At today’s service, a 150A 3phase 480volt panel was assembled and installed directly to the left of the main distribution panel. A 150A main breaker was installed inside the main distribution panel to power the new panel we have installed. We labeled this new panel as Panel AB in both the main distribution panel as well the new panel itself. Two circuits were installed as well. 6/3 MC cable was used which has an amperage rating of 60A. Two 60A 3-phase disconnects were also installed. Wire whips were wired out of these for what will be the connection point of the new saws. All parts supplied and installed come with a 1 year warranty.

Opo#25766 At today’s service, two forklift charges were disconnected from one building. These forklift charges were actively set for 480 volts. They have been reconfigured for 208v. With the voltage change, there was also an amperage change. One charger now draws 30 amps and the other charger draws 40 amps. Both chargers had to have the internal fuses replaced for the correct amperage. 2x 30 amp fuses and 2x 40 amp fuses were supplied and installed. The chargers were brought to the other building where they were wired into the existing circuits and disconnects. With power on, chargers are operational.
There is an additional leak somewhere on the property, I am unable to pinpoint exactly where it is. I have her calling National Leak detection to try and find the source, most likely is coming from underground, but due to a shared Watermain, I am unsure as to the exact location and source of the leak
KSPECH was called out for toilets not flushing. Manager on site explained to tech they don’t want to keep paying for drain clearing. While on site tech noticed the only section of the drain system that isn’t functioning is the new addition. All toilets in men and women’s restroom are backed up. Previous techs have stated they can find no low spots in the drain line to cause a blockage and the drain line has barely any fall at all. This will cause solid waste and toilet tissue to settle to the bottom of the line creating its own blockage. Tech informed management that the only option would be to remove existing drain line and install a new one to get the proper fall required to carry sewage downstream. Tech provided estimate for this repair.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Thadius Vick. He is installing the new bathroom cabinets for his parents on each side of the previously installed pedestal sink. He explained to me that the sink needed to be moved over by approximately 1/2 inch. I provided an estimate for Mr. and Mrs. Vick, and they agreed to the price. I cut out the dried silicone in order to move the sink. Once freed up we verified that the cabinets could fit. I put the sink in place, reattached the p-trap, and applied silicone. The silicone needs to fully cure before use. This way it is glued against the wall giving it more stability. * Warranties from the previous invoice still apply (6 month craftsmanship warranty).
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what issue they were having. After looking it over and trying to find the origin of the chirping I found some battery operated smoke detectors. I moved them from the location and listened for a minute longer to confirm that the chirping was in fact coming from them. I removed the batteries and waited another while to again confirm the chirping was coming from the smoke detectors. I offered to install the smoke detectors for our client, but they were not interested. Dispatch fee was collected.

Customer had already received a quote for $1900. On able to price match.
KSPEHC returned to perform work from previous estimate. Tech accessed Sheetrock in upstairs hallway which is behind the master bathroom vanity. Once Sheetrock was removed and existing humidifier line exposed tech was able to begin disconnecting the line. Once old copper line was removed tech installed new 1/4” plastic line. Connection was made at emergency shut off valve under master bathroom sink as well as the humidifier in the attic. New line is one continuous line with no connections between terminations. After install was completed tech pressurized the humidifier line and inspected install for leaks. No issues at this time.

Due to the size and nature of the project KSPE must respectfully decline bidding. I highly recommend a mechanical company to come and fully assess and replace the backflow, dual check, and piping that is rusted out. Due to the amount of rust and wear on the piping there would need to be a better equipped mechanical style company to handle the installation. the mechanical style companies would have welders, and flanging in stock to mitigate any prolonged down time should any issues arise. As a side not; because this is the main for the fire suppression system, i would verify with Gwinnett county as to their specified vendor list. i recommend contacting Gainesville mechanical or Mckennys.
Upon arrival customer stated she had a in line water filter that was leaking and she wanted it completely takin out and capped off the line was going to the refrigerator and customer was made aware that she would no longer have water going to the fridge for ice and water and she said that that would be fine because the ice maker doesn’t work anymore. Today I took out the old in line filter and took off the compression valve that the 3/8” copper line was going to for the filter and capped of the 1/2” copper line
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Vick. They explain to me their desire for having a pedestal sink and faucet installed. Both were already at the home provided by Mr. and Mrs. Vick. Time to assess the hallway bathroom and discuss various points with them. In the end, they agreed to have me install the pedestal sink, faucet, and replace the hot and cold emergency shut offs. There were a few other non-plumbing elements to this bathroom and another bathroom that they asked me about. I helped get them in touch with a remodeler to assist with these components. I took my time installing the pedestal sink to make sure that it could sit flush against the wall. I had to trim the copper drain pipe about an inch in order to get it in the proper position. The emergency shut offs were successfully replaced. The faucet was easily installed. With everything connected I tested everything. The faucet operates as it should, the water completely drained down the pipe, and found no signs of le
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had basket strainer under kitchen sink that has disconnected due to it rusting from the P-trap, causing it to leak. After talking with the homeowner, she explained that Jared was out previously and repaired a hot line underneath the kitchen sink because it was leaking and now she’s having this problem. I explained it due to the age of the basket strainer, it has rusted and the P-trap bolt will no longer screw on to the basket strainer. After inspecting work, I was able to give homeowner an estimate to replace the P-trap underneath the kitchen sink along with the left side basket strainer. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Homeowner also wanted me to look at the dishwasher because it was leaking underneath. I took a look at the dishwasher and came to the conclusion that she would have to call an appliance person because it is not the water supply nor the drain that is leaking. Thank you for choos
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Vick family. They describe to me their ongoing issue with the downstairs bathroom backing up. They have had multiple plumber visitations over the last couple of months to undo the stoppage. After an assessment, I spoke with them about needing to run the cable again in order to get the bathroom up and running. I also informed them that I would need to return with a camera in order to properly inspect the inside of the sewer pipe. I provided pricing for removing the downstairs toilet in order to run a cable during today’s visit. I also provided pricing for a potential return for running a camera. They agreed to the estimate for the cable, allowing me to move forward. I managed to break up whatever was causing the stoppage. I ran and flushed a large quantity of water to ensure that the blockage had been broken up. Upon resetting the toilet, I noticed that the flange was physically loose. I pointed this out to them and provided pricing for replacing the
Accounting@bematrix.us At todays visit, Mr. Richard is looking to have two brand new industrial saws wired in. The saws will require a 480volt configuration as the building does not contain a 240v incoming power supply from the utility. We would be installed a 480v sub panel as the main 480v panel only has room for a single 3 phase breaker to power the sub panel which will contain two 3-phase circuits to power the saws. The circuits will be ran in hard conduit to the junction boxes. The wire whip from the junction box will be of a flexible conduit.
Whole toilet in men’s room, cable line, ensure that it is clear and free of obstruction, reinstall toilet test for proper functionality Removed water closets and cleared drains Tech replaced flange in women’s room at no additional charge
Upon arrival yard hydrant was leaking from top of valve. Tighten packing and plunger nuts to stop leak. Gave estimate for a hydrant rebuild. Due to ongoing small leak pressure was not able to be taken properly.
Upon arrival customer claimed to want their toilet replaced since they’re having new floor put in today. I gave her price on replacing toilet. And she agreed on price but only thing is, I will have to wait for the flooring guy to be done for me to start work. Flooring guy finished the same day. After installing toilet I tested and flushed 5 time to check for leaks. No leaks were seen. Customer also wants estimate to move piping for sink more towards the right side of where it’s at right now. She already ordered the sink so when it arrives she will call us to start work. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!
