Upon arrival, met with homeowner who stated that there were wet areas along the wall in master bath behind vanity, which was also leading towards master closet. After further inspection, was able to determine that piping located behind vanity drawer had failed and was causing water damage to flooring. Presented quote to customer on repairs and customer agreed. Shut water off to home, cut out failed section of pex piping which included a coupling that was defective, made proper repairs and properly crimped fittings. Turned water back on, tested and found no further issues. One year warranty on parts and labor, thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing.

Replace all Waterlines in house with pex. Install new prv and repipe water heater. All new stops and supply lines for fixtures. Comes with a 5 year warranty on repipe. 1 year on prv

Major leak on hot side on galvanized pipe. Turned hot water off at to stop leak. Restoration on the way to access the damage. Estimate to replace/repair galvanized water lines in crawl space.

I replaced three fans, one in the living room and two in the bedrooms. I also replaced a foyer light tested and went over the settings with the customer and everything is working perfectly.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leak in his shower by his tub spout. Customer tried to repair himself, and the spout would not go back on. After further inspection, I noticed he had high water pressure, which was the reason for the leaking tub spout. He also stated he had a standup shower in his master bathroom that was leaking from the pan. Further inspection, I noticed the shower was cracked at the base which was the reason water leak in his subfloor. Provided customer with estimate to replace the shower valve as well as the pressure regulator valve. Customer is going to speak to landlord before approval.
