On arrival inspected system for no heat, system not getting past or above 65° before turning off. After inspection found that the gas burners would drop flame for a split second and continue to heat, indicating possible dirty flame sensor. Removed flame sensor and clean. Reinstalled flame sensor and system began to heat and burners continued to burn without flame dropping or flicker. Home was 61° at thermostat on arrival and after running system home temperature was 68° upon departure without shutting off. Checked heat rise and have a 37° rise between return air temperature and supply air temperatures. Factory recommended specifications states it should be between 35°-45° split. Upon arrival, customer stated she had a leak underneath her sink. After further inspection, I noticed the leak was caused by the tailpiece from the basket strainer, had fallen off due to a faulty gasket. Customer approved diagnostic fee in order to install a new gasket and tighten up the nut. I also installed a metal band underneath the tubular P-trap in order for it to have more support after repair was completed. I ran the water in order to make sure that my repair was free of leaks.

Upon arrival costumer stated their grease trap was over flowing. After further inspection I noticed their grease trap is faulty due to broken baffles inside the grease trap. Coustumer needs estimate to replace grease trap
