KSPEHC was called out for drain issues in the townhome. While on site tech was informed by tenant that all water from upstairs backs up into main floor toilet. No cleanout was located on property which means the main floor toilet needs to be removed in order to clear main line blockage. Tech provided options for sewer machine and sewer camera inspection. Tenant will notify homeowner and gain approval before work will be performed
