Job Locations and Reviews

Arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Beasmore about what work he needed performed. Once we looked the job over we wrote up a quote for him and presented it. After some discussion we came to an agreement and got to work on replacing all the smoke detectors within the home, replacing a faulty switch in the dining room, installing a GFCI/bubble cover by the front door, replacing a faulty GFCI by the garage door, installing whole home surge protection and installing an outlet for the wine cooler in the basement from an existing circuit. Once completed we showed all of our work to Mr. Beasmore. He was pleased with everything so payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty

I continue to be impressed with the quality and professionalism of the technicians! The situation was clearly explained and updates provided as the work progressed.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Sleeper. I was escorted to the upstairs guest bathroom to be shown the dripping tub spout. I was able to witness the drip confirming that there is a defective part. Mr. and Mrs. Sleeper had already anticipated that the cartridge would need to get replaced. They fortunately had the part number on hand as another cartridge in the home had to get replaced as well during a past visit with Keep Smiling. I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank as they are relevant for these kinds of issues. The water pressure is perfectly fine, but the expansion tank had failed. The expansion tank was also undersized for the set up. I informed them about the importance of the thermal expansion tank and needing the appropriate size. Changing over to the proper size would also require a minor re-pipe in order to secure it against the surface. I provided estimates for everything and went over the different details. Mr. and Mrs. sleeper agreed to

The Temmel’s have an actively leaking water heater in their basement. Water heater is over 10 years old, with has several code violations. Including no thermal expansion tank, no safety catch pan, gas valve and supply line are very old and outdated and cold side inlet pipe has a small leak causing corrosion on copper pipe. Also Mr. Temmel attempted to repair bar sink pump for downstairs kitchen. However now category 2 type water(Grey water) is pouring out of pipe on side of home and pump cycles continuously for several minutes once full. Mrs. Temmel stated that it never did those things before he “repaired it”. I gave Mrs. Temmel options to remedy their issues. However when she call her husband to approve the work, he declined. Mrs. Temmel stated that they will talk tonight and make a decision.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Levine. He brought me to his kitchen to show me his malfunctioning garbage disposal. The disposal is permanently seized up. The reset button did not do anything in the disposal is not jammed. I told Mr. Levine that the only solution in this case is a replacement. He agreed to have me put together pricing. The original disposal is a 3/4 HP disposal. Mr. Levine agreed to an estimate for replacing it with a 1/2 HP model. It was understood that there would be risk with the connections not being able to reach due to the size difference. I moved forward with this estimate. I swapped out the disposals and quickly determined that the 1/2 HP model would not allow the connections to work. After much discussion and getting management on the phone, Mr. Levine agreed to drive to the nearby Home Depot to purchase a 3/4 HP model for me to install instead. A new price was agreed upon, allowing me to move forward. I attached the customer supplied disposal and was suc

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had emergency stop for the master toilet that was leaking. After talking with the homeowner she explained that she had her son install a washlet but now the emergency shut off valve is leaking. I asked the homeowner she had anything else that she wanted me to look at while I was here and she explained that she had a reverse osmosis system underneath her kitchen sink that she needed the filters replaced and she already had the filters. After inspecting all the work, I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to get everything done. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace the three reverse osmosis filters underneath the kitchen sink along with replacing the emergency stop for master toilet. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. When I was done, I turned back on the water to test for leaks and functionality, and all is well. Homeowner had recirculating heat pump that I unplugged before I started doing the work. I went to all the fixtures in the ho

Technician arrived, and Mr. sleepers home, evaluated the yard leak by the meter, and, found where the PVC waterline was tied into the union at the meter box, the PVC waterline had cracked, this was caused because the waterline was pulling downward at that connection point where a male PVC three-quarter fitting What is threaded into a copper three-quarter union. Technician was able to use a PVC to pex adapter to transition PVC to poly pex and then used a three-quarter brass Male pex adapter to threaten to the Union. 6 month warranty

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Hart. Roto Rooter was here with a couple of trucks and an excavator. Her and I sat down to talk about her situation with the waterline. Ms. Hart called us under the assumption that we are a professional leak detection contractor. I informed her that we are not. After some further discussion she agreed to let me assess and provide some solutions for the waterline leak. I provided pricing for replacing her waterline. Ms. Hart appreciated the estimates but already paid a deposit to Roto Rooter. She still wanted me to email the estimates in case the agreement with Roto Rooter falls through. The deposit was charged.

Replace customer supplied faucet in the kitchen

Replaced all emergency stops in the unit with ball type quarter turn valves. Also replaced escutcheons as a perk to the customer. Made customer aware of two supply lines that should probably be replaced in guest bath. (Hot lav and toilet)

Replaced non functioning disposer under kitchen sink.

Work preformed off sold estimate. Upon arrival I removed all the P traps and the garbage disposal as well to have enough space to remodel the old under mount sink. The new sink was a single hole sink. I also cut the drain line from the p-trap. I used some vice grips and a 2x4 in order to hold the new sink up and measure it before using silicone. After I marked where the sink was going to be placed, I put silicone all over the edge of the sink in order for it to stick to the countertop. I then tightened the vice grips and let them sit for the silicone to dry. Costumer did not want basket strainer installed

I arrived to the property in the customer had a 12-year-old water heater that was not drained or maintained in 12 years. The thermal expansion tank was full of water. The customer said before making the decision he’s going to get a few estimates. The estimate of 2700 will be good for 30 days.

I arrived on the job and looked over which fixtures our customer was wanting replaced. After seeing what style of fixture was currently installed and what style of light our client wanted installed, I wrote up a quote for her.
