KSPEHC was called out for an unknown leak possibly to do with humidifier system. During investigation tech determined the copper tubing for the humidifier has corroded behind the wall allowing water to spray out and leak into the ceiling of the kitchen below. Tech. Recommends removing a section of the wall behind the master vanity and installing a new line from the shut off valve to the humidifier. Estimate was provided for this repair
Upon arrival customer claimed that she needed a new humidifier line since she thought it was clogged and a new saddle valve since it was leaking. What I first did, was undo the line at the humidifier and asked her to open the saddle valve. Fortunately enough water sprayed through which meant it wasn’t clogged. I then recommended to repipe the left side under her sink because saddle valves are notorious for leaking. She agreed on price I gave her and work was done today Checked for leaks after turning water back on and no leaks were seen 6 month warranty on work done by keep smiling plumbing Thank you for choosing us!!!!!!!
Upon arrival customer claimed that his toilet was whistling. As soon as I flushed it I saw that it was the fill valve and I gave him an estimate to replace, he agreed on price. And as soon as I shut off the water at the emergency stop the stop started leaking and I brought it to his concern, he instantly wanted to replace so I gave him price and he agreed. After replacing everything I turned water on to test and no leaks were seen. Both me and customer tested toilet and was satisfied with the end result. Thank you for choosing keep smiling !!!

I arrived to the property and the customer had a gas leak coming from a black iron. Gas line ran underneath the slab of his duplex. After creating a game plan to replace the gas line, I created estimates with the customer to either pipe gas to one unit or both units. I discussed with the customer how the estimates will be good for 30 days.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Munoz. He brought me to his water heater and described the issue that’s been happening recently. What’s happening is the pilot for the water heater will light up, but the flame will go out after setting the control valve to a temperature. My assumption is the Thermal Release Devise (TRD) for the Rheem water heater has tripped and needs replaced. I informed Mr. Munoz that we would need to call Rheem technical support in order to properly diagnose what is happening. The water heater has a 2024 manufacturing date. From there we can provide the proper estimate. The property should not be having problems with the gas because the other appliances do not have any issues. I provided a $200 estimate for performing a diagnostic, which includes calling technical support. I informed Mr. Munoz that the $200 would get waived against whatever the repair/replacement estimate would be. There are two other issues that I pointed out during this visit. The vent pipe is

Arrived at homeowners property. Homeowner had kitchen sink that had a crack down the left side, causing the sink to drip. Homeowner was wanting to know what it would take to replace it. After talking with the homeowner I found that she rents the property and the tenants are the ones that broke the sink. After inspecting work and taking measurements, I called my manager for assistance and let him know everything that the countertops are granite, and we cannot go back with a drop in sink due to the Fossett and soap dispenser being in the way, so we would have to go back with an Undermount. He informed me that we do not do that kind of work that the homeowner would have to get a countertop guy out. I informed the homeowner that we would not be able to do the work due to Granite work. I asked homeowner if there was anything else that she would like me to look at while I was there and she said all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing in electric, heating and cooling. Che
