Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Lyle. I was escorted to the kitchen in order to be shown the leaking garbage disposal. I ran the faucet and noticed that water was leaking from the bottom side of the disposal. I informed them that a full replacement will be needed to resolve this. Mr. Lyle also brought me to the stand in shower in the master bathroom to show me how slow it drains. Upon witnessing it, I took note. Mr. Lyle allowed me to check the water pressure at his tankless water heater along with the thermal expansion tank. The thermal expansion tank is healthy, and the pressure is within the safe range. I did acknowledge to Mr. Lyle that it is at the upper end of the range. So while it is fine for the moment, it does signify a sign of the pressure valves aging. Supply and install 50 gal electric Bradford white water heater with expansion tank and valves to separate heaters so as to isolate either heater.

Need to return to install 8” collar, 8” ductwork, boot, and register. 12-13-24. -Installed 8” collar, 8x14x8” boot , ductwork and 8x14” return grille.

Arrived on the job no spoke with our clients about what work they would be needing performed. Once discussing and looking over the issue briefly I wrote up a price for a diagnostic and one for a potential repair. We agreed upon the diagnostic and I got to work finding the issue. I found that the main breaker within the panel needed to be upgraded to a larger size to compensate for the load within the house and the outlet within the kitchen needed to be replaced to get the remaining outlets working. Once we looked at the pricing we came to an agreement on a price and I ran to get material. After collecting the materials and arriving back on the job I cut power to the house while I replaced the main breaker and outlet in question. Once completed I turned the power back on the tested that everything worked as intended. Our client was happy with the work performed so payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty.

On arrival discussed with homeowner his concerns of hot/cold spots in the upstairs area foyer. Found there was one supply and no return ductwork in hallway/foyer. After further inspection found that we can add a 10” return line directly to air handler. Wrote up estimate for adding ductwork run. Customer has agreed and signed off on work to be completed and gave a deposit. He would like to schedule this for the week of dec 9th if we’re unavailable early next week. Warranty call- On arrival inspected system for no heat. After inspection technician found loose connection on thermostat wire at wire nut where everything ties together inside air handler. Made proper connections and system came on. After checking outdoor condensing unit found that system was running in cool mode with heat strips inside air handler going simultaneously. Checked settings on thermostat and discovered “O” wire was set to energize in heat instead of cool. Made proper adjustments and system started to heat properly. We’re sorry for any inconvenience. On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2019 Goodman heatpump system. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Replaced one homeowner supplied 20x25x1 media filter. Checked evaporator coil, ductwork, thermostat, blower motor and blower wheel, heatrise 45°, voltage, amperage, and capacitance. System is heating as should at this time.
