Slow running meter found issue in the master bath at the toilet, the flapper and fill valve need to be replaced along with the fill valve. All have been replaced and inspected for proper function. As to the water on the floor in the basement, I do not have any concrete evidence as to where the water was coming from. The only water issue that I found was the master bathroom. Upon looking at the outside I am surmising that it is a outside possible foundation issue. But I cannot say for certain. Restoration company. Hampton restoration group 678-880-8242
