The shower pan is leaking out of the front left corner. The pan has a tear in the vinyl lining. Will need to remove the tile on the wall up to the first grout line. Remove the old leaking shower pan and curb. Replace back with new fiber glass shower pan. 1 year warranty

Homeowner has a leaking polybutylene pipe going to the upstairs toilet. Pipe is leaking in between the tile and subfloor and dripping down through the ceiling and kitchen sink. Will need to cut a larger hole to access pipe and make repair. Will cut pipe in ceiling and replace pipe all the way up through flooring with a new emergency stop valve and supply line for the toilet. 1 year warranty on repair only. Does not include connection to polybutylene, warranty only covers new materials. Keep Smiling not responsible for drywall repair

Upon arrival, customer claim that her dishwasher was not getting no water. I went up under the cabinet to check if the emergency stop was off. But it was on. She’s then showed me the noise the dishwasher made. But they wouldn’t stop even if I had shut the door on the dish washer. I told her the procedure I was going to do by pulling out the dishwasher, undoing the supply line and turn on the emergency. Stop to check if there’s water flow. But before pulling the dishwasher, I asked the homeowner how to turn it off. She said she always turn it off at the panel. That sentence indicated that it was an appliance issue because it wouldn’t turn off on the off button. She understood the issue and definitely believe it was an appliance issue now. So she said to not do the water flow test. That she will just buy a new one and let us know when to install. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!!!

Upon arrival, customer claimed that his water heater was leaking from the bottom. And called us before it busted. I saw that the age of the water heater was from 1994 and where it was leaking from, I told the customer that it was unable to be repairable and a new heater was solve his problem. He asked how much a brand new heater was I gave him the book price. He told me it Was a little too high then what he expected. I brought it down to a price. We were both comfortable at and he agreed for work to be done today. After installing the new heater and making the last connection, I turned on water to test for any leaks, No leaks were seen. I did tell the customer that once he uses the water inside, there will be a couple seconds of air, spitting out, which is completely normal. I put in a 40 gallon Bradford white heater with a new ball valve and expansion tank. Warranty information will be on the water heater tab in your email. I arrived to the customers home and she had an issue with a showerhead leaking, and a faucet that was constantly running. She also had a toilet constantly running, and a faucet that would leak every time it turned on. Upon checking the pressure on the home at red 110 psi, as well as the thermal expansion tank was full of water. After discussing with the customer, that their water heater was 12 years old and unmaintained, we came to the conclusion it would be best to replace it. Today I supplied and installed two new bathroom, faucets, a shut off to their master bathroom, toilet, the fill valve to the master bathroom toilet, a new pressure reducing valve, a 50 gallon gas, commercial grade AO Smith, water heater, and a new showerhead. I pressurized the system and tested for any leaks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty as well as a six year manufacturing warranty on the water heater.

Garbage disposal was jammed, I was able to remove the blockage and removed a screw from the disposal that had jammed between the plates. In all appearances was not a screw that was part of the disposal, everything is functioning at this time, and there are no leaks on the system.

KSPEHC returned to perform work from previous estimate. Grey poly water piping was disconnected from service. New pex piping was installed for the distribution system throughout entire home. All emergency shut off valves, supply lines, hose bibs, washing machine valves and box, ice maker valve and tub/shower valves were all connected with pex piping. All fixtures are existing and were not replaced by KSPEHC. Once installation was completed tech tested system to ensure no leaking took place before leaving. No issues at this time. 5yr warranty.

Clear main line through outside clean out. Could not reach stoppage with 75 feet of cable. We had to use blow up ball to clear stoppage. Run water down line to make sure stoppage is cleared. Everything is working properly. No warranty. If happens again we will need to run camera to see why stoppage continues to happen.

Homeowner has 3 pressure assisted toilet in the home and two have failed. One has a cracked bladder and another has a failed bladder. Keep Smiling will need to order new bladder assemblies for each toilet, go pick them up, and come back to replace. 6 month warranty

Garbage disposal was clogged and frozen in place. Signs of water were slightly present on the base of the cabinet. I attempted to use the Allen head on the bottom to free the garbage disposal up to better diagnose and possibly unclog and clear, however, when I did so, water, began to pour out of the bottom of the disposal. We went ahead and did a direct swap to a new half horsepower unit to begin the life cycle over of the disposal.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Lawrence. She met me by the water meter to describe her and the company’s situation to me. The water company was previous at the property to see if there was a leak that the water company would be responsible for. They said that it’s on Mrs. Lawrence’s side of the meter. I isolated the service line and confirmed that the leak is coming from some point on the service line. The only sign of saturation is water pooling in the meter box. The rest of the ground appeared normal. The maturity of the service line is under concrete. I informed Mrs. Lawrence that the next stepped for locating the leak would be to get a leak detection company out. That way I can return and assess more accurately. Mrs. Lawrence is wanting to hold off on leak detection at the moment. She will call us back when she wants that scheduled. The dispatch fee was charged.

At today’s visit, Mrs. Laquinta had a ceiling fan in a downstair bedroom which had the chain break to the light. She was wanting to have this fan replaced with one she supplied. An estimate was provided to her which she had a 89$ ceiling fan install coupon. She agreed to the work. Therefore, a customer supplied ceiling fan was installed. The fan is a 42” fan with a light kit. There is no wall switch controlling the fan so the operation of the fan is done solely by the pullchains.

Attodays service, two circuits were installed. The first circuit is for the gas heaters in the shop area. These share a circuit as the load draw from each unit is less than 6 amps. Thermostat wiring was also ran from each unit to the location between the office door and bathroom door. 3 LED highbay fixtures were installed and wired from scratch. Two of these lights had a circuit ran for them as they could not be added to the existing wiring or it would overload the breaker. A switch for these two lights was installed by the panel box. KSPEHC was called out for unknown leak. Homeowner states water bill went excessively high and county contractor said the leak was roughly 1.35 gpm. Tech isolated house and service line. When main valve to house was turned off the meter showed no signs of a leak. This means the leak is contained to within the home. After checking fixtures and finding nothing tech believes the leak is in the slab. Recommendation was made to contact national leak detection in order to locate the source of the problem. Issac arrived within the scheduled window; he listened to my concerns, looked at pictures, and went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. While repairing the leak under the sink, he explained and showed me what he was doing and why. After checking and resealing all the connections to the basket strainer he determined it was a washer that needed to be replaced. He was able to perform the repair and test it all within an hour. Issac gave excellent customer service and reassured me that the job was completed correctly. We love this company!

KSPEHC returned to perform work from previous estimate. Tech performed descaling to section of cast iron piping. Once descaling machine was ran tech then ran sewer camera to inspect line. With camera in the drain line tech had homeowner turn water on to watch water pass the camera and verify it no longer backs up due to blockage. No issues at this time

I want to start by saying, I never leave reviews for anyone but, Zac Peck from keep smiling was so amazing, I had to tell the world. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and expressed empathy towards my plumbing situation. He quickly discovered the legos my toddler flushed down the toilet and was able to get them removed. He even went above and beyond and gave me additional tips I can use for another problem sink in my home.
