick and easy fix with that part but then he also found the initial cause of my leaking pipe and that’s where I stop smiling. I had to get another issue fixed which upped my price and end up paying way more than I expected to pay. Again, the issues were fixed as promise and great work was done but the price is a little expensive for a single mom ouch. I was told they didn’t repair drywall but offer me info to another company that did. So, now I have to pay to get this huge open wall repaired and carpet treated. Again, overall company did what they said they would.
