Homeowner would like to relocate toilet in basement bathroom downstairs and remove raised concrete block that original toilet was sitting on. New drain will be installed for toilet that will be centered with the surrounding walls/shower wall. When drain install is complete, we will move and replace emergency stop to keep it in line with new toilet location. Will pour back concrete to rough grade. 5 year parts and labor warranty

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that water heater located in crawl space has not been inspected in a while and wanted us to inspect it. He also stated that hot water was running out quicker and it would take longer for water to get hot. After further inspection, found heater to be 17 years old and stated to homeowner that heater was due for replacement due to age. Presented options to homeowner on replacing with a 50 gallon gas heater or a tankless heater. Homeowner decided to move forward with 50 gallon option and signed estimate. Shut water off to home, drained old heater and removed. Cut out old gate valve and placed new 50 gallon gas heater in place. Made all proper connections to e siting copper pipe which included installation of a quarter turn ball valve and expansion tank that was pumped to match home water pressure of 65psi. Also connected gas line using a new gas flex line and connected t&p line with a new drip 90. Vent line was also connected properly. After all connections w

Arrived at homeowners home. I was to work off of estimate from yesterday to replace approximately 20 feet of cast-iron drains with new PVC drains, run a new icemaker line for their new fridge, and install a customer supplied kitchen faucet. I started by removing the 20 feet of cast-iron and installing new PVC drains. Then cut the cold saddle valve out and installed a new T for the icemaker line. They drilled a new penetration hole for the new half inch line to come up through the floor. I didn’t added a new shut off valve for the icemaker line and connect to the supply line to the fridge and shut off valve. Then we uninstalled the previous kitchen faucet and install the new customer faucet. I noticed that the new Fossett had built-in supply lines and the emergency shut off valves that were coming out of the wall were half-inch how many supply lines were three eights. I replaced the shut off valves and installed a new kitchen faucet with no issues. We turned back on water to check for a
Daniel did great
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review!

Mr.Thacker wanted outlet above the range inside the cabinet. At this moment I took a look at the panel as normal to make sure everything is fine in there. While the panel was working it was obvious that it was in the end of its lifespan and in need of a replacement. The other issues I noticed were the doubled up neutral wires, obvious wear on the breakers and main lugs. This panel was also a split bus panel which makes it very easy to trip the main breaker. In the is panel you would have to turn several breakers off in order to shut power off to the home. I presented Mr.Thacker with the option to take care of both projects with a manager approved discount. I managed to replace the panel without sheet rock damage. All circuits are running properly. I have capped the wires of what used to for a oven as requested. The labeling is transferred from what was there previously. There were a lot of missing labeled circuits and mislabeled circuits as well. Microwave outlet has been installe

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner bought a new fridge and would like a new icemaker line ran. After talking with the homeowners, they explained that they have been through two fridges that they do not bother hooking up the icemaker line but now since they have bought a new one, they wanna hook up the icemaker. I have the homeowner show me the crawlspace and crawled to where I could find where the icemaker line goes through the floor, and while I was in the crawlspace, I noticed that the sewer line has rusted out and is leaking sewage into the crawlspace, another place a strap has broke, holding up the cast-iron, causing it to fall where it joins the PVC and is creating a massive belly in the line. From there I was able to give the homeowner multiple estimates to get the work done. I gave the homeowner an estimate to run a new icemaker line, and replace approximately 20 feet of cast-iron. I also explained that if she replace the cast iron that I would do the icemaker line as a court
Very well done. Marcus and his partner took very good care of the project.

At today’s visit, I installed a vanity fixture in the first floor master bathroom as well as two pendant fixtures in the master bathroom. Both fixtures were supplied by Mrs. Kitchens. All three fixtures have a one year warranty on the installation of the fixtures.

Client called us out to home for broken kitchen faucet. No names marked on faucet so we replaced faucet with a new delt faucet with a side sprayer. Once faucetwas installed tested and checked for leaks. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling
Charles is very knowledgeable technician and professional. I needed electrical troubleshooting done! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and high-quality. He was accompanied by Alexys. They arrived on time and were incredibly thorough in assessing the work needed. Charles took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. The work was completed efficiently, and the results were outstanding. Everything was done neatly and safely, and they even cleaned up, replace appliances after themselves, which I really appreciated. No more strip and lights out! Issue resolved! Highly recommended!

Arrived at customers house with issues with breakers customer been replacing them for three years since moving in after inspection ended up changing breakers out

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had water coming out from underneath the driveway back in the end of November early December and nobody was home so the neighbors called the water company and had them come out and shut off the water, and the homeowner was still getting a water bill of $350 for January and February. They called me back today to take a look at the issue. When I arrived, the water meter was off, so I crawled underneath the crawlspace and found where the water line comes into the home and found the main shut off valve. Then shut off the main shut off valve and went back to the meter and turned it on to see if it had any movement, and it was dead still. I then turned on the main shut off valve inside the home and filled up the home and waited for it to pressurize before going back to the meter and checking for any movement. The meter had the tiniest of tiny movement. I then went and did a full walk-through of the house to find where it was coming from, and found that t

Install 2 American standard toilet. One in upstairs hall bathroom. One in down stairs half bathroom both come with supply lines. Both have been tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Comes with one year warranty.

Installed solar charger for ring doorbell.

Upon arrival customer stated that the master bathroom toilet is continuously running and wobbly. I found that the toilet fill valve and flapper need to be replaced to stop it from constantly running and the toilet needs to be pulled up and reset down to the floor to fix the wobbling. Customer also stated that he had a leak down stairs in the basement upon inspection of that he pointed to a tub/shower drain ptrap and said that the leak was coming from there we ran the shower and tub and no leak was found. I explained to the customer that I can replace the ptrap as a precautionary measure but if I can’t see a leak we don’t really know where it’s coming from. He stated that he would wait to see if it happens again and just wants to take care of the toilet today. I presented an estimate to get him taken care of and he agreed. Today I replaced the fill valve and flapper in the master bathroom toilet and also pulled up the toilet and replaced the wax seal and t-bolts. While testing the toil
Timely and excellent service

The Keller’s were experiencing a leak coming through ceiling of pantry. Upon inspection of bath above pantry found Significant water damage under vanity. Upon further inspection found that cold side supply was leaking where it connects to lav. Faucet. Upon checking water pressure found it to be 110psi. Which is 50lbs over normal and 30lbs over the maximum pressure a homes plumbing can handle. The Kellers have a tankless water heater that is due for maintenance. Replaced pressure reducing valve and performed basic maintenance to tankless water heater, both located in garage. Also replaced steel braided supply line on cold side of upstairs hall bath, to remedy issues.

For this job I arrived and found low voltage 3 amp fused blown. Tracked it down to a shorted contractor at outdoor unit. Replaced contractor and started unit. Air conditioning running fine at this time. Furnace does show some signs of rust and is 20 years old would recommend replacement soon.

Upon arrival, customer showed me her toilet where it couldn’t flush. I tested it running water at the tub and I got gurgles in the toilet. I informed as to the customer that this means a blockage down the line. I told her that I needed to pull the toilet and run my machine and I strongly advise her to go with a sewer inspection camera she approved both of them I started by running my camera and I was met with a tissue blockage. I ran my flex shaft, include the line. I push my camera further, just to make sure that there’s no other blockages or bellies. Upon finishing clearing the line, I put a new wax ring in your closet boards and put back the toilet. I flush the toilet a couple times it flushed fine. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing

Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, resident already had thermostat calling for cooling and indoor unit was still off. After inspection, found units breaker tripped. After resetting , unit came on and began cooling. Observed unit for a few minutes to see if it would trip again. Unit continued to cool with no issue. Did not notice any faults during observation either. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great day.

Arrived at homeowners home. I the homeowner has already talked with management and management pre-quoted him 250 for the drain underneath the vanity in the master bathroom. I started by removing the old P-trap and gluing on a new P-trap adapter and installing a new P-trap. When I was done, I went to test water, but the Fossett did not have any pressure to it and when I turned on the stops. The cold side had a drip to it so I turned it back off and left the hot side on. Looking at the age of the Fossett. I could tell that it was at least 20 years old. I explain to the homeowner that we could try to find parts, but it would be a lot harder and he would be spending money on an old Fossett versus buying a new one and having me install it with a new warranty and new parts. I also explained that while I was replacing the Fossett, I could cut off the old stops due to them starting to leak and just replace them for no additional charge. The homeowner explained that he wants to talk it over wi
He found and diagnostic problem that been going on over 2 yr. And previous electricians had failed to find.👏👍💯

At today’s service, Mrs. Mary Ann explained that she’s had an ongoing issue with her chalk bathroom lighting, master bedroom lighting, attic lights, and basement lights randomly tripping off. I evaluated the areas and determined a diagnostic would need to be performed to get into the wiring to troubleshoot the issue. During the diagnostic I found that the afci breaker protecting the circuit was tripping from a neutral to ground connection. I opened up multiple devices and determined the ground to neutral connection was coming from the bathroom vanity fixture. The socket had previously broken from its base and when a bulb was replaced it caused the wires to twist and rub against the grounded frame of the fixture eventually leading to the neutral and ground connection. I disconnected the fixture and recommended that it be replaced. While in the fixtures outlet box, I also saw a loose splice with the hot wires. I observed this connection arc. Therefore, I did cut out the connection and re
John did a good job fixing the leak under my kitchen sink. Unfortunately, He also had to replace the water pressure valve, so it was more expensive than I anticipated.

Cut out and replaced pressure reducing valve in basement that was leaking, replaced corroded basket strainer on left side under kitchen sink and tailpiece that was too short, which would cause drain pipe under stress to come off tailpiece, ran water in sink tested and no leaks.

Replacing the entire cold trunk line from tee near crawlspace entrance across crawlspace to where trunk tee’s towards the front and back of the home. 1 year parts and labor warranty
Very unhappy was charged and paid with a check 250.$. Wanted my new GE refrigerator to water nothing was done!! Beyond the scope of their service ability!!!

This includes removal of old lines and installation of new pex to fixtures PRV Included, stabilizing house pressure and preventing further damages.

Return to replace main water line from meter to house with bores under driveway and route into laundry room and connect in wall to copper, installed shut off and pressure valve in box at meter and main shut off valve in laundry room.tested and meter not turning, water pressure is now 60 psi.
Excellent Service

Mr.Tipu’s A/C was not working properly due to a damaged disconnect. This disconnect is marked number 1. I found the disconnect in pieces inside. A combination of factors have caused to overheating. The flexible seal tight conduit was too small to for the three wire. The other problem was the disconnect failure. This is equipment failed more than likely due to the poor connection. The other disconnect had no visible damage. It was cool to the touch unlike the other circuit. Once replaced the unit was turned back on and working properly. Voltage at 240v for the 60amp breaker and 30 amp breaker. I cleaned the area up after work was completed. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Customer was having high water bill, could not find main shut off inside,on slab, cut wall to diagnose, cut and capped line to determine which one was main and will return Monday to replace main line completely.
