At todaysvisit, Mr. Marshal was expericing an issue with an outlet in her office. The receptacle had visibly burned and melted as a direct result of running a space heater in the room. To repair this issue, it was recommended the receptalce be replaced. Mrs. Marshal agreed to this. With the burned outlet cut out and removed, the wiring was cut back to I burned wire, spliced together by means of pig-tail wiring method, and rewired to a new receptacle. I also put a new outlet cover over it as well. With the new outlet in, power has been restored to the rest of the circuit.
At todays visit, Mr. Travis had recently had a tree fall on the home which uncovered asbestos which required removal. In this process, it was found that significant electrical work needed to be performed to get the house back in a livable condition as the service is outdated and damaged, the panel box is outdated and lacking many of the required protections. It was also found that there were many buried junction boxes that were uncovered once the drywall was removed as well as exposed wiring in many locations as well. Two options were presented to Mr. Travis. The first includes Repalce into the service and panel and redeviceing the home and adding brace boxes for ceiling fans that are present all to code. The second option was to have the service and panel replaced, as for rewiring the entire house to todays standard to the code requirement. These estimates have been emailed to Mr. Travis.

Install new 50 amp breaker in the main panel, located in the garage. Run a new size 6gauge wire from the panel to the outside, where it will be protected by pvc pipe, going down to the back of the house, into the disconnect box. From the disconnect, it’ll tie into the hot tub rated for 50a.

Arrived at homeowners home. homeowner had upstairs bedroom bathroom that the mother stayed in, that the tub was leaking through the ceiling and down into the living room area, toilet was also hard to flush. After talking with the homeowner, I found that the week has been going on for quite some time but it has been such a small leak, and it leaks often on so they haven’t worried about it. The mother accidentally stopped up the toilet last night to the point where it overflowed onto the floor and leaked through the ceiling so they called us out. After inspecting work, I found that the toilet flapper chain was too long so when you would push the handle of the flush, the toilet, the flapper would only come up a little bit, and the toilet would not get a good flush. The fill valve in the toilet was also the old bowl style and did not shut off. I ran water in the shower to see if I could get it to leak but I was unable to. We ran water for about 15 to 20 minutes but it would not leak. I exp
In Ellenwood, GA, I was called to troubleshoot a wiring issue with three-way switches that were improperly connected. Upon inspection, I found that the common terminals on both switches were hooked up incorrectly. I rewired the switches by properly switching the commons, ensuring correct functionality. After testing, the three-way switches now work seamlessly, allowing the homeowner to control the lights from both locations.
Upon arrival customer claimed that he wanted his dishwasher replaced with one he had already purchased. I gave an initial price to replace it but he thought it was a little too high so I brought it down to a price we both were comfortable with (375). He agreed and signed to do work today. Once putting in the dish washer he was not happy with the outcome and wanted it screwed in the granite but unfortunately it was not in my experience because the counter top may break. We came to an agreement on putting epoxy on the brackets and hoping that could make it stable. So I went to Home Depot to get some. Once arriving to the customers house again he gave me the idea of screwing the dish washer on its walls to the cabinets. Fortunately that idea did its work and made the dishwasher very stable. After installing it properly customer ran a load and everything was working how it’s supposed to. While getting payment he told me if I could make the price into an even 400. Thank you for choosing kee
Arrived on the job and spoke with the customer about what he was needing. I let him know the price for changing the bulbs in the flood light and we agreed to move forward. Once completed the customer was happy and payment was collected. Quotes for future work were sent to the customer.

Upon arrival customer claimed he needed his stove to be connected to the gas. After checking it out, I instantly saw what I needed and gave him a price to connect the stove. He agreed on the price and work was done today. After finishing, I tested the stove out and everything was working how it’s supposed to. After I finished, I asked him while I was here if he needed any other plumbing repairs to be made, and he did say he needed his expansion tank to be swapped out. He then took me to the water heater and I saw that it was a 19 year old Rheem water heater. He told me that he will need an estimate on the expansion tank and the estimate to replace the heater. I told him that I will be sending him an estimate for the water heater since it includes The expansion tank as well. I also checked his pressure. His pressure was from 100 to 130 psi. It gave me a weird reading So I will be sending him an estimate on that as well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!
Ms Langley said her bathroom downstairs was leaking out of the tub spout. When I felt the water dripping out it was luke warm. The hot and cold side were both damaged. I gave estimates to change the valve, the stems, or just the springs and seats.
