KSPEHC was called out for a toilet not flushing correctly. On site owner explained that this toilet was put in by another company. Shortly after installation it began having issues flushing. Other company was called out to fix the issue. Shortly after that visit it happened again. Tech on site this visit was able to utilize hand auger to remove blockage in toilet trap. Tech pulled out a long skinny metal rod. This was most likely caught sideways in the toilet trap collecting toilet paper and causing a blockage. After metal was retrieved tech continued operating the hand auger to see if any more could be retrieved. It is the techs best judgement that the issue has been resolved. Multiple test flushes afterwards shows no signs of any obstruction. Should this happen again we will have no choice but to remove the toilet to gain access to the internal trap and retrieve the blockage by hand and the. Reinstall the toilet

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner has upstairs toilet. That is leaking from the base. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he noticed that the grout was starting to change colors, so he tried to clean it, but then noticed that the water was seeping out from underneath the toilet. He explained it. He has change the fill valve and flapper for the toilet, but when it comes to removing the toilet and checking the wax seal, he is uncomfortable with doing it. I gave the homeowner an estimate to pull and reset the toilet, and also explained that if the flange is damaged beyond repair, then that would be an additional charge. The homeowner accepted. I did the work. When work was complete I turn on the water to the toilet to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing electric, heating and cooling. There is a six-month parts and labor warranty on all work that was completed today through keep smiling Plumbing

Client called us out for a leak in boys bathroom on second level of the school in building 2. Provided client with estimate for repairs. Made repairs to zurn valve. No leaks after repairs and toilet is functioning properly. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had two upstairs bathroom toilets that when she would flush them, they would make a loud hissing sound and would fluctuate in pressure causing a weird noise. I explained to the homeowner that I would like to check the pressure because I noticed when they fill valve was filling up the toilet that it was extremely high pressure. I checked the pressure at the water heater that was installed in 2022 and found that the pressure was 110 psi. I explain to the homeowner that that is severely dangerous for their plumbing fixtures and needs to be addressed. I explained that the pressure was supposed to be between 50 and 75 psi so when it gets above 75 psi, it starts putting unwanted strain on all of the plumbing fixtures, causing them to eventually leak and in worst cases burst. I asked the homeowner if she knew where her main shut off valve was, and they explained that it was underneath the stairs behind a hidden vent. From there, I was able to give the hom
Conner was fantastic. Very helpful with suggestions. Took the time to talk to me about what my goals were rather than just looking at one item and giving me a price. Definitely want to work with him.

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. McCurdy about what work he would need performed. He showed me to the ceiling fan within his living room and explained to me what the issue was. I recommended we replace the ceiling fan to avoid expensive costs to repair an “old” fan. After that I asked about any work he would like performed. We walked the house looking at possibly adding lighting within his upstairs office, relocating the wiring within the wall he’ll be having removed in the downstairs bathroom, and adding 3 new installation ceiling fans within each downstairs bedroom. I got everything written up into 3 different options and presented them. We discussed the options, made some adjustments, then sent them all over to his email. No work was performed today so the dispatch fee was collected.

Customer purchased a fan and wanted it installed in the common area. I assembled the fan and installed it to an existing fan rated box with the proper wiring. Light and fan are separate and have their own individual switch to control each function.
Great service

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Jolles. They brought me into the kitchen in order to show me their garbage disposal. What happened is the garbage disposal has begun to leak from the body. They further clarified that they haven’t had any previous malfunctions with the item. I informed them that the only option for disposals when they leak is to completely replace them. They assumed that would be the case and wanted to know the pricing for installing a new one. Mr. and Mrs. Jolles allowed me to inspect their water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure was perfectly healthy, but the thermal expansion tank had failed. I spoke with them about the importance of the item and risks for when it’s in a failed state. I added that on to the options to show them the full spectrum of pricing. They agreed to have me replace both items. I began with the disposal. I punched out the plug for the dishwasher drain hose and got everything connected. I filled their sink with

Upon arrival customer stated that the gas company had cut off the gas due to finding 3 leaks on shutoff valves and supply lines on the furnace, gas stove, and water heater. Upon inspection of the issue I saw that the gas inspector had marked every valve and supply lines that needed to be replaced. The water heater supply line was not marked as failed but I let the customer know that since I would be changing the valve that I would also replace the gas supply line to insure safety. I gave the customer a price to fix all these gas leaks in the home and they agreed Today I replace 3 gas valve and 3 gas supply lines. Behind the stove, the furnace, and the water heater. 1 year warranty. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing, electric, heating and cooling!

Came out to the Stubbings residence to provide an estimate for a 50amp car charger outlet. Panel has plenty of space, and it’s condition is great. All neutrals are separated and no visible signs of any discoloration. The outlet was installed to the left side below the panel because to the right was occupied by multiple wires. Outlets is working properly at 240v and customer will be mounting his own car charger of his choice. 1 year warranty parts and labor included.

Upon arrival I was shown to the upstairs master bathroom where the tub shower valve is leaking out of the tub spout. She just had her pressure regulator replaced but it is still leaking. Need to replace the cartridge inside of the shower valve to fix all known issues associated with that bathroom. The shower cartridge that got at the supply house did not match correctly, it still has a drip and the handle does not line up properly. Need to special order the shower cartridge. 1 year warranty.

Clear both isolated toilet blockages via toilet auger to restore flow to each of the toilets. No other fixtures are stopped up. One toilet upstairs and one toilet downstairs. Upstairs toilet needs a new fill valve. Was able to clear both blockages. Downstairs toilet has a weaker flush, advised homeowner to hold the lever down as long a possible when flushing. Long term solution would be getting a stronger flushing toilet downstairs. Also replaced fill valve and cleared soft tissue blockage in upstairs master bathroom toilet. 24 hour blockage warranty 90 day warranty on fill valve

Upon arrival, customer showed me their dishwasher that wouldn’t drain any time to use the iPhone them that I would take a part the p trap and inspect it. I saw a bunch of buildup and show this to the customer as well. I told him that it would be in his best interest to snake the line to clear up any blockages. After a while back running the lab sink The sink started to back up as well. Customer approved estimate for snaking the line. Arrived on the job and was informed by our client that he was searching for estimates. After looking over the job I wrote up a quote and emailed it over to him. He will be receiving one final estimate before making his decision.

Arrived at homeowners home. I was to work off of estimate to replace waterline and water heater. When I arrived, our board team was already on site and had the whole board and had the waterline exposed where it enters the home. They pulled a new waterline through And I connected it to the meter then went inside and found where the water line comes into the home and cut the appropriate amount of sheet rock out that I would need to do the work. Then I started draining and uninstalling the water heater. Once water heater was drained I removed it then started to install the new one. Where the waterline comes into the home there is a 1 inch PVC piece of pipe that goes through the foundation that is cemented in. I went and rented a hammer drill in order to drill a new hole through the foundation for the new waterline. I drilled a new hole for the waterline through the foundation and connected the new waterline to the existing CPVC pipe with a new main shut off valve. I then finished installi

Mrs. Railey has no hot water. Upon inspection found that water heater is 13 years old and water pressure In home is 120psi. The life expectancy of a tank type water heater is 10-12 years. Water pressure should not be over 80psi. Pressure reducing valves life expectancy is 10-15 years. However Mrs. Railey’s is 40 years old. Mrs. Railey also has a bathroom sink faucet that is dripping and a emergency shut off valve at toilet that is leaking. I advised Mrs. Railey that if we replace pressure reducing valve it might stop the dripping in the other bathroom. I gave Mrs. Railey options to remedy her issues. She stated that she wants to talk and think her options over and reach out to us when she’s ready.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had waterline that was leaking. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he noticed a puddle about a week ago, but did not think anything of it but then today he noticed water pouring out from underneath the retaining wall. After inspecting the work, I explain to the homeowner that where the leak is is about 5 feet down behind a retaining wall underneath a bush, homeowner explained that the waterline is at least 28 years old. Explain to the homeowner the life expectancy of a waterline is 10 to 20 years and he is over that I explain to the homeowner that it would not be wise to make a repair due to the fact that another one could pop up at any point. I explained to the homeowner that we could replace the waterline to get him all new parts, where he won’t have to worry about this for the next 10 to 20 years. I took a look on the inside to see where we could bring the waterline in and noticed that the water heater was dripping. Homeowner ex
