Replaced top heating element customer supplied in water heater. Original heater had bad heating element that needed to be replaced. Check for leaks and tested. Comes with 6 year warranty.

Customer is going to remove heater and replace flooring where water has rotted out floor below heater. We will come back and replace the 40 gallon electric heater and bring it up to code with new thermal expansion tank and ball valve. Pipe heater I’m with pex piping and redo the T&p line properly. Test for leaks. Comes with 6 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated his T&P valve kept opening up and draining outside. After further inspection I noticed the hot was too hot so the thermostat went bad. Costumer approved estimate in replacing the upper and lower elements. I drained the water heater completely in order to swap out the upper and lower elements as well as the thermostats. After repair was completed I filled up the tank with water first then I switched the breaker back on to test if the elements were working. I made sure my repair was free of leaks.

Inspections to the system, yielded, highest probability of a full septic tank. Referring to Bowens Septic. I do highly recommend getting an outside, clean out, put in Bowens (770) 483-7802

Estimate for new water heater install. Tried multiple financing application. Customer will call us back if he wants us to come back out to install water heater. Finding different option on how to pay,

Uninstall drain line to access main drain under kitchen sink . Run small machine down line to clear stoppage. Re install drain line and test for leaks and proper flow. Tested pressure. Pressure is at 140. New prv needs to be install on 3/4 cpvc pipe. Mr major decided not to go with prv install for now. Gave estimate for future prv install.

Install new prv behind water heater. Pressure is currently at 150 psi. We will bring it back down to 60. Also the T&p for the water heater has started leaking and needs to be replaced. The thermal expansion tank on top of the heater also needs to be replaced. It is full of water and not working properly. Replace with 2.1 gallon expansion tank. Check for leaks. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated his shower handle will leak every time he turn it on and not go up to the showerhead. After further inspection, I noticed the issue was a faulty cartridge. Customer did not approve estimate to replace the cartridge.
