Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a leak under his kitchen sink and would like me to come take a look at it upon my inspection. I found that the leak was coming from an accordion style drain system from a connection that was done in the factory and it would not tighten or come apart fully. I also found that there was a leak coming from the basket strainer where it seals to the sink, I gave a customer an option to take care of these issues for him. He agreed to the price and today I replaced the leaking basket strainer and took out the accordion style drain system, and replaced it with a new continuous waste with new P-trap. 6 month warranty Thank you for choosing keep smiling, plumbing, electric heating, and cooling!

Came out to the ogletree residence to give a estimate to install a new outlet from the panel and one from a 2 gang

Upon arrival customer stated that they were enjoying Christmas when they stepped outside and realized there was a river of water flowing down their driveway seemingly coming from the crawlspace they said that they went into the crawlspace and found that the water line that comes into the house was spraying water all over and they turned off the water. I went down to the water meter which is down at the bottom of the driveway and cracked it on to perform my inspection. Upon going into the crawl space I could hear spraying water coming from the front left corner of the house. Exactly where he said the water was coming from. I made my way to the corner and saw that the leak was coming from where a male polybutylene adapter had cracked the pvc female adapter that the male was tightened into. I let the customer know the risks of having polybutylene inside the home. Gave the customer options on fixing this issue and today they decided to get the pvc male and poly female replaced Today I d

Upon arrival customer claimed her tankless was not working , it was not heating up water. I got on the phone with navies and hey told me it will be and hour and a half wait for a senior tech to get on the line with me. After they told me that I brought it up to the costumer, I also brought up how it will be so much better and easier for her to replace the whole unit due to its age. She was agreeing on it but after telling her the price, she decided not to do anything due to her still paying off the repipe we did. She said she’s going to have Trevor (her son) to try to replace it. I let her know if Trevor needs any help throughout this process feel free to call for help. Replaced top heating element customer supplied in water heater. Original heater had bad heating element that needed to be replaced. Check for leaks and tested. Comes with 6 year warranty.

Customer is going to remove heater and replace flooring where water has rotted out floor below heater. We will come back and replace the 40 gallon electric heater and bring it up to code with new thermal expansion tank and ball valve. Pipe heater I’m with pex piping and redo the T&p line properly. Test for leaks. Comes with 6 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated his T&P valve kept opening up and draining outside. After further inspection I noticed the hot was too hot so the thermostat went bad. Costumer approved estimate in replacing the upper and lower elements. I drained the water heater completely in order to swap out the upper and lower elements as well as the thermostats. After repair was completed I filled up the tank with water first then I switched the breaker back on to test if the elements were working. I made sure my repair was free of leaks.
