Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Brown. She showed me the leak in her and her husband‘s yard that recently sprung up. This service line has been repaired in the past. She informed me that it is over 20 years old. I advised Mrs. Brown that it would be in their best interest to have the entire line replaced with a new one. I provided an estimate to perform a repair on the leak in order to resolve the immediate issue. An estimate for a full replacement will be worked on and emailed over in the near future. This home has a complex layout which requires collaboration with management on the best approach for a replacement. Mr. and Mrs. Brown are opting to hold off on the repair for the moment as they are shopping around with multiple plumbing companies. No dispatch fee was charged today.
