Explain that it has been going on for quite a while but he’s put a bucket under there in the meantime, but he wants to get it taken care of. I gave him an estimate to replace the drains up underneath the vanity sink. Homeowner accepted. After I did the work, I tested the drains to make sure that nothing was leaking and everything was well on the drains, but I did notice that the hot supply line work next to the Fossett was dripping. I tried to tighten it up and it did not solve it. I let the homeowner know, and he explained that he will put Teflon tape around it himself. At today’s visit, Mr. Juan and Mrs. Jazmene are looking to have a circuit installed to power a hot water heater. They currently have a hot water heater and are planning to convert the unit to electric. As it stand with the existing panel in the home, it does not have space to add another circuit. Therefore, two options are available to be able to have a hot water electeicsl circuit installed. The first is to have a sub panel installed. This would be installed directly beside or beneath the existing panel box. Two circuits from the main box would be relocated into the sub panel to make space for the main breaker of the sub panel inside of the main panel box. From this point, the hot water heater circuit could be installed. The second option is to have the main panel replaced along with the service. This would involve installing a new mast, a new meter/disconnect on the exterior of the home, installing a new main panel, updating the grounding for the home and an inspection from the count

Customer stated her outlets and lights were not working in her master bedroom. She mentioned that it started of by flickering and eventually to complete failure. Upon receiving this information, I started by checking the plugs with my tester, and had a reading of, “reversed hot and ground.” I tested an outlet near the window and noticed the tester flicker so I decided to start my diagnostic there. Once I removed the cover plate, I noticed immediately that there was some overheating and melting on the outlet. Once I removed the outlet, I was able to see the extent of the situation. I replaced the outlet free of charge as a courtesy but did inform the homeowner that a whole house re-device is highly recommended.
Prepaid visit- maintenance tuneup on two 2013 model Goodman ac/gas furnace. Checked all mechanical and electrical components. Checked two 14x20x1 air cleaners, dated and replaced both. Checked blower motor and blower wheel, evaporator coil, DeltaT , heat rise and have a 38° temperature split between return air and supply air temperatures, ductwork, thermostat, condenser coil, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Homeowner stated she is having an issues with upstairs heating not starting up every time. After further inspection found buildup inside inducer motor not allowing pressure switch to engage therefore not allowing system to complete sequence of operation. Attempted to open up barbed fitting and clear blockage to let pressure switch function. Although system has fired up and began to there’s no guarantees on how long that will last. Added estimate for replacement and gave a $50.00 off coupon. Both systems are heating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Hav

Upon arrival, customer stated that there was a water leak in her ceiling. When I arrive she took me to the bathroom that she has been seeing water stains in the ceiling in for about two years I grabbed my ladder and went into the attic, and upon my inspection, I found that there was no plumbing, ran throughout the attic, except for the plumbing vents that allow air into the plumbing drains in order to help the water flow throughout. I did find that near The 3 inch plumbing vent for the master bathroom and kitchen. There was a lot of rot on the roof and could clearly see where water has been making it through for a while now. I have attached pictures to this invoice for a better understanding of the situation at hand Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing electric, heating and cooling and have a very merry Christmas!
Customer recently purchased home and had an inspector point a “flying tap” in the attic. Under some investigation on my part, I found that the inspector did not check the inside of the panel. There I found “double tapped neutrals” that was allowed at the time when the house was built in 1989 but now is known to be a fire hazard. This is something the inspector could’ve pointed out if he went into the panel.
Customer advised me that an outlet in the living room are started sparking and crackling when she was using a space heater. She then proceeded to tell me that the rest of the outlets down the line also, didn’t have power. I checked all the plugs with my plug tester, and found that only the one that was initially sparking, had no power. I then started to change the outlet and notice the neutral (white) wire was burning up and melting the outlet. After the new was installed I checked all the outlets in the living room and they all read 120v.
At todays service, Mr. Brian and Mrs. Ariel have been experiencing an issue with their furnace not working. They had an HVAC technician come out from another company and he determined that the furnace was not receiving power. With this issue, I recommended a diagnostic be performed to identify the issue. Mrs. Ariel agreed to this estimate. During the diagnostic, I was able to determine half of the 240 volt breaker was broken and the reader was only producing 120volts. With this, I recommended that the breaker be replaced to which Mrs. Ariel agreed. Therefore, with the new 50 amp 240 volt cutler hammer breaker in place, it is now producing the proper 240volts. This allowed the furnace to kick on and run and begin to heat the house while I was present. The breaker comes with a 1 year warranty.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he would like performed today. After discussing everything with our client and looking it all over, I wrote up a couple of options for him. Once completed with the work I collected payment. 1 Year Warranty

Have a Happy thanksgiving.
