Upon arrival, homeowner stated that they had a leak on their water meter. They called the city and the city determined it was not on their side. After investigating, I determined that the leak was on the check valve on the water meter it failed due to old age and corrosion. After that was found, I gave the homeowner two repair options. One for just replacing the section that is leaking and another for replacing the section and adding a quarter turn ball valve. The homeowner decided to go with the repair and the ball valve just so they wouldn’t have any problems in the future. After work was completed I tested to make sure that everything was running properly and that there were no more leaks. All work that’s was performed today has a 90 day labor and parts warranty. I was met n site by Mr. Kossi. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling because he and his wife believe they have high water pressure. He turned on the kitchen faucet to show me. I agreed that it appeared to be operating under high pressure. I asked to be escorted to the water heater so that I can inspect the pressure. The home was operating under approximately 120 psi. The original pressure valve was installed with two union connections. However, it was a different brand than typical. I discussed with Mr. Kossi about two scenarios for replacing the pressure valve. One: attempting a straight swap out with hopes that the threads of the two different brands would match. Two: having to cut the wall open and re-pipe the set up if the brands do not match. Prices for both scenarios were provided. It was agreed to attempt to swap out first, then move on with the backup plan if necessary. The estimate was agreed-upon, allowing me to move forward. Mr. Scott called us out because he saw water running down side of home. Upon arrival found that water hose was left on causing leak. I also performed a complimentary water heater and pressure inspection, which I found water heater is over 10 years old as well as pressure reducing valve. Water pressure on home 70psi

Came out to the Haynie residence for a couple of things she would like done on July 7.

Rebuild toilet tank on glacier bay toilet in 1/2 bath by main floor garage entrance Insured no leaks by repeatedly flushing toilet, numerous times 6 month warranty

Today we came out to complete estimate on digging, exposing, and repairing outdoor clean out located in front of home. Exposed pvc pipe which was over 8ft deep and found that wye fitting was broken and intrusion of roots. Sewage started flowing from pipe. Properly exposed pipe, made repairs and tested. Spread concrete around each connection that we made and backfilled. Lost a bit of dirt due to sewage and rain but backfilled to rough grade as best we could. Spread grass seed and wheat straw to help control erosion. No issues were detected after all work was completed. Ran camera inspection after work was done and cleaned area. Arrived at homeowners home. Home was having issues with his guest house bathroom toilet no flushing. After talked with the homeowner he explained that he had his second tank pumped out about 2 1/2 years ago and it is only his daughter and someone else that is living in the guesthouse so there’s not that much water being used. So he believes that there is a problem with the toilet. From there I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to auger the bathroom toilet. The homeowner approved. I tried to order the guest bathroom toilet, but was unable to. I went out to the septic tank to see if I could find the clean out and I was able to. I opened the clean out and found that it was holding water. The septic tank was about 8 feet away from the clean out so I took 10 foot stick of pex off my truck and stuck it down the clean out to see if I can hit a blockage and I did not telling me that the septic tank is full of water. Which would make sense due to the fact that we have had a lot of rain

Upon arrival we tested plumbing system to see if it would recreate gurgle. We ran kitchen sink bathroom sink flushed toilet and ran washing machine all at the same time and could not get any bubbling or backing up. No problems at this moment.

Upon an arrival, customer stated she had a lavatory fixture that needed replacing and also a shower head replaced in master bath. All fixtures customer supplied. Presented quote to customer and she agreed. Removed old lavatory fixture and drain assembly and installed new Delta faucet with drain assembly. Tested and found no issues. In master shower, removed old shower heads were and installed new shower head with hose. Tested and no issues detected. Technician performed tune up for 2 systems. Both filters were replaced. Upstairs unit needed to be vacuumed because safety pan was full. Both drain lines were cleared of debris. Both blower motors are pulling normal amperage indoors. Outdoor pressures are in normal range for both condensers. Both outdoor capacitors are in good standing. Both units have at least a 15 degree temperature difference. No other faults found at this time. I have returned to the Moore residence to replace three fixtures. The fixtures I have replaced all are pendants. The heights have been adjusted for safe reaching. The light in the laundry can be reached with step ladder. The other lights can be reached safely using a 6ft ladder. The one fixture in the guest bathroom has a lock ring that doesn’t tighten down to well. This isn’t what holds the fixture in place but I made the customer aware of the issue. This lock ring only holds the canopy cover. I’ve provided bulbs that should give enough light. 1,100 lumens at 3500k color. At any moment the light color can be changed at the base of the bulb. Sorry I was unable to get them prior to the job. End result is that all fixtures are working and just need their bulbs installed. I have provided them before leaving.

Homeowner wanted a water heater flush on her 9 year old water heater. I talked to the homeowner to make sure that she was aware that keep smiling can do the flush, but since the water heater is so old, we are not responsible for any leaks on the water heater if they do appear. I made sure she was aware of the possibility of the heater leaking and she still wanted to proceed. During the flush I made an estimate for the homeowner about replacing the old heater with a braford white water heater and explained what that came with. After the flush I filled up the water heater and luckily there were no leaks currently and turned on her hose bibs that were turned off at the shut offs.

Upstairs hall toilet and downstairs hall toilet both had soft tissue clog. Most likely due to use of wipes. Cleared toilets with auger and flushed multiple times to make sure they are clear. No warranty on drain clearings. Thank you for choosing keep smiling.
Called in with leaking disposal, and was scheduled in immediately. Victor is very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing a good job. Impressed with this young man.

Upon arrival, customer stated that garbage disposal was leaking from bottom. After inspection , found that disposal did have a leak when water was used and was coming from inside of disposal. Recommended replacement of disposal and customer agreed. Also, in hall bath shower valve, very little water pressure was coming from hot side. Stated to customer that cartridge would need replacing. Water pressure in home was at a safe setting and other fixtures in home had no pressure issues. Customer agreed to have cartridge replaced. New disposal was installed and secured with bracket and no leaks were detected after installation. Shut water off to home, drained lines, and removed cartridge from shower valve, installed new OEM cartridge and tested. Water pressure to hot side was still low. Shut water off again and when removing new cartridge, found that it was not in proper working order. Installed another cartridge and still, pressure was low. Stated to customer that next step would be to repl

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a flapper issue Asher sit would not flush. After inspecting it I saw it was a Mansfield flush valve. I gave the customer option and they went with a new toilet. Replaced hall toilet with an American standard. 1 year warranty

Upon arrival, customer was complaining about sewage ejector pump in basement running at odd times. Found to be a fill valve was bad in basement toilet causing water to continuously run. Repalced fill valve, turned on water to toilet. Tested for leaks and proper function. No leaks found at this time. Also tested for proper function of sewage pump. Everything worked 100%. Upon arrival customer showed their garbage disposal, where it was really clogged up and holding water on that side of the bowl. I tried to turn it manually, but it was so rusted and seized up that I could not get it to move. I gave the customer a price to change out the disposal. Customer unfortunately said it was too high. I tried negotiating a price Bring the price drastically down to get them up and running. I ended up charging a dispatch fee and leaving them an estimate to change out the disposal. Upon arrival, customer had leak coming from cold cartridge on master Lav faucet. He had replaced spring and seat end external o ring already. I was met on site by Mr. Magby. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling in order to replace two bathroom faucets and the garbage disposal. The disposal is approximately 12 years old and has a plastic fork jammed into it. The two faucets are both in the master bathroom. Mr. Magby wants all three swapped out just so everything is fresh and new. He already purchased both faucets and the disposal. I verified that the water pressure is within the safe operating range and put together multiple options. Mr. Magby agreed to the full replacement estimate, allowing me to move forward. I took the time necessary to replace all three items. New supply lines are installed with the faucets as well. I gave everything a thorough test. Everything was operating properly with no signs of leaks or defects. Mr. Magby’s kitchen sink had also become loose over time with usage. I informed him that he would need to get a countertop contractor, but I did tighten the connections to make it more secure. Th

I called another company , they came out today, gave same diagnosis as Sammy, got back to me in two hours with a quote and will install tomorrow, the day I was supposed to meet with your salesman.
