Came out to the McCart residence to give a estimate for 2 50 amp generator inlets with breaker upon inspecting panel noticed that in order to do this Mr.McCart would Have to install 2 main breakers inside of the panels due to his home haveing a 400 amp service.Mr.McCart would save some money if he decides to put inlet for generator beside the meter instead of the porch on the back.( 1 year labor warranty.)

On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2021 model Rheem heat pump system. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked one 16x20x1 media filter recently replaced by homeowner, in new condition- and dated. Checked ductwork, evaporator coil, blower motor and blower wheel, flushed condensate drain with one gallon of water, checked refrigerant pressures, DeltaT, heat rise, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. I arrived to the property in the customer had us come out to drain his water heater. Upon a inspection of the safety features in his home, I determine the thermal expansion tank is full water, the pressure reducing valve has failed around 110 psi to damage the plumbing in his home, as well as water heater was needing to be drained. I gave the customers estimates and the customer chose to go with the smaller sized PRV, a new thermal expansion tank, and drain his water heater. I pressurize the system and tested for any leaks. There is a one year parts of labor warranty.

Came out to the Mccaffery residence to replace a Gfci that had went faulty on the back porch.(1 year warranty .)

On arrival inspected systems. One 2019 Lennox heatpump which was thought to have undersized wiring, but it looks up to code. The the an unknown age and make. Needs replaced. Took measurements and photos to be able to email a quote for 5ton heatpump. Electricians will need to come out and pull new wire from panel to condenser and possibly air handler. Performed service flush and cleaning on 7 yr old Navien in basement. Replaced blown thermal expansion tank under heater as well as failing condensate pump.

Pulled and reset upstairs guest toilet to stop excessive wobbling

Arrived on the job and spoke with the customer about the issue. Found that an Arc Fault breaker has been nuisance tripping while using the dishwasher. I swapped the Arc Fault out with a standard breaker and tested that the washer worked. Customer was happy and we wrapped up shorty after.

Swapping the keeping area light with the chandelier near the living room. Uninstalling four ceiling lights and replacing them with fans. Fans need to be built.
