Upon arrival costumer stated she had a clogged shower drain and her bathroom faucet was leaking. After further inspection I noticed the diverted for the faucet was not in all the way and that was the reason it was leaking. Coustmer approved estimate to clean out shower drain that was full with hair and not draining correctly. After both repairs were completed I tested for any leaks as well I ran the shower to make sure the water was draining properly

On arrival found system freezing up causing lineset to drip onto drop ceiling in basement, after further inspection found the furnace control board and blower motor to have failed. Discussed with Homeowner findings and he would like to schedule replacement for Tuesday morning 9-24-24. Work off estimate for a total of $1,715 for blower motor and control board. Discounting the $89.00 diagnostic fee for a total of $1,626.00 due on Tuesday. Will pick up parts on Monday 9-23-24 if available at that time. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Arrived at homeowners home. Owner head kitchen, garbage disposal that it was not spinning. It was just humming. I inspected garbage disposal. Turning it on and off. And everything was functioning perfectly. I asked homeowner how old garbage disposal is and they informed me that it is two years old. I explained that the warranty on them is only for three years so they’re starting to get to the point where they need to start thinking about a replacement. Homeowner informed me that they are about to move and not want to spend any unnecessary money. I left homeowner with an estimate and my card and told them to call me if they need any plumbing work, whether it be here or at their new house.
