At today’s visit, Mrs. Vanessa is looking to have a floor receptacle installed in the first floor living room. He purpose for this is to eliminate a cord running across the floor from a reclining living room sofa as the cord is potentially a tripping hazard. With this in mind, the project was evaluated to determine the best avenue of getting power to the location of the reclining sofa. Where this is located in the first floor living room, it is directly above the finished family room in the basement. With this, running the wiring would not be possible without cutting holes in the drywall of the basement. Mrs. Vanessa was informed of the drywall cutting and that we as a company do not perform drywall repair. The wiring would be routed from the basement office where a constant power source would be obtained. No drywall would need to be cut in the basement office as it is a drop ceiling. The floor receptacle would be installed into the floor beneath the reclining sofa. Mrs. Venessa wished

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Culp. I returned to follow through with replacing her leaking water heater. Moved forward after getting her authorization signature. The original water heater was completely drained down before removing it from the cubby and stand. With some assistance from my supervisor safely, put in place the new water heater. All of the new copper was ran in order to get all of the connections. The new thermal expansion tank was installed. And the water heater is on a 22 inch wide drain pan. I had to shorten the legs of the original metal stand to get the water heater to fit properly. Once everything was connected I turned the water back on to pressurize the system and purge all of the air out of the plumbing. During the process of the air purging, the aerator for the kitchen faucet blew apart. I examined the faucet and determined that it is too corroded and calcified to risk getting out the remaining parts. Ms. Culp explained that she is fine as long as the fauce

KSPEHC was called out for a leaking toilet. On arrival homeowner explained how the master toilet would continue to leak form the base. As tech entered the master bathroom it was clear the toilet was running. Water level in the tank was full but the fill valve was not stopping the water. Tech then checked pressure on home at the base of the water heater located in an outside closet on the back of the house. Pressure reading was 130psi. Tech informed homeowner this was an excessive amount of pressure in the line and that because of this it has caused damage to other safety devices such as the thermal expansion tank. Tech provided options for necessary repairs and replacements. Homeowner gave approval for tech to perform prv and thermal expansion tank replacement as well as repair master toilet with new was seal and tank rebuild. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Culp. She let opened her garage im order for me to see the water that has appeared recently. I evaluated the affected area and determined that the water heater is the most likely culprit. The water heater pan is filled with water. Nowhere else above the water heater pan is wet. This indicates that the water heater is leaking. With the assessment finished I put together multiple options for Ms. Culp to choose from. She is wanting to look over her finances before choosing one of the options. I emailed the estimates over. I did not charge the dispatch fee per the call notes.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Ford. I came out to assess a leak in the garage ceiling. As soon as I got my eyes on the situation I began running water. I wanted to recreate the leak. I got results that indicated that this leak was caused by the plumbing. I presented an estimate for performing a deeper diagnosis. This would require opening up the garage ceiling in order to gain visual access and find the problem. The estimate was agreed to, allowing me to move forward. I removed about a 10 foot by 10 foot portion of the ceiling while performing the diagnosis. What was discovered was a PVC connection was leaking when the water ran. No other leaks were discovered. I presented a new estimate for repairing the pipe along with waiving a portion of the diagnostic price. This updated price was agreed to. I remove about a 2-3 foot section of the drain pipe and replaced it with new material. After giving the PVC cement time to cure I ran more water to test the connections. The new connectio
