Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Kohler. He discussed with me about two projects that he is interested in having done. One is to install a customer supplied whole home smart shut off, and the other is for installing an outdoor shower/washing station. I performed a deep assessment with how intricate it would be to accomplish everything. Primarily referring to the shower/washing station. Mr. Kohler and I got on the same page about where specifically to install the smart shut off and discussed the price for doing so. We did a lot of collaborating on the washing station. Mr. Kohler wants to regroup with Mrs. Kohler about what they truly want with it. He will contact me back when a scenario is decided on. For today, Mr. Kohler agreed to the estimate for installing the smart shut off. Mr. Kohler was also cautious about the white PEX pipe in correlation to the UV container. I assured him that he has nothing to worry about. I removed the section of pipe that included the pressure valve and

Customer had a exhaust fan light combo in her bathroom. Customer stated that she put in a new lightbulb and it would not turn on. I advised her we should perform a diagnostics to see what was going on and she agreed. While performing my diagnostics, I discovered some loose neutral wires in the attic with an open junction box near the exhaust fan. I reconnected him and tested the bulb, and it turned on dimly I checked the voltage. The voltage was correct leading me to believe that the bulb was damaged due to the loose neutrals.

Tested components electronically ,,pressure switch test good. Most likely the pump in ground well is bad based on diagnostic assessment

Came out to the Demetrician residence to determine why one of his outlets caught on fire upon diagnostic discoreved some of the wires where loose on the connection points.(no warranty.)wire nuts the wires together and stuck a blank plate on it per request.

Came out to the Demetrician residence to add 3 new outlets in the the downstairs kitchen 1 for the dishwasher,1 for the new spot for the microwave and 1 for the vacuum inside of the cabinet.(1 year warranty.)(not responsible for drywall damage )

Mr. Tanner brought me over to his propane tank to describe the gas line situation. The desire is to run an entirely new gas line, replacing the existing one under the house and reconnecting to the three fixtures. A water heater and two wall mounted heaters. There is a crawl space, but it is too tight for a grown person to fit under. Neither him nor the property owner possess an email. All communication will need to take place over the phone. I’m going to get with management about this project and pricing. Mr. Tanner asked what we could be looking at for pricing. Expressed most likely over $2000, but could possibly be less. He may try getting his cousin, who is supposedly a plumber, to help him out with this.
