Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, indoor unit was working but outside was not. After pulling panel off, noticed capacitor was very high up in placement. It was basically touching the top of the unit. Checked capacitor and it was still good. Wire to common was burned. Condenser had power coming into the board but was unresponsive. I was met on site by Mr. Kwon. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling due to a mysterious ceiling leak. I was brought into the kitchen to be shown where on the ceiling it’s coming from. Mr. Kwon spoke with me about his own scavenger hunt to figure out what could be happening. We went upstairs above the leak so that I could understand the layout of the home in order to brainstorm a strategy and possibilities. I informed Mr. Kwon about many hypotheticals when it comes to ceiling leaks. He allowed me to inspect the water pressure and thermal expansion tank as well. Both are healthy. The cubicles were flipped from what they were originally and I needed to relocate the pole approx 3-4 feet closer towards the front of the building. Upon arrival customer stated that they could not turn of hot water on the 3 handle shower. As soon as I walk it I knew that a gasket has failed and I gave the customer a price to do all three but they opted to just get the hot side replaced. Customer was also interested in a single handle shower. I showed her a couple of pictures of what it would look like in my password that I did converting three handle to a single handle. she wanted an estimate and I wrote her up an estimate to do that work upon completing the work that she signed off for today I turned on water and tested that the hot side turned off completely. There was no dripping or nothing. I did check pressure, but my pressure gauge was not working. It had blown apart and can not test pressure. I was met on site by Mr. Blankenship. This was a return trip to deal with a previously clogged toilet. I attempted to use my toilet auger on the original trip and appeared to have a successful job. Mr. and Mrs. Blankenship ended up continuing to experience a clog in the toilet. I provided a price for removing the toilet in an attempt to dislodge the item from the toilet siphon. It was agreed on, allowing me to move forward. I removed the toilet and inspected the flange and emergency shut off. Both were perfectly healthy. I laid the toilet down to inspect the discharge and found the obstruction. It was an entire toilet paper roll holder. I quickly dislodged it and reinstalled the toilet. I installed a new wax seal, closet bolts, and supply line. I also applied a ring of caulk around the base for extra stability. The toilet is in proper working order again. Upon arrival, customer stated that they had a leak in their laboratory that was in the break room. I seen that there was obvious water damage in the wall. I quoted a diagnostic fee to cut open the wall and to just inspect where this water was coming from. Customer approved, and I started cutting off the wall at the lavatory. I came across a 2 inch drain line where you connected the lavatory, and I seen the waterlines feeding the faucet in the lavatory there was some questionable Sauter on the pipe it looked like there was maybe a panel week, and someone tried covering it up with some solder. There was also an old pipe, which had the same exact repair solder thing. I left an estimate to repair that section of pipe. There is nothing leaking. Mr. Blankenship escorted me to the master bathroom toilet to show me the backup that would happen. He explained that a piece of the toilet paper roll assembly fell down into it. I informed him on the typical strategy for situations like this. I would first attempt to use my toilet auger to remove the item. The backup plan, if unsuccessful, would be to remove the toilet and subsequently attempt to remove the item that way. Mr. Blankenship also allowed me to inspect the water pressure. It is perfectly within the appropriate operating range. The estimate to use my toilet auger was agreed upon, allow allowing me to move forward. It took some time using my auger, but the clog appears to be pushed through. I flushed the toilet several times; including toilet paper with each flush. At today’s service, I disconnect the power to a set of three cubicles in the secondary building of Bematrix. With this, the wiremold casing was removed and the cabling was pulled back into the ceiling and junctioned off. In the other building, I installed the wiremold box to the side of the first cubicle and installed it through the drop ceiling. I then installed a 12/2 MC cable through the wiremold housing and wired it into a prexisting junction box in the ceiling which belongs to Circuit 33 of the panel box in the office area. Inside the wiremold housing, I wired in the prefab quick connect cable which then plugged directly into the receptalce housing box. At todays service, Mr. Rosa was expericing power loss in the entire home. She said that last night she heard a noise and power went out. I recommended that a diagnostic be performed to ascertain the issue to which she agreed. During the diagnostic work, I determined that the main breaker was arcing internally when power was being drawn in the home. This was audible as well by a constant clicking and buzzing noise. At this point, I turned the breaker back off and recommended to Mrs. Rosa that the main breaker be replaced or the panel replaced as those were the two options for repair. Mrs. Rosa elected to have the main breaker replaced. Therefore, I sourced a new 100A QO breaker that spans both bus systems. I removed the old breaker and installed the new one. Upon arrival, customer stated that he was having sewer water come out from the shower. I ran some water upstairs, and then water started popping out at the shower. I gave him an estimate to snake the line upon snake in the line and pulling back the snake I seen that there is pine straw. I showed this to the customer and I ran my camera and ran into a collapse on the pipe I gave the customer a price to fix this collapse right where it comes outside the house. Remove old point of use 15 gallon water tank in ceiling. This includes disconnecting heater from hot and cold lines and hoisting out of area to be disposed of. We will then reconnect and repipe after lines together so it will bypass the system, per principle, because it is not needed or wanted anymore. It was also noticed that the water pressure was above the threshold of psi for code, but the thermal expansion tank was healthy. Ms. Moon also showed me that the pedestal sink in the same bathroom was draining slowly. I provided options regarding everything and discussed each with Ms. Moon. She wanted me to fix the toilet, install a new pressure valve, and attempt to alleviate the blockage in the sink. She signed the estimate, allowing me to move forward. We managed to get the new one in place without having to manipulate the drain pipe or the water pipe. In order to do this, the water fountain had to be shifted to the left a little more than an inch. This exposes a small portion of drywall that will need to be painted in order to match the rest of the wall. The water fountain and bottle filler both operate properly without any issues. None of the connections in the body of the fountain had any signs of leaks. I left the manual and manufacturer warranty info in the front office. Technician came for leak call. After diagnostic check, technician used shop vac to clear drain line from outside. Added treatment tablets in condensate pan to help with sludge buildup in drain line.
