Snaked kitchen sink drain , right side and replaced p-trap

Mr.Glaser walked me through a list of items he would like done to the laundry room and other areas. Laundry room he would the washer outlet moved down to accommodate shelves in the location. Also adde an additional outlet above for power. Possibly a iron. I did advise to run them one at a time to not trip the breaker from overload. In the laundry I’ve also given the option of recessed lights with switch. The other option would be to install another pull chain fixture. Master bedroom closet needs a new pull chain fixture. Mr.Glaser has already attempted a new and still not working. He’s informed me a pop noise came from the fixture before. I’ve also added to this estimate the 50 amp char charger. Location would be on the right wall. An estimate for an outdoor outlet at the front for possible landscaping lights has also been added to the list. With the most urgent option we’ve added an additional manager discount, if scheduling and done for tomorrow we’ll honor the additional 100$

Came out to the Brown residence to install a chandelier above the kitchen table.(no warranty on light 90 day labor warranty.)when I took the original wall scone light down did notice the box the light was mounted to was sticking out of the drywall about a 1/4 inch only way to fix it is to replace the box itself.

Customer wants a EV charger outlet outside in the parking lot. I would have to run the circuit from the panel located all the way on the other side of the building then stub out of the building into the ground and go underneath the driveway over to the parking lot. To get from one side of the driveway to the other, we would have to go through the ground in order to get the wire to the proper location.

Replaced internal check valve in Navien tankless water heater and replaced thermal expansion tank, located in basement

Existing vent leaks water from condensation effect need to replace old piping through the roof and cover with a thick layer of masking compound roofing company will supply new roof boot and install. I will provide 3 inch double wall, cap, fittings, and pipe. Techs replaced failed double wall vent and sealed it to the 4” vent pipe exiting the roof

Came out to the Beasmore residence to install a ceiling fan 14 ft in the air on a slope in the guest bedroom with a fan speed control(customer supplied).As well as while the tech was here had to replace a chandelier that I initially hung the first visit due to the fact all the bulbs didn’t work.( 1 year standard warranty on labor and parts we provided.)

Came out to the Beasmore residence to install a chandelier 18 ft in the air,hang 2 ceiling fans on a slope only one worked,to hang one more additional chandelier on a slope as well but one of the bulbs is messed up inside of the light also while the tech was here installed a dimmer.(1 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a pressure issue. He said his fill valves were making a weird noise. I informed him that this could be a cause of high pressure. He also told me that he had to do something with his water heaters, which is why he wanted to flush them out. He told me that they’re 10 years old and they haven’t been maintained. I explain to him that flushing. The water heaters now would only do bad not good. Explain some different options possibly putting in new water heaters or a better option of putting two tankless in. I then checked his pressure to the house, and it was at 140 psi. I informed him that it was no issues with his water heaters, but it is PRV has gone bad. He told me it would be better if we came sometime next week to install it due to it being too far, customer suggested doing it sometime next week. Thank for choosing keep smiling plumbing

Upon arrival, customer showed me a pinhole leak up in the ceiling in the basement. Another leak on the water heater. Due to my pressure gauge breaking to check pressure to the house. I presented the estimate to the customer he informed me that was too expensive. I added $100 off coupon and he still did not want to go with it saying it was too much. He could do it himself. I informed him that become tricky just because of how high was up in the ceiling, and there would be a one year warranty on it. He did not go through with the estimate. Arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Beasmore about what work he needed performed. Once we looked the job over we wrote up a quote for him and presented it. After some discussion we came to an agreement and got to work on replacing all the smoke detectors within the home, replacing a faulty switch in the dining room, installing a GFCI/bubble cover by the front door, replacing a faulty GFCI by the garage door, installing whole home surge protection and installing an outlet for the wine cooler in the basement from an existing circuit. Once completed we showed all of our work to Mr. Beasmore. He was pleased with everything so payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Sleeper. I was escorted to the upstairs guest bathroom to be shown the dripping tub spout. I was able to witness the drip confirming that there is a defective part. Mr. and Mrs. Sleeper had already anticipated that the cartridge would need to get replaced. They fortunately had the part number on hand as another cartridge in the home had to get replaced as well during a past visit with Keep Smiling. I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank as they are relevant for these kinds of issues. The water pressure is perfectly fine, but the expansion tank had failed. The expansion tank was also undersized for the set up. I informed them about the importance of the thermal expansion tank and needing the appropriate size. Changing over to the proper size would also require a minor re-pipe in order to secure it against the surface. I provided estimates for everything and went over the different details. Mr. and Mrs. sleeper agreed to

The Temmel’s have an actively leaking water heater in their basement. Water heater is over 10 years old, with has several code violations. Including no thermal expansion tank, no safety catch pan, gas valve and supply line are very old and outdated and cold side inlet pipe has a small leak causing corrosion on copper pipe. Also Mr. Temmel attempted to repair bar sink pump for downstairs kitchen. However now category 2 type water(Grey water) is pouring out of pipe on side of home and pump cycles continuously for several minutes once full. Mrs. Temmel stated that it never did those things before he “repaired it”. I gave Mrs. Temmel options to remedy their issues. However when she call her husband to approve the work, he declined. Mrs. Temmel stated that they will talk tonight and make a decision.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Levine. He brought me to his kitchen to show me his malfunctioning garbage disposal. The disposal is permanently seized up. The reset button did not do anything in the disposal is not jammed. I told Mr. Levine that the only solution in this case is a replacement. He agreed to have me put together pricing. The original disposal is a 3/4 HP disposal. Mr. Levine agreed to an estimate for replacing it with a 1/2 HP model. It was understood that there would be risk with the connections not being able to reach due to the size difference. I moved forward with this estimate. I swapped out the disposals and quickly determined that the 1/2 HP model would not allow the connections to work. After much discussion and getting management on the phone, Mr. Levine agreed to drive to the nearby Home Depot to purchase a 3/4 HP model for me to install instead. A new price was agreed upon, allowing me to move forward. I attached the customer supplied disposal and was suc
