Upon arrival, customer stated that toilet was not sitting properly on flange and when flushed, water would leak from base of toilet. After inspection, stated that flange was not properly installed, which caused toielt to not sit properly and leak. Presented quotes on repairs to homeowner and he agreed. Pulled toilet, removed old flange, cleaned area, leveled concrete slab by chipping around pvc pipe, installed new flange and secured with concrete tap cons. Installed new wax ring and hardware, reset toilet and secured. Flushed multiple times and found no leaks. At today’s visit, Mr. And Mrs. Payne had a kitchen light not working and believed the switch was broken and were looking to have the switch replaced. I visually examined the switch while it was in the wall and did not see evidence of it being broken. I proposed our lowest level of diagnostic work as there are multiple components in the switch system and light that could fail causing the fixture not to work. They agreed to the estimate. I then determined that the 4 lamp ballast in the fixture had failed and thus needed to be replaced. Mrs. Carol agreed to swapping the ballast. Therefore, I installed a new T-8 ballast and once power was restored, the light is back in working order. The new ballast comes with a 1 year warranty.

Technician came for popped fuse call. Took off harness to check for power coming into blower motor. Power was present. Once harness was plugged back in, unit immediately blew fuse. Came out to the Bending residence to determine why the outlets in the theater room wasn’t working upon diagnostic discovered the breaker had failed so the tech swapped it for a existing breaker inside the panel that was pre existing and was just a spare.( no warranty on this.)2 type 2 surge protectors installed as well for a 300 amp service.( 1 year warranty.)

Client had us out to her home to day for loud humming coming from the water heater.found that the t&p was leaking excessively for on a 8 year old heater. Home wanted the sound to stop so I replaced the valve and added proper connections to prevent leaks. Once I had press on system with no leaks I checked the pressure and found 120 psi. Advised customer of what was need and she will contact us if sound returns
