Came out to the Harrell residence to determine why the kitchen outlets wasn’t working upon diagnostic discovered there was a burnt up outlet behind the fridge so the tech replaced and restored power.(1 year warranty.)

Technician performed tune up for 2 systems. Both filters were replaced. Upstairs unit has a 20 degree temperature difference. Blower housing is clean. Blower motor pulling normal amperage. Outside capacitor is good and pressures are in normal range. No faults found. Downstairs unit is turning the gas furnace on even though thermostat is calling for cooling. Even after bypassing thermostat, and calling for cooling from the board, Gaye gas furnace sequence of operations begins. I believe resident has a faulty control board. Resident informed me that she will have it replaced through home warranty. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling! Have a great day!

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner was wanting to get her master bathroom tub, removed and have a basic one put in because she does not like the Jets. Homeowner also was having issues with the jack and Jill shower draining due to a draining slow. The homeowner also had the master bathroom toilet that week so she turned it off about a year ago and it’s just now getting around to dealing with it, and her master shower does not get hot. It has very low pressure on the hot side. After taking a look at everything I let the homeowner know that we could either rebuild the toilet due to it leaking or replace it and she wanted to go with the replacement option, as far as the shower, I explain that it is likely just a cartridge issue that the cartridge has gone bad and it’s not allowing the hot water to come through . As far as the two tubs, I explained that for the jack and Jill bathroom, we would remove the fiberglass one piece tub and install the new tub with a new shower valve, tub, spout
Chris was very informative and really took the time to explain the details with every step. The whole process was quicker than expected
We're so happy to hear that you had a great experience with us. Thanks for leaving a positive review.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner wanted her 50 gallon gas Rheem from 2019 flushed. After inspecting the heater I asked the homeowner if she has ever had the heater flushed prior and she explained that she does not know. I explained that when you go so long without flushing the heater, it has time to build up rust on the inside, and when you drain them completely down and refill them, that rust has a chance to fall off and cause pinhole leaks, and we would not be responsible. The homeowner still wanted to get it done. I gave the homeowner an estimate for a $99 water heater flush and tuneup and explained that I would check the pressure as well to make sure that the pressure is in working order. I check the pressure in the pressure was 110 psi. Explain to the homeowner that that is dangerous for all the plumbing fixtures in the house and will caused them to leak over time. I gave the homeowner an estimate for a PRV replacement and explained that I would severely discounted since she

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Reed. She had a good friend with her to help out with asking questions. Keep Smiling was scheduled for two purposes. She was cautious that a couple of her toilets might’ve had some kind of defect happening. She also wanted to go over some questions with me in order to better understand her plumbing system. We figured out where her main shut off, pressure valve, and the shut offs for the spigots are located. We also discussed circumstances in which they would get utilized. Mrs. Reed wrote down a list of notes that she can refer to if necessary in the future. We moved on with the possible toilet issues. There are four toilets in the home. What she had noticed is that multiple were taking a very long time to fill back up. I performed a basic inspection on all four toilets. What was discovered is that the fill valve of the two upstairs toilets were failing. They were allowing the toilets to run for an extended period before eventually shutting off. The o

Upon arrival customer stated that his old sink fell he bought a new one and also had a basket strainer as well. I gave him a price to install his new one that he had with connecting the drain as well. I siliconed the edge of the sink and he placed kickers for extra support. Upon completion I tested for any leaks and informed the customers to not put anything heavy for at least 24 hours. There is a one year warranty on the work performed today. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing
Great quality service!! Very polite and educated us along the way of service!!

Estimate to replace delta cartridge in upstairs jack and Jill bathroom. Estimate includes all labor and material Also replaced failed tub diverter that was causing water to run behind the shower and damage ceiling in garage. After all repairs there is no active leaks and tub diverter is funding properly. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling

Arrived at homeowners home. I was out previously yesterday and gave the homeowner multiple estimates to get the PRV and the upstairs bedroom bathroom toilet fill valve. They called back today wanting it done. When I arrived, I started by shutting off the water and replacing the fill valve in the upstairs bedroom bathroom toilet. I then went downstairs to the basement and cut out the old PRV and main shut off due to it being a gate valve. I installed a new ball valve for the main shut off and a new 25 AUB Prv. Once work was done. I cut on the water to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well. I have the homeowner go through and check everything just to get his approval and all is well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling, Plumbing, electric, heating and cooling. There’s a one year parts and labor warranty on all work that was completed today through keep smiling Plumbing

Leak under kitchen sink on left side, drain too short and needs tailpiece, replaced tailpiece extension and dishwasher tailpiece.tested and not leaking.

We installed and supplied a Rinnai tankless water heater 3 years ago. The Stepps came home from vacation to isolation valves leaking. We replaced isolation valves and performed descale to tankless water heater to remedy issues.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Fairnot. She brought me to the powder room with the toilet issue. The toilet is showing signs of a basic clog. I explained to Mrs. Fairnot that I would initially use my toilet auger under the assumption that it is a basic clog. We would resort to the backup plan of removing the toilet in order to run the sewer machine if necessary. She allowed me to inspect her water pressure while I was here. The water pressure was perfectly healthy. I put an estimate together utilizing the $75 promotional coupon. Mrs. Fairnot agreed to it, allowing me to move forward. I spent a couple of minutes running my auger and flushing the toilet multiple times. It ended up being a basic clog. No signs of a pipe blockage were showing. Nothing else was noticed during the visit. It was a pleasure helping you today! * No Warranty on toilet clogs.

20 year old 40 gal. Gas water heater leaking from bottom, supply and installed 40 gal. Gas Bradford White water heater with expansion tank, ball valve and 6 year warranty on the tank.

Upon arrival customer stated that she has been having 2 bathrooms remodeled and needs the sinks and faucets hooked up and she also expressed that her hose bibs were working before the construction but now they are not. I let the customer know that the counter tops will need to be installed before I can install the faucets and that I can get an estimate worked up for her. As we were inspecting the cabinets I noticed that there are valves inside two of the cabinets. I checked to see if they were on or off and they were off so I turned them back on and found the when the cabinets were being installed the valves to the hose bibs were turned off and never turned back on. Customer was left with an estimate to install the faucets and hook up the sinks

Estimate to install a new Kohler water closet in master bathroom. Estimate includes all labor and material as well as disposal of existing toilet. Replace water closet in upstairs master bathroom. With installation I installed a new supply line, wax ring, flange bolts, and sealed the bowl to the floor. No leaks after installation. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling

Upon arrival customer stated that her toilet just kept on running. She tried closing it at the emergency stop in emergency. I wouldn’t close as well. I seen that the fill valve just kept on running. It was a new Kohler toilet, and for some reason the fill valve went bad even though the pressure at the house is at 70. Could’ve just been bad from the start. There’s no further leaks in the leak was fixed. There is a six month warranty On the emergency shut off valve and then there’s a 90 day warranty on the fill valve. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing.

At todays service, Mr. Julian was expericing an issue with the garage lights, garage outlets, living room lights, bathroom lights as well as the bathroom outlets all not working. He explained that he had unplugged an extension cord from a keyless fixture outlet adapter and it had sparked. Upon evaluating this, I determined the sparking was from the pullchain itself making contact with the hot prong of the extension cord when it was actively being pulled out. As the breaker was not actively tripped, I proposed diagnostic work to get into the wiring to ascertain the issue. Mr. Julian agreed to this estimate. Therefore, I located the problem in the hall bathroom receptacle. As a result of the short from unplugging the extension cord in the garage, the surge of power it produced was enough to breaker the neutral back stab connection in the bathroom outlet. As such, I recommended the outlet be replaced to which he agreed. I also waived the diagnostic towards this repair. With this problem c

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a sump pump issue. We had replaced this august of 2024, he showed me what it was doing and I saw that it was draining pretty slow. But I then heard the pump turn on so it indicated me that the pump wasn’t the issue there was something maybe in he p trap clogging it and making it drain slow. I took apart the p trap and saw a lot of gunk in it, I then look on top of the pumps basin and saw there was a filter that has to be cleaned out every certain months. I went ahead and took apart the filter and saw it was completely covered in gunk. There was the issue. I charged them a basic diagnostic to clean it out. After putting everything back I let water run and the pump pumped the water out perfect twice. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!

At today’s visit, Mrs. Mentor is looking to get an all in one washer and dryer combo. She was looking to get a quote for the electrical install for this unit and thus we evaluated the home and talked about different locations. I provided three estimates for the electrical installations consisting of a dedicated circuit within 15 feet of the panel box, a dedicated circuit to the exterior back wall of the home in the basement living room area, as well as an estimate for a dedicated circuit for a washer and dryer as separate units to the living room area of the basement on the side wall of the house. Mrs. Mentor is also in need of a plumbing estimate for having the water lines installed and as so, I scheduled for a plumber to come out tomorrow morning between 8-12 to evaluate the project.

Upon arrival customer claimed that his water heater was not working at all. Before even checking the water heater, I asked the customer to give me all the information he has on the water heater. He told me it was a 20-year-old whirlpool water heater. And that he tried turning the pilot light on multiple times and it stays on for about a minute and goes back off. After going and checking the water heater, I saw rust on both nipples on top of the water heater, indicating a small leak. I mentioned it to the customer and took pictures of it. They had a 50 gallon whirlpool. I started talking with the customer, and I gave him my honest recommendation. Since the water heater is way out of warranty and whirlpool does not make no water heater anymore. The best thing to do in this case is to put in a brand new water heater to also have that piece in mind that everything is working properly. I still Diagnose the issue on the water heater, the light blinked 8-3 and It was an electrical issue. I to

Upon arrival, customer showed me the tub spout that they were trying to replace themselves. They took the old tub spout out and came across with this adapter of some sorts. They informed me that they also had the same issue with all the hose bibs. I tried taking off this adapter off, but couldn’t what I decided to do was just reuse the adapter that was on because it screwed onto the new tub spout and just put new gaskets in it and put some pipe dope and checked for any leaks. There is no leaks. I just charged a simple diagnostic. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

Noise in pipes when water ran and leaking from pressure valve, checked water pressure and was over 100 psi which is too much.cut out and replaced pressure reducing valve

I arrived on site today to install a new hose bib to replace the one on the side of the house that the homeowners have not been able to shut off because the handle had broken off and the bell housing was siezed. Today I fixed the issue by replacing it with a new 1/4 turn hose bib and installed a shut off valve for the hose bib so it can be winterized when the time comes. 1 year warranty Thank you for choosing Keepsmiling plumbing, electric, heating and cooling!

Dispatch fee for coming out. Homeowner would rather go with home warranty claim for plumbing issues. Needs to replace water heater with short and corresponding breaker. Faucet has a slow drip in downstairs hall bathroom, water pressure is at 59 PSI. Screws for faucet handles are stripped out, so faucet will have to be replaced. Homeowner did not want to replace hose spigot because of pricing.

I arrived at champion self storage. I was greeted by management and had him explain everything to me that was going on and he explained that their water bill is normally 40$ and has went up to 900$. I asked if they have seen any water or have any toilets that are running and he’s playing. There are no toilets that are running, and there is no visible water that they have found. I had him go, show me the toilets and all the fixtures to make sure nothing was running and everything is well. I went out to the meter and saw that it was spinning. So then I had management show me where the main shut off valve is to the building, then I shut it off and went back out to the meter to see if it was still spinning and it was telling me that the week is outside of the building under the ground somewhere. From there I was able to create two estimates one if they wanted to replace the line and not have any further issues and a five-year warranty or another option is to have leak detection come out a

Upon arrival customer showed me a black spot in the ceiling close to where the restroom was. He took me upstairs where the restroom was I tested everything by flushing the toilet filling up the tub testing the overflow pond doing so there was no leaks. I went up to the attic check for any possible signs of a leak. There was a bunch of lines ran for the AC and some vent lines but the vent lines were close to where that black spot in the ceiling was customer thought that we did leak detection and we had the equipment to look through the wall and see if there was a leak. I informed the customer that I would need to charge a diagnostic fee to cut out a piece of the sheet rock to put eyes on this possible leak customer wanted leak detection done. Customer also was telling me how he had to replace some parts on some faucets and toilets so I checked the pressure to his house it was just sitting under 80 I recommended a PRV replacement he was more focused on the black spot in the ceiling I can
