Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had 50 gallon electric water heater in garage that was leaking from the top element due to it rusting out. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he had the water heater flush Thursday and now he is having this issue. I explained to the homeowner that the heater is 11 years old so it is definitely up there an age and it has had 11 years to build up rust on the inside And has caused it to rust out where the element threads into the tank. I explained to the homeowner that I could possibly remove the element and replace it, but I would not guarantee it due to the threads being rusted and they could rust out and I would not be able to get the new one in. I explained to the homeowner that our best bet would be to replace the heater with a new 10 year warranty so that way he would not have to worry about it for the next 10 years. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Fraizer. He showed me the location of his water heater in order for me to perform the maintenance process. This is an 11 year old Rheem electric water heater. I informed Mr. Fraizer that the general maintenance includes flushing it, inspecting the water pressure, inspecting the thermal expansion tank, and purposefully tripping the T&P valve. He understood that the need to replace those would increase pricing, if necessary. I put together the estimate for the flush and moved forward with his permission. There was a lot of sediment in this water heater and it took some time to perform a detailed flush. The thermal expansion tank and T&P valve were healthy. The static water pressure is within the safe range, but there is a strong pressure drop when a fixture is used. I let Mr. Fraizer know this emphasizing that this is an indication of the valve’s age. Upon arrival, customer claimed he had a leak on the hot side of his water heater. After him taking me to the water heater, I instantly saw it was piped in and a lot of shark bites and supply lines. Very out of code. I Told the customer I could give him price to repair it or I could give him a price to do it all correctly, he said he wanted it done properly so I gave him an estimate. He agreed signed the estimate and work was done today. Piping in the heater, I turned Water on to test. No leaks were seen. Comes with a one year labor only warranty. Upon arrival costumer statued she had a high water bill. After further inspection I turned the main shut off valve to the home and I checked the water meter and it was not spinning. So it is not the main water line. The leak is inside the house. I checked all fixtures to make sure there were no leaks. The only thing that i saw was leaking was an angle valve as well as a faulty flapper in here upstairs hallway bathroom. Costumer approved estimate to replace valve and flapper. After both repairs were completed I turned the water back on to the home to make sure there was no leaks. Parts and labor have 1 year warranty

I arrived to the property and the customer had a leak on an existing two by inch and a half by inch and a quarter fitting. There was also a lot of corroded pipes that were on the edge of leaking that we also replaced. I replaced approximately 25 feet of Copper which ranged of sizes from inch and a quarter, 2 inch and a half, to 2 inch piping. I supplied all parts, material, and labor to install the piping. I pressurize the system and tested for any leaks. There is a year and labor warranty.

The customer had a leak coming from a 2 inch main waterline in their church ceiling. It branched off to inch and a quarter, inch and a half, and three-quarter inches at certain points. A section of about 10 feet would need to be remove removed to solve the leak. The customer said he’d be interested in doing it sometime next week. The estimate will be good for 30 days.
