Customer had a very small projector and wanted to upgrade to a bigger one. She informed me that she already had the new projector. The new projector was not compatible with the original mount so we had to provide and install one to be able to put the new projector.

Arrived on the job and was informed by our client that he was searching for estimates. After looking over the job I wrote up a quote and emailed it over to him. He will be receiving one final estimate before making his decision.

Arrived at homeowners home. I was to work off of estimate to replace waterline and water heater. When I arrived, our board team was already on site and had the whole board and had the waterline exposed where it enters the home. They pulled a new waterline through And I connected it to the meter then went inside and found where the water line comes into the home and cut the appropriate amount of sheet rock out that I would need to do the work. Then I started draining and uninstalling the water heater. Once water heater was drained I removed it then started to install the new one. Where the waterline comes into the home there is a 1 inch PVC piece of pipe that goes through the foundation that is cemented in. I went and rented a hammer drill in order to drill a new hole through the foundation for the new waterline. I drilled a new hole for the waterline through the foundation and connected the new waterline to the existing CPVC pipe with a new main shut off valve. I then finished installi

Mrs. Railey has no hot water. Upon inspection found that water heater is 13 years old and water pressure In home is 120psi. The life expectancy of a tank type water heater is 10-12 years. Water pressure should not be over 80psi. Pressure reducing valves life expectancy is 10-15 years. However Mrs. Railey’s is 40 years old. Mrs. Railey also has a bathroom sink faucet that is dripping and a emergency shut off valve at toilet that is leaking. I advised Mrs. Railey that if we replace pressure reducing valve it might stop the dripping in the other bathroom. I gave Mrs. Railey options to remedy her issues. She stated that she wants to talk and think her options over and reach out to us when she’s ready.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had waterline that was leaking. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he noticed a puddle about a week ago, but did not think anything of it but then today he noticed water pouring out from underneath the retaining wall. After inspecting the work, I explain to the homeowner that where the leak is is about 5 feet down behind a retaining wall underneath a bush, homeowner explained that the waterline is at least 28 years old. Explain to the homeowner the life expectancy of a waterline is 10 to 20 years and he is over that I explain to the homeowner that it would not be wise to make a repair due to the fact that another one could pop up at any point. I explained to the homeowner that we could replace the waterline to get him all new parts, where he won’t have to worry about this for the next 10 to 20 years. I took a look on the inside to see where we could bring the waterline in and noticed that the water heater was dripping. Homeowner ex

On arrival inspected one 2023 Carrier 80% gas furnace system for leaks and condenstae drain leaks. Found that there were no issues with condensate drain or furnace. Technician checked around upstairs bathroom vent where water stain is located and found no wet spots or moisture. Inspected attic space and did find water stains also on 2x4 trusses as well as water drop stains on top of flexible ductwork indicating prior leak was coming from roof. Discussed findings with homeowner and she mentioned the roof was old and understood. We also discussed Keep Smiling Club Membership and she stated she will sign up today so her membership begins at the beginning of year and would like her AC maintenance inspection done in the spring and her heating inspection performed in the fall. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

At today’s service, all electrical hazards observed in the main buildings warehouse were addressed. This consisted of replacing multiple outlet boxes that had been damaged, replacing receptacles and installing cover plates, remounting conduits that had fallen from their couplings. We also disconnected several old 208 receptacles, pulled the wiring back and installed junction boxes with blank plates. An outlet on the far wall was refed as the conduit was mangled throughout its run. This Mc cabling was installed in line with the first set of horizontal shelving support bars to protect it from future damage. Another conduit run on the front wall of the warehouse was refed with Mc cable due to the previous conduit being mangled. This run powered an external wall pack and was connected to a timer. We installed multiple close ups on panel boxes and outlet boxes throughout the entire warehouse. I disconnected the wiring rom every breaker in the warehouse that had tape on it preventing it from

Upon arrival, customer stated she had a leak in her ceiling in her living room. After further inspection, in order to determine where the leak was coming from, sheetrock was going to be cut open to determine where the leak is. Customer approved estimate of diagnostic fee to cut Sheetrock. After further diagnostic, I noticed the leak was coming from the shower drain. The problem itself was the tub. The tub had a slight cracked near the shower drain. I used clear silicone on the crack in order to stop the leak. Customer also had a problem with her toilet. The toilet had a faulty flush valve. Customer approved estimate to just replaced the toilet. I installed a new Kohler toilet chair height with round bowl. After toilet installation was completed, I flushed it multiple times to make sure it was free of leaks. Parts and labor on the toilet have one year warranty.

I replaced 2x4 lay in fixture in the bathroom with a new. Connection on the original one seemed fine. I tested the voltage and it did have the proper voltage of 120v.

Upon arrival customer stated that he had a 3 handle shower valve that wouldn’t stop leaking out of the stems. He said he has replaced them a few times and they only last about 3 months and begin to leak again upon my inspection of the system I found that the pressure on the home was over 130 psi and I explained to the customer that this is the reason none of his repairs have worked because the fixtures inside of the home are only rated to take up to 80 psi The customer was left with 2 estimates to get these issues fixed

At today’s visit, the transformer supplying power to the electrical cabinet for the saws have been wired up. Both transformers are receiving a voltage of 480V. The output power of these transformers is 400v. The load side of the transformer was wired to the electrical cabinet of the saw with a 6/3 MC cable. This occurred for both saws. Once completed, the breakers were energized and verified to have the correct voltage, the transformers were verified to have the correct incoming and outgoing voltage. The voltage in the electrical cabinet was verified by the saw installation team. All parts supplied and installed by Keep Smiling Co. Come with a 1 year warranty.

On arrival found system not heating, running fan only. After further inspection found that the thermostat does not get a 24V supply from transformer inside furance, however relies solely on battery operations. Replaced two AA thermostat batteries and tested system. Checked for heat to ensure proper operation and system is heating as it should. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
