Install new prv behind water heater. Pressure is currently at 150 psi. We will bring it back down to 60. Also the T&p for the water heater has started leaking and needs to be replaced. The thermal expansion tank on top of the heater also needs to be replaced. It is full of water and not working properly. Replace with 2.1 gallon expansion tank. Check for leaks. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated his shower handle will leak every time he turn it on and not go up to the showerhead. After further inspection, I noticed the issue was a faulty cartridge. Customer did not approve estimate to replace the cartridge.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had installed a new toilet in his master bathroom when he was done installing it he noticed that it was wobbly from the base, and when he tried to tighten the bolts and the bolt popped out of the flange and came up through the toilet mounting holes I repaired the flange by unscrewing the old flange and screwing in two metal flange braces and using customer supplied flange spacer to bring it up to floor heights 1 year warranty

Upon arrival, customer claim that he wanted his water heater to be swapped out with one he has already bought. I saw that there was two units in the basement, but he just wanted one to be replaced. I gave him an initial price to start with, he then told me he’s gotten a quote less than that and he is still trying to get two more quotes. I brought the price down to a comfortable price we can work on. But customer still wanted to get 2 more estimates from different companies to make a final decision. So I will be sending him an estimate through his email, hoping he will call us back to begin work !!! I will also be sending another estimate to replace the other water heater so if he decides to do both at the same time.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what he would be needing. I wrote up a price for building and installing a temporary pole in the needed location. The customer will be collecting more quotes before moving forward with work. Dispatch fee was collected and our client was left with a card.

Customer wanted estimate for a 50a generator inlet.

Upon arrival, customer claimed he wanted an estimate on his garbage disposal, he told me that his wife had put something down to disposal and it got jammed. We started off with the cheapest price on unjamming the disposal, to replacing the disposal. I gave him 3 options to choose from but he was strictly on getting estimates and will think about it. I was unsuccessful in clearing the sewer line. All signs indicate if the tank is full to max capacity and unable to take any more water. I ran the sewer cable, roughly 50 to 60 feet using both a 3/8 cable and a half inch cable. Both seem to stop at the baffle tee. Upon trying to go through the baffle tee into the tank for about an hour the water level never dropped in the clean out, indicating the max capacity of the tank being reached. Highly recommend a septic company to come out and pump the tank and double check the field lines due to the tank being pumped a year ago.

Upon arrival, customer stated that there was a leak under the right side of master bathroom, double vanity, upon further inspection There was only one drain for two sinks and ran a tail piece extension from left side sink to the P-trap that was on the right side. I went over options with the customer to fix the issue. Customer was left with these estimates.

Upon arrival customer stated a water leak is causing her water bill to spike she thought it might have been a yard leak but upon further inspection I found that three of her fill valves were leaking into the tanks causing the tank to overflow into the fill tube
