Arrived at customers house to give quote for install of items in home after talking to customer ended up adding two ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and one chandelier in downstairs den didn’t charge for moving light in den from one spot to another used it as a discount

Remove customers kitchen sink and install customers new kitchen sink, faucet and rework drain.

Customer has leak in water line to yard hydrant,dug up and repaired pvc water line and connect to yard hydrant.customer got gravel and concrete and I filled back in.tested and working fine.

I arrived on the job and went over the work Mrs. Manguart and Robert agreed upon. I got to work correcting the issues and installing the customer supplied dimmer. Once completed I presented everything to Mrs. Manguart and collected payment. 1 Year Warranty on Labor.

Came out to queen residence to give a estimate on a wall scone that’s angled so charged Mr.Queen a dispatch fee due to the light he has today not being able to be installed.he wants to have his new light installed on Thursday .

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Ragsdale about the work he would like performed that we discussed on our previous visit. I adjusted the price for added items, got a material list made up, bought said materials, and will be returning tomorrow to complete the work. Upon arrival, customer showed me their hallway restroom where the toilet was leaking from the bottom of the tank. I Gave an option to do a rebuild on the toilet have new parts inside the toilet. The home owner was outraged by the price that I gave him and did not want to go for that estimate I gave him an estimate to replace the seal at the bottom of the tank, he approved my estimate. I’m taking off the tank. I saw that the old gasket was very deteriorated. I installed a new one tested for leaks. There is no leaks. There is a 90 day warranty on the work performed today. Ms.Manguart wanted a ceiling removed and install a chandelier. She wanted the fixture to be moved roughly a foot over . We’ve installed a ceiling fan brace kit. Fixture is working properly. Parts and labor warranty is one year

I ran the sewer machine all the way out to the main sewer in the street.. homeowner is aware of there high water pressure he said that’s the way we like it..

Customer has leak somewhere in main line is approximately 400’ from meter to house.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Gaines. She spoke with me about her and her husband‘s experience with their sinks backing up. The primary issues are derived from the master bathroom sink and the hallway bathroom sink. They also had concern about the kitchen sink. I spent time assessing all three and confirmed that the master bathroom and hallway bathroom sinks back up. The kitchen sink appeared to be fine. No signs of backups with the toilets or the showers. I provided options regarding using a sewer cable in an attempt to alleviate the backups. I spoke with Mrs. Gaines about it along with Mr. Gaines on the phone. They agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I managed to get the master bathroom sink unclogged. I ran many gallons in order to properly test it. The hallway bathroom sink has a deeper issue going on. The cast-iron within the basement is a direct issue and needs to be replaced. After investigation of the home, it was found that the customer has an original ABS drain system that is failing with mini low points in the crawlspace, and needs to be replaced, as well as some polybutylene that has began to fail Customer has requested for a day to look over personal finances to figure out when we are ready to move forward with phase 1 of many projects

Upon arrival I noticed two toilets out of four, were leaking down and needed complete rebuilds to get them back to normal functioning. I replaced a broken handle in a back left bathroom. Rebuilt men’s toilet front right of office entrance.. I rebuilt toilet tank completely in right rear of office space.this bathroom is labeled men’s women’s and handicap.

Both toilets not draining,checked cleanout outside and is clear,augered both toilets and cleared,tested and draining fine,also installed customer supplied hand held showerhead

Upon arrival, customer stated that they had high water bill I checked inside of there was any Visible leak. I didn’t see any type of water running down the walls and then went out and checked the meter. I couldn’t find the meter because it was hiding somewhere in the Pinestraw. After looking for a while I found the meter. Do tonight find me a shut off valve coming inside the house I cannot isolate the main waterline feeding the house. I asked them if they could not run any water. I checked the meter waited for a couple minutes there was no indication on the meter that water was running I went back inside and checked The two toilets waited there to make sure it wouldn’t keep on running. Being running power to a sub-panel within the garage, then from there running power to the lift and air compressor. Our client will be considering our quote.

Uninstalling an existing flood light to install a new security flood light in its place. Diagnosing the flood lights to confirm they work and replacing the bulbs in another flood light.

Upon arrival at customers house, customer informed me that they didn’t have any hot water that Robert the electrician came out and had to connect the wires right to the water heater because the water heater was not connected right. After further inspection, I saw that the lower thermostat was burnt. I inform this to the customer that due to the damage it would probably be best to replace the whole water heater and wire them the correct way from the very start he told me that they would get back to me with a decision. Customer had a basic flush mount light over the shower with integrated led that was flickering and would get worse the longer it stayed on. I informed him that these lights are common to go out and the issue may be the light. He agreed on replacement for the light. I changed the light and tested it after the install to make sure it was working properly.

Upon arrival, customer showed me his garbage disposal. He said that there was a bunch of buildup and didn’t like how it smell there was visible buildup and rust on the garbage disposal. He wanted a new garbage disposal. I presented him the estimate he approved it. Upon taking the old garbage disposal off, I saw that one of the wires wasn’t even properly connected. I installed a new one. I checked for any leaks ran it for a couple minutes. I also took out the P-trap, inspected it and installed it back on. Customer initially thought panel had failed because he lost power to half of the basement. He guided me to the panel labeled “downstairs” where I saw only 3 circuits, with one a 240v circuit. The pane looked to still be in good shape for its age, so I told the customer the best thing to do is a diagnostic. He agreed and I proceeded to try to resolve the issue. While I was exploring the circuit I found a broken outlet. The outlet was not the issue in this case but it definitely needed to be addressed. I finally was able to locate the issue when I removed a light fixture in the bathroom. The connection were made up with crimp and tape on cloth wiring. This cloth wire was brittle and cause the the wire to break. I repaired the connection and everything had power restored.

Upon arrival, customer showed me his shower, which wouldn’t turn off. He had the water turned off at the main shut off valve to the house. I asked him to turn on the water again. After inspecting it i saw that it wasn’t able to turn off. So I informed the customer that I would take it apart and see hat was going on. I charged a diagnostic fee to take it apart. After taking it all apart I recommend to the customer that it would be best to replace the cartridge. He approved my estimate.
