This includes resetting unit in mount, and resealing sink flange Previous installer did not properly mount disposal to sink, disposal now mounted properly, stopping further leaks. Also secured faucet and components while under sink.

Came out to the Sweeney residence to look a some flood lights that where not working upon arrival determined they do work from what I can see.Did determine the outlet in the bathroom did work just was on a switch.

At todays visit, Mr. Eric was having an issue with a 8 foot fluorescent fixture. Previously, he had a repair company come out and take out the existing ballast. He wanted us to install a new ballast. I worked up an estimate to get this fixed today to which he agreed. With the new t-12 HO ballast installed, the fixture is back in working order. 1 year warranty on the ballast from Keep Smiling Co.

Mrs. Grainger has a 20 year old 40 gal electric water heater that only gives her enough hot water for a short shower. She’s interested in all hot water options. Upon inspection of her 100+ year old home and uncovering her wants and needs, I gave her options that can give her what she wants and needs. (See estimates)
