Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had the hall bathroom toilet that was constantly running and not shutting off. The homeowner tried to turn off the emergency shut off valve for the toilet in the hall bathroom but it is not working and is letting the toilet constantly run. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he really likes the other toilet in the master bathroom that I installed and wants to know can I install the same toilet in this bathroom. I explained that I could. I went over the other toilet with the homeowner to make sure that that is what he wanted. It is an American standard cadet chair height. I went to the supply store and purchase the toilet then came back and removed the existing toilet, then installed the new toilet. When I pulled the existing toilet up, I cleaned off the flange and floor and check for any cracks or breaks on the flange and all is well. I sent the new toilet back and caulked it to the floor to give it extra stability. I explained to t

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that there was a leak in its crawlspace. He also wanted me to check out his bathroom sink faucet, and the tub shoe in the bathroom. After investigation, I found three different leaks in the crawlspace two on shut off valves and the other being on a PVC 90. a After conversing with the homeowner I gave him three different options. One for everything we talked about another for just fixing the leaks in the crawlspace and the last one for just fixing the 90. After explaining the estimates to him, he decided to just have everything done. The work that was performed today was replacing a hose bib shut off valve, the main shut off valve for the home, stopping the leak on the pvc 90, installing a Customer supply trim kit on the shower, and installing a customer supplied faucet in the bathroom. After all work was performed I tested to make sure that there were no leaks. (There was none) and that everything was functioning properly (it was). There’s a six month war

We will trench new line from meter to home. We would boar under sidewalk. Approx 60 foot water line going up hill but nothing in the way. New line would be a PEX tubing. We would have to open sheet rock in basement further down from access panel. We are not responsible for repairing sheet rock. Customer will her new quarter turn main water valves and pressure regulator. Penetration in wall will be sealed with water proof cement. Trench will be backfilled but we are not responsible for landscaping, irrigation systems and drainage. 5 year warranty on new water service line. Customer needs to let us know as soon as possible so we can place the request to have utilities located in yard and coordinate with our dig team. We do financing if needed. Depending on depth and the overpour of concrete in corner outside we may drill new penetration through wall.

Leak is on grey 1/2 inch poly pipe before the Prv. So we cut out the rest of the poly including a 3/4 T and replaced all the 1/2 poly to the gate valve. Repair comes with 1 year parts and labor warranty.

I was met on site by Mr. Hakeem. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling due to a couple of the toilets having issues. More specifically the upstairs master toilet, and the upstairs hallway toilet. They both take forever to fill up, and Mr. Hakeem was also cautious if they may be clogged. I assessed these toilets along with the main level toilet. I concluded that the fill valves are malfunctioning while the flush quality is due to these being builder grade toilets. I inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank as well. Both are healthy. I provided pricing for replacing the two fill valves. I also provided a price for using the toilet auger as it means of assurance for the flushing. For today’s visit, Mr. Hakeem agreed to have me replace the fill valves. He agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I purchased two new fill valves from the nearby Home Depot and performed the work. Replace Prv in crawl space. Current pressure is 40 psi. Pressure needs to be 60 to be up to code. We will also pull over flow cap off tub and run machine down the line to clear stoppage. Re install cap and check for proper drainage. Install shower arm in hall bathroom check for leaks. Prv comes with 1 year parts and labor warranty.

Installing a weather-proof round box within an exterior closet, installing a keyless pull-chain fixture to that box and running power down the wall from the water-proof box to feed an outlet for a freezer. I will need to return to find where the power went. I arrived and spoke with Mrs. Howell about what work I’ll be performing. I got to work hunting down where the power was stopping. I found a tripped GFCI within a bathroom that the wire was run from. I rewired the device to avoid this problem from happening again. 1 Year Warranty.

PRV install

Upon arrival homeowner stated that she wanted her fill valve replaced because her toilet was continuously running. After further inspection it was found that the fill valve had in fact failed and needed to be replaced. She had the fill valve already disconnected and the new one ready to go. After giving her the estimate she decided to have me preform the work and I got to work. Replace light fixture in kitchen and replace floodlight in backyard

This is owner/tenant property. Customer has issue with toilet on main level. Toilet is newer but handle is broken. Just needs new handle. Tenant also showed me they have mold on items under kitchen sink. I can tell the very back has moisture and it’s coming from faucet above. Faucet in bad shape. Drainage is also in bad shape and I gave owner option to replace it as well. Owner approved all quoted work. I used po number to get a similar chrome kitchen faucet with pull out sprayer. Installed new moen faucet. I also removed both basket strainers and old metal tubular drainage. I put new stainless steel basket strainers with pvc drainage. It ties into existing abs trap. I do not see anything else leaking. Ran water several minutes and all is good. I put new handle on toilet and tested. Tenant tested and said it’s much better. No leaks on my repairs. 1 year warranty on my repairs. Water pressure is normal. Total paid by credit card over phone by owner is $832.50

The Wangs came home from vacation to find leaking in their theater located in basement. Upon inspection found that refrigerator on main floor was leaking into basement. Turned water off to ice maker, to stop water leaking. Referred to water restoration.

Cut out and cap hot and cold water line going down to the basement sink. Also cut out and cap 1 1/2 drain line going to sink. Comes with 1 year warranty

Upon arrival customer stated that her kitchen sink is falling down and needs to be repaired. Upon my inspection I found that the kicker board on the left side has fallen down and causing the sink to droop which caused the sealant to break free from the granite. I explained to the customer that we will need to take everything apart, clean the mating surface, reseal the sink to the counter top, and add new kicker boards for better support. Customer called us out for stoppage in hall bathroom toilet. Upon arrival, inspected toilet and found that was the on,y drain affected. Performed drain clearing using toilet auger in hallway bathroom, and was able to restore flow. Flushed toilet multiple times to ensure proper function. Technician performed tune up on 1 year old heat pump. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Unit is producing a 22 degree temperature difference. Filter was replaced. Indoor motor pulling normal amperage. Outside pressures are in normal range. Capacitor is in good standing. Technician cleared drain line. No faults found at this time. At today’s visit, I spoke with Mrs. Debra. She informed me that recently the light in her kitchen had cut out and stopped working. Given that the fixture was a 4 lamp florescent fixture and all four bulbs went out at the same time, she understood the ballast had failed. Therefore, after examining the fixture and determining that it was a t-8 flourescent fixture, I provided her with an estimate to Repalce the ballast with a new t8 ballast to which she agreed. I then supplied a 4L t8 120v ballast. I removed the old existing ballast and connected in the new ballast. Upon completion, I tested the fixture and observed that a single bulb was not working and Mrs. Debra had a spare bulb out in the garage so I installed this new bulb. The new ballast comes with a 1 year warranty from Keep Smiling Co.
