Thank you for your feedback. Our team is very thankful.

Upon arrival I was shown where the clean out was for the septic tank in the back yard. They want a cleaning of the pipes using a drain machine just to ensure there will be no issues, they get this done about once a year. Also inspected the toilets in the house for any issues. None found at this time gave the option to rebuild as preventative maintenance. Opened the cleanout to run the drain machine also had them run water at the same time. No issues found in the main drain.

KSPEHC was called out for a flooded basement. Homeowner states the ejector pump on the basement failed and flooded the basement. While on site homeowner further explained that the storm water dispersion system that was originally installed was deleted by another contractor. When it was deleted it was rerouted to the ejector basin. This means that in the event of a pump failure the storm water will overflow the pump basin and flood the basement. Homeowners inquired about installing a high water alarm with the pump replacement. Tech provided options on pump replacement with and without high water alarm system. Approval was given to perform pump replacement with high water alarm. After installation of the pump was complete tech showed homeowner and tested for proper function. Homeowner decided that he didn’t want tech to mount the alarm in the basement but instead he is going to pull his own wiring to move the alarm box to the main floor so it can be heard easier since the ba

Upon arrival I was shown to the closet behind the hallway bathroom shower. There is an access panel to get a good look at all of the plumbing for the tub and shower. The stems that go into the shower body are leaking. Attempted to tighten down to stop the leak, did not work. Meaning the stems themselves have failed. Replacing the stems will fix all known leaks at time of appointment. Removed the shower valve stems to go and match them up with the same brand. Found that the wrong stems were put in last time they had it repaired. Replaced back with Gerber shower valve stems, with new trim. Tested and verified with the Stacer’s that everything is functioning and no more leaks.

Arrived at homeowners home. I was out previously yesterday and install the customer supplied toilet in the master bathroom. I talked to the floor and explain to the homeowner to let it dry for about half a day before she uses it. She called us back today and said that the toilet rocks when she stands up. When I arrived, I took a look at the toilet and she showed me what she was talking about and it did have a rock to it. I tighten up the bolts a little bit more and sat on it to see if it would rock and it didn’t so I got the homeowner and had her sit on it to test it out and she explained everything is fine now. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing electric, heating and cooling.
Christian did a great job today. He was actually early for the appointment which was nice. A mvery friendly young man.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Zartman. He squirted me to the hallway bathroom to show me the toilet he believes is leaking. This toilet is a little over a year old. There was water visibly on the floor indicating that there should be a leak of some kind. Mr. Zartman allowed me to use one of his towels to wipe the floor around the toilet of all the water. I flushed the toilet several times and found no indication of water escaping from the base. I did notice a drop of water happening from the tank to bowl connection. Upon further assessment, I confirmed that the tenable bolts were loose. This can accidentally happen when you are leaning again against the tank of the toilet. At no charge, I quickly tightened the bolts and observed if water will continue to escape. The leak appears to be resolved. Dye was added to the tank to test for the possibility of it running. The toilet is not running. I advised Mr. Zartman to keep an eye on the toilet. If this leak persists, then we will need

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had master bathroom toilet that she wanted to replace due to the tank being cracked. After talking with the homeowner, she explained that she has Parkinson’s disease so she has trouble balancing sometimes and she fell back onto the toilet and ended up cracking the tank. After inspecting the toilet homeowner showed me the new toilet that she has already purchased for the installation. Everything looked well so I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to install a customer supplied toilet. I gave the homeowner an estimate for a customer supplied toilet in the master bathroom. Homeowner accepted. I uninstalled the old toilet, then checked the flange to make sure it was intact and all is well, so I installed the new toilet with a new wax seal and caulk it to the floor. Once I work was completed, I turn the water back on to the toilet to check for any weeks and functionality and all is well. I explain to the homeowner to give it about half a day for
Wonderful

Run machine down half bathroom toilet to clear stoppage. After stoppage was cleared. We ran the Camera down the line to see what the issue was. We located camera head to baffle of septic tank. The issue is the septic tank is full of water causing back ups. Water in holding in the line 5 feet before the baffle. Field lines need to be looked at as well as the inlet and outlet sides of the septic tank.

Customer has leak under slab on hot water line, would need leak detection,I tried calling got no answer gave customer # to call for leak detection.

Performed basic maintenance for tankless water heater and fixed a condensation drip coming from exhaust vent.

KSPEHC was called out for water heater issue. While pm site tech was informed by homeowner that existing water heater has a drip coming from relief valve. During investigation tech was able to recreate the leak. Ms Rochelle also wanted to inquire about other plumbing services during the same visit. She mentioned the guest tub has issues letting water escape from hot handle when cold side is turned on and master toilet constantly runs. Options were given to replace 18yr gas water heater as well as repair tub valve and rebuild master toilet. Ms Rochelle approved all tasks to be performed. Tech installed new 50 gal gas water heater with 6yr manufacturer warranty and new thermal expansion tank, rebuilt tub valve by resealing stem connections and rebuilt toilet tank on master toilet. After all repairs were completed tech pressurized the system and inspected all connections made for leaks. No issues at this time.

Replace 80,000 BTU furnace only, A/C is 4 years old according to client and elected not to replace Additional work: we had to hook up flu pipe in the crawl space, it came apart during the process of the install. Typically the reason was simply poor glue joint during original replacement or install. no extra charge for this

On arrival to no heat call found one 1998 Goodman 80% gas furnace/ R-22 AC with a failed high limit switch and a failed pressure switch, and due to age these parts are no longer available. Also found one 1988 model carrier gas furnace with a number of issues and these parts are also no longer available due to furnace being 37 yrs old. Technician recommends full replacement of both systems due to age and parts being unavailable. We will email estimate for replacement of both. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

On arrival to no heat call found system off, thermostat reading error code no R wire detected. After inspection on 1996 model GMC 90% gas furnace found that the power switch was in off position, after turning power back on found that the 170° high limit switch circuit was open indicating a failure and in need of replacement. Technician does recommend replacement of full system due to age and the possibility of major future breakdowns. Due to age of system and brand part is possibly no longer available. Once high limit switch was reinstalled system did ignite and begin to heat home. System still heating upon technicians departure. Recommendations are to replace full system if parts unavailable. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

On arrival inspected two minisplit systems that needed nitrogen pressure tested, vacuumed , and one recharged, second is new and pre charged. Found one system that has a kink in the copper lineset at condenser so main focus was on one of the two. Recovered refrigerant, nitrogen pressure tested, vacuumed and recharged system with 2 lbs r410a. System is now heating as it should. Thank you again for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Came out to the Williams residence to assemble and hang a chandelier over the island. When I arrived at the Williams residence there was no wire or box to put chandelier up so Mr.Williams asked if I could pull from the existing chandelier that was there which was in front of the back door and run a new line over to the new spot above the island which is about 15 ft away and hang it there and blank plate off the old box. While the tech was here he also said he would like to have it where the light didn’t blind him as son as he walked in so the tech installed 2 dimmers.(not responsible for drywall damage.)(1 year warranty.)
