Repipe all drains in the house including both bathrooms with new flanges for toilets and drain lines for sinks and shower. 1 kitchen and 1 laundry room with new pvc pipe. Replace main truck going to the outside of the house with 4 inch pvc. Comes with 5 year warranty.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Nguyen. He escorted me to the kitchen within the restaurant to show me what he needs our assistance with. He and his business have recently become new tenants of the location and are performing necessary renovations for when they eventually open. What we were called out for was to hook up the gas connection for the commercial wok style grill. I took time to assess the supplies that came with the grill in order to understand how the unique connections work and what extra material I may need to get. The restaurant is currently supplied with a 2 psi gas meter. The meter is currently disconnected by the gas company until this grill gets connected. I spoke with Mr. Nguyen about having to hypothetically upgrade the meter if the various appliances end up being too weak with their supply. I informed him that he would need to simply call the gas company to upgrade the meter if it ends up being necessary. I provided an estimate for getting the grill connected.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leak in his main waterline. He stated he shut the main water off from the home, and the water meter was still spinning. After further inspection, we noticed the leak was on the yard due to wet spots being visible. Provided customer with estimate to install a new waterline, but customer did not approve. Customer asked me to shut the water off by the meter so his water bill won’t go higher

I arrived at home and found the breaker was tripped, I reset the breaker and power was restored. I checked the two outlets located by the homeowners desk and also inspected panel. Found a serge protector that may have been the issue.
