At today’s service, I replaced the bypassed Contactor for slot LP12.

Work performed or sold estimate. Upon arrival at customers house, I took out the old sewage pump and replaced it with a new sewage pump. There was no check valve on the pump. I put on a compression check valve on. I ran water and check if it turned and it turned on perfectly fine without any leaks. I then was informed by the customer that she wanted to go ahead with the other estimate to repair flange. Upon completion of sewage pump I started on cutting of the old cracked flange. I glued on a new flange and waited for the glue to dry to ensure a proper glued fitting. I installed toliet back on and I checked for any leaks and checked once again if the pump turned on and off. Upon arrival, customer showed me basement restroom. Where is the toilet would be slow to drain warned me that she had several plumbers come out before me and told me that they ran sewer machine as well. I then went to where the sewer injection pump was I turned on the faucet dial and the bathtub is well. I started to see some bubbles from the toilet. I then went to go check on the sewer injection pump and there was no water flowing into the pump. I informed the customer and suggested we ran a camera and a drain machine. I ran my sewer machine without turning it until I felt a stoppage I did not turn it on because I was too close to the sewer injection pump. I then ran my camera and found myself with what seemed to be tissues I pushed what I considered tissues into where the pump is . I in Ran some water and turned on the sewer ejection pump as well. When I plugged in the sewer injection pump, it would just stay running and it would not turn off and then started to smoke and I could see

At today’s service, the Photocell (Weather Station) supplied by HI Solutions was replaced on the roof. Once the replacement of this was completed, we assisted HI solutions by testing the new weather station as well as verifying that it was programmed. We observed during this process that, nothing was turning on or off with the input commands from HI solutions. We troubleshooted their system with HI Solutions on the phone and determined that their end was all in working order. From there, we began diagnosing the electrical system to ascertain why the photo eye did not have control over the outdoor lighting. In the Main Electrical panel, we observed the contactor controlled by the photo eye had previously been bypassed in the past thus making what the photo eye use to control always powered. A note left from who bypassed this stated “contactor bypass temp. Till new one comes”. The external lights observed to be constantly powered without a means of shutoff were the front recessed fixture

At today’s service, 8 ballasts were replaced in the overhead 2x2 fixtures. The old ballasts had previously failed and were no longer operational. With the new ballast wired, the lights are operational. In each of these fixtures as well, the bulbs were replaced with brand new bulbs. We also replaced bulbs in several other fixtures around the store that were in the process of going out. Keep Smiling Co. Supplied the ballast and bulbs required for today’s work.

We will order ballast and bulbs and install them when they arrive. Voltage was verified. New ballast and bulbs required to get the fixtures back in working order. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Brown. She showed me the leak in her and her husband‘s yard that recently sprung up. This service line has been repaired in the past. She informed me that it is over 20 years old. I advised Mrs. Brown that it would be in their best interest to have the entire line replaced with a new one. I provided an estimate to perform a repair on the leak in order to resolve the immediate issue. An estimate for a full replacement will be worked on and emailed over in the near future. This home has a complex layout which requires collaboration with management on the best approach for a replacement. Mr. and Mrs. Brown are opting to hold off on the repair for the moment as they are shopping around with multiple plumbing companies. No dispatch fee was charged today.

Came out to the havertys store due to 2 columns ousters not working upon diagnostic discovered there to be 2 faulty outlets so the tech replaced and restored power.
