Performed pressure test on potable water supply system from the main shutoff in the basement to all fixture shutoffs. Held pressure at 35 psi for 30 min. There are currently no leaks on the potable water supply system at this property. Meter had been removed and this was why the initial pressure test was not holding.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had PRV that was leaking into utility closet. After talking with the homeowner and inspecting utility room I found that the PRV was a double union and the water heater was from 2014. I explained that water heaters tend to last 8 to 12 years depending on where they are in the home. And I gave homeowner multiple estimates one to do just what I was called out here to do replace the PRV, the other a piece of mind option to get everything done. I explain to homeowner that we do have financing. I went over a couple options with the homeowner and homeowner wanted to try to do the 12 months no interest no payments option. Was able to get homeowner approved through financing. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. All the work that was done comes with a one year parts and labor warranty and the water heater comes with a six year manufacturing warranty.
