At today’s visit, City bbq here in sandy springs is expericing an issue with their exterior gooseneck lights. They are not illuminating after dark. I suggested a diagnostic be performed to ascertain the issue to which Mr. Marvin Watts agreed. During the diagnostic, we determined that the breaker was not tripped and it was producing the correct 120volts. We verified that the timer was in working order and was sending power to the fixtures. At the fixtures,we measured the voltage at the bulb socket and found the proper 120volts. With this, it indicates that the bulbs have failed and need to be replaced. I checked with Mr. Marvin to see if they had any bulbs on site to Repalce them with however they did not. He informed me that they would acquire light bulbs and install them themselves.

Augered next to last WC in women's hallway restroom. Tested with toilet paper and tested surrounding WC’s. All functioning properly

Checked meter,is electronic and would not come on to see if numbers moving,customer need to have meter replaced and I checked all 3 toilets and are not running.water pressure was 50 psi,no leak around water heater.

Replaced 3/4 gas shut off to stove that gas company said was leaking and augered toilet in m bath, maintenance had to shut off 1/2 of building in order to replace gas shut off valve,tested and not leaking

Electrical Permit - 5000 Building, Exterior Lighting outage. We need to open the Meter Bank to determine the cause of the Lighting Outage.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the hotel’s employees. They brought me to the nearby laundry room to show and describe the possible gas leak. It is believed to be coming from the three-quarter inch pipe for the industrial laundry dryer. I used my leak detection spray on all of the connections from the wall to the top of the machine. I did not get results to indicate a gas leak. I sprayed and checked multiple times on each joint. I explained this to the employee and expressed that it’s possible that if there’s a leak it could be coming from an internal connection with the dryer itself. I called Mr. Ricardo and explained to him these lack of findings, along with the same opinion. The dispatch fee was charged.

Additional testing

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had bathroom toilet that was not working properly, and the washer/dryer was leaking. After talking with the homeowner I found that the toilet has been stopped up for two weeks. After inspecting work, I turned on the emergency stop for the toilet and flushed it four times and everything is working properly. I gave the homeowner a diagnostic fee to find out what is wrong with the washer. Homeowner accepted. I disconnected the cold supply line from the washer And stuck it into the drain and turned it on and allowed water to flow down the drain to see if it would back up. All is draining appropriately leading me to believe that it is an appliance issue. Explained everything to the homeowner and let her know that everything is draining appropriately and that she would have to have an appliance person come out and take a look at the washer. Replaced customers three handle shower valve into a one handle. I have repaired the three handle shower about once, but it did not fix the leak so he went with replacing it. I did advise him that I do not repair any tile nor sheet rock work and he said it’s fine. They’ll find someone that will. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumber

Ordered parts on Monday did the job on Tuesday august 22. Replaced stems and handles on Eljer shower. No warranty due to not knowing the water pressure in apartment, and because of how old the valves are.

I arrived at customers home and after inspecting the leaky shower faucet. Recommended to change the seats and stems on all three handles. And he said it was fine. I told him the price and he agreed only problem was that I have to order the parts from Home Depot and they won’t get here till August 22. He said that’s fine that he’s not gonna be in town but he could pay over the phone. But his tenant will be here to let me in.
