Mrs. Granger had another company do some plumbing work in her home about a week ago. Since then she’s had very low water volume. Upon inspection found that meter curb stop was not open all the way. Once I opened it all the way, and water volume went back to normal.

Upon arrival customer stated they wanted a new water heater because of the tariffs. She told me she had one replaced already but just for safe measures she wanted the other one replaced. We agreed on a price. She agreed, and upon taking out the old one and putting the new one I tested for leaks. There is no leaks. There’s a 10 year warranty on the water heater. And there’s a one

This includes resetting unit in mount, and resealing sink flange Previous installer did not properly mount disposal to sink, disposal now mounted properly, stopping further leaks. Also secured faucet and components while under sink.

Came out to the Sweeney residence to look a some flood lights that where not working upon arrival determined they do work from what I can see.Did determine the outlet in the bathroom did work just was on a switch.

At todays visit, Mr. Eric was having an issue with a 8 foot fluorescent fixture. Previously, he had a repair company come out and take out the existing ballast. He wanted us to install a new ballast. I worked up an estimate to get this fixed today to which he agreed. With the new t-12 HO ballast installed, the fixture is back in working order. 1 year warranty on the ballast from Keep Smiling Co.

Mrs. Grainger has a 20 year old 40 gal electric water heater that only gives her enough hot water for a short shower. She’s interested in all hot water options.
