Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner was having issues with their kitchen faucet leaking. I started by taking a look at the kitchen faucet and found that it was leaking from the hose underneath. I didn’t pull the faucet sprayer out along with the hose, then turned on the kitchen faucet and found that it was leaking from the hose itself. The homeowner explained that they purchased the Fossett off Amazon 13 years ago in 2013. I explained to the homeowner that I would give him multiple options to take care of the issue either we can replace the hose itself and that’ll take care of the leak, but I also explained that the faucet is 13 years old, and the lifespan of a traditional faucet is about 10 years. I explain to the homeowner that it would be wise to just replace the kitchen faucet. That way he has all new parts and doesn’t have to worry about nothing breaking down again for awhile. The homeowner explained that they will spend the weekend discussing it if they want to replace the hose

At today’s visit, I installed the 40A circuit for the car charger which is located in the garage. The receptacle installed is a Nema 14-50r. The breaker installed the disconnect base is a GE 40A breaker. The circuit was tested and verified to have correct power. Additionally, the charger was tested and verified to be charging at a 32A output power which the the max the circuit is able to handle as this was sized to the charger itself. All parts supplied and installed come with a 1 year warranty from Keep Smiling Co.

At today’s visit, I spoke with Mr. And Mrs. Weaver in regards to the installation of a car charger circuit. They have a Tesla and would like to use their mobile Tesla charger which has the capacity to ran at a 32A output power. They were also curious about looking into the idea of having a wall mounted Tesla charger which has the capability to reach the 48A output power. I provided 4 estimates in regard to circuit installation. These estimate have been sent over to the email on file.

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak from the second floor restroom. After looking at the work area and the bathtub. I recommended the customer to start off as a diagnostic fee to cut open the ceiling (we do not repair Sheetrock) and look for a leak in between the walls. He agreed and signed off. After cutting open the Sheetrock I saw that the wast and overflow was starting to rust out and possibly create a bigger issue in the future. I recommended to replace the tub drain to have the peace in mind everything is functioning well. After talking about price he agreed and the diagnostic fee was waived. I was met on site by Mrs. Wallace. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling as she and her husband are wanting to have their basement fully renovated. Our part for the plumbing would involve a new bathroom and kitchen. I examined the basement and the exterior of the house so that I can brainstorm what it would take to perform the work. During the assessment I inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure is within the appropriate range, but the expansion tank had failed. Mrs. Wallace agreed to let me replace the expansion tank today once I concluded my assessment. She also agreed to let me do the routine flush while replacing the expansion tank. I provided a general range for an estimate on this project. We will need to return when the framework is set up in order to provide a more proper and exact estimate. Upon arrival, customer stated that they were trying to change out a push diverter and they couldn’t get it off so they called us to come and help him. I decided to just charge him a diagnostic fee just cause it was very simple and pretty easy pretty fast. I also did check pressure to House grocery to the house was still pretty good. Water heater was in good condition as well. I just charged a diagnostic fee. Customer approved it upon taking out the old one I seen that the gasket also has failed and it all came apart. Client called us out to home for a leak in the powder room ceiling. Customer agreed to minor diagnostics to preform a leak search.found shower drain leaking in ceiling that has already been replaced. Offered advanced diagnostics to attemp to repair the leak . Found bottom of shower was siliconed previously to conceal hail line crack in the base.resealed drain and replaced gasket. Issue: system isn’t cooling due that is really low on refrigerant R22. Furnace is has Trane about 25 years old located in the attic. It has an air filter 20x24x1. Found blower motor run capacitor weak reading 13.6 out of 15 mfd, this is putting more stress on the blower motor, suggested to replace capacitor. Found blower motor bearings wearing out, suggested to replace blower motor. Found blower wheel dirty, suggested to pull it out and clean it. Found control board corroded at some parts, suggested to replace control board. Condenser is 5 tons Goodman about 14 years old located left side of the house with R22 refrigerant. Found service disconnect OFF, I asked customer about and he told me that another company left it OFF. Found contactor pitted, suggested to replace contactor. Found system low on refrigerant about 6.5 to 7.5 pounds of R22 refrigerant but this refrigerant is phased out, we no longer carry it. Came out to the Hernandez residence to change some smoke detectors battery’s (6)that where beeping upon leaving the beeping stopped.no warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated that in upstairs bath, shower handle was not properly sealed. Shower was not used due to not being sealed. After further inspection, found that shower valve was not secured, so trim plate was not secured to tile. Stated to homeowner that I would attempt to secure valve from open space in tile, if unsuccessful, I would have to cut access in drywall behind valve and secure from there. Customer allowed for me to attempt to secure valve from front. Was able to used a bracket and secure to 2x4 with screws. Valve is secured and trim plate is sealing properly to tile. Stated to customer that pipe used for tub spout was cpvc and recommended replacing with copper. Sent customer quote for repipe of spout piping. I was met on site by Ms. Nelson and her general contractor, Danny. Work was going to be attempted based off of an estimate built by the original Keep Smiling technician. The authorization signature was provided, allowing me to move forward. As myself and the dig crew moved forward we realized that the original estimate couldn’t be followed through on at this time. We managed to locate in the yard the location of the blockage and exposed about a 10-15 foot portion of cast-iron. Danny collaborated with myself and management about a plan of action to be done today. What was agreed on was to perform a spot repair and install a couple clean outs. A representative of the Fulton County sewage department came out and informed Ms. Nelson that they can run a jetter after our work is completed. The repair and clean outs were completed with the ditch filled in. Keep Smiling is going to regroup for providing estimates for the remainder of the yard along with aspects of the crawlspace. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had downstairs bathroom that when she was taking a shower, the toilet started to gurgle, so she tried to flush the toilet, but it backed up. I started by climbing underneath the crawlspace and opening up the clean out caps to see if they were holding water and they were not. I explained to the homeowner that I would have to pull the toilet and run my dream machine with the attempt to clear the blockage. The homeowner accepted. I did the work. I ran my drain machine out about 50 feet and was unable to hit anything. So I ran my camera into the drain to see if I could find anything but the drain is holding water, so I was unable to see anything and can only push the camera about 20 feet. Crawled underneath the crawlspace to where the back bathroom group is and found that there is approximately 10 feet of cast-iron still tied in and when the sewer line exits the house, it ties onto cast-iron telling me that the pipe in the ground is cast-iron. Snaked kitchen sink drain , right side and replaced p-trap

Mr.Glaser walked me through a list of items he would like done to the laundry room and other areas. Laundry room he would the washer outlet moved down to accommodate shelves in the location. Also adde an additional outlet above for power. Possibly a iron. I did advise to run them one at a time to not trip the breaker from overload. In the laundry I’ve also given the option of recessed lights with switch. The other option would be to install another pull chain fixture. Master bedroom closet needs a new pull chain fixture. Mr.Glaser has already attempted a new and still not working. He’s informed me a pop noise came from the fixture before. I’ve also added to this estimate the 50 amp char charger. Location would be on the right wall. An estimate for an outdoor outlet at the front for possible landscaping lights has also been added to the list. With the most urgent option we’ve added an additional manager discount, if scheduling and done for tomorrow we’ll honor the additional 100$

Came out to the Brown residence to install a chandelier above the kitchen table.(no warranty on light 90 day labor warranty.)when I took the original wall scone light down did notice the box the light was mounted to was sticking out of the drywall about a 1/4 inch only way to fix it is to replace the box itself.
