Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had toilet that was running in the hall bathroom and has ran up to Water bill. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that they are moving and they want to fix the leak. And it has also ran off the water bill. He mentioned that it has been running for the past two months. After inspecting work, I found that it was the fill valve that was not shutting off, causing the water level in the tank to rise above the flush valve and create an endless cycle of wasting water. I gave homeowner an estimate to replace the fill valve in the hall. Bathroom toilet. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and functionality and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling, plumbing, and electric heating and cooling. All work that was done comes with a one year parts and labor warranty through keep smiling Plumbing.

Homeowner is having his septic tank pumped soon and wants to ensure there is no waste or sewage left in the drainage system after his tank is pumped. Customer requested we pull all the toilets on main floor and upstairs and run drain cleaning equipment through the toilet branch arms out to the mains for each toilet. While cleaning the toilet laterals, branches, and mains, customer would like us to go through and run drain machines through three lavatory drains and a bathtub upstairs as well as the kitchen branch line on the main floor. When resetting all the toilets, we will install new wax rings, shims, bolts, and caulking around the base of each toilet. Disclaimer: Drain Cleaning does not guarantee a stronger flushing toilet. In many cases, if the customer feels like the toilet is not flushing strong enough, then we recommend replacing with a stronger flushing toilet. After camera inspection, everything was cleaned with no solid waste within the drainage system. Did find that th

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Pradhan. He brought me to the master bathroom to show me the issue with the toilet. The toilet was already removed by somebody else and found that the flange was elevated too high. I placed the toilet on the flange for a dry fit and confirmed that the flange was too high. An estimate was provided for replacing the flange in order to have it at the appropriate height. Mr. Pradhan wasn’t sure about the pricing. I called my supervisor and got permission to lower the price. Mr. Pradhan still isn’t sure about the price and plans to seek another opinion. I texted the estimate to Mr. Pradhan. Office use only: Met Mr. Kersey at the house rental that he’s own since 1991. What’s happening is the three handle shower valve in the hallway bathroom is actively leaking. It is simultaneously running and leaking from the handles. Mr. Kersey isn’t sure when the property was built but is confident that it was sometime in the 1970s. This valve is the original. I told Mr. Kersey that I will need to completely replace the valve in order to resolve this issue. The best way will be going from the front by removing some of the tile. Going from behind in the closet will be significantly more expensive. That will also require going back with another three handle style valve. The property is also under very high-pressure. With the shower actively leaking and running the pressure still red at 95 to 100 psi. The static pressure is easily higher than that. Mr. Kersey does not know where is pressure valve is located. we briefly looked in the garage with no success. My assumption is that the pressu

I arrived to the property and the customer had two leaks coming through the ceiling of their living room and pantry next to the kitchen. I went over with the customer that I’d need to cut two holes in the sheet rock to further diagnose both showers they recently had remodeled. I discussed with the customer that Keep Smiling Plumbing would not be responsible for cutting sheet rock. Customer explained her husband would be responsible for payment and he is out of the country. She cannot get a hold of him to make a decision. The diagnostic fee estimate will be good for 30 days
