On arrival to no heat call found system off, thermostat reading error code no R wire detected. After inspection on 1996 model GMC 90% gas furnace found that the power switch was in off position, after turning power back on found that the 170° high limit switch circuit was open indicating a failure and in need of replacement. Technician does recommend replacement of full system due to age and the possibility of major future breakdowns. Due to age of system and brand part is possibly no longer available. Once high limit switch was reinstalled system did ignite and begin to heat home. System still heating upon technicians departure. Recommendations are to replace full system if parts unavailable. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Recovered refrigerant, nitrogen pressure tested, vacuumed and recharged system with 2 lbs r410a. System is now heating as it should. Thank you again for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rassel. He is the brother in law of Suja. Communication with Suja happened over the phone for this visit. Rassel escorted me around the home while showing me the issues that have been going on. Several things were noticed during my time assessing the home. The main level powder room toilet does not flush. I do not believe there is a blockage in the line. Either this toilet is clogged or it is not flushing due to a bad design. The master bathroom toilet has a failed fill valve along with a failed emergency shut off. The guest bathroom has a malfunctioning diverter for the tub spout. The thermal expansion tank has failed. The home is operating under 120 psi water pressure. The location of the main shut off and service line manifold was not obvious. My belief is that it is in the drywall behind the water heater. I spoke with Suja about each of these issues and provided multiple options for him to look over and select from. Due to Suja being remote, he is wan
