Upon arrival customer stated that he has a pipe that is coming from the water and goes to the backyard and is occasionally spewing water out on to the ground. They also said they had another plumber out here and he took a pressure test of 95psi. I took my pressure test today and found it to be under 50 psi which is under what they are set to at the factory. I explained to the customer that this means the diaphragm inside the regulator has failed and is fluctuating pressure throughout the home. I also noticed that the thermal expansion tank is full of water and would need to be replaced. The pipe that is spewing water on the ground outside is the temperature and pressure valve on the water heater that kicks it self open when too much pressure is on the plumbing system. Customer also explained to me that he knows the water heater is getting older and wanted to know how much it would be to flush it. Arrived at homeowners home. I was greeted at the door by Miss Shelby, and she explained that her roommate was trying to sneak out the upstairs tub drain, but was unable to and it ended up backing up completely. I started by making sure that the main line wasn’t backed up so I flush the toilet and ran the vanity and everything drained fine telling me that the blockage was local to the tub. I explained that I could sneak out the drain with the attempt to clear the blockage. I gave Miss Shelby an estimate to sneak out the tub drain in the upstairs hall bathroom. Miss Shelby accepted. I did the work. I was able to clear the blockage, and when I pulled my snake back, there was a clump of hair. I had missed Shelby come and inspect the tub and showed her that the blockage was cleared by running the water and everything drained. Upon arrival, customer stated that they had a pressure issue due to their AC guy telling them that they had a pressure issue. I checked pressure to the house and read close to 90 psi. I advise the customer that it would be best to replace it and bring it down to a more safer pressure for the house. Customer approved my estimate to replace the PRV. It was a 1 inch watts 25 aub. I went back with the same type of pressure reducing valve. Upon completion of work I double checked my joints. There was no leaks. There’s a one year warranty on the work performed today. Toilet in office room is having water hammering issues. Sloan valve needs to be rebuilt with new diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Also water heater in basement has leak on T&P line. We will need to replace T&p with new one. Comes with 1 year warranty.

KSPEHC was called out for unknown leak. On arrival homeowner stated his hvac tech spotted the leak this morning. During investigation tech was able to find the source. Supply lines for laundry sink were not on the shut off valves completely. Tech was able to tighten both supply lines by hand before having to use a tool to finish tightening. Once supply lines were properly tightened tech tested and tried to recreate the leak. At this time no more water is escaping and leak had been resolved.

Upon arrival customer claimed for the dishwasher not to be draining at all and thought maybe something was clogged. Which is when she decided to call us and had us check it out. She explained there was standing water inside the dishwasher. And it wouldn’t drain. I explained that the only thing I do in these scenarios is undo the dishwasher drain into my bucket and run a couple loads to see if it drains properly. As soon as I undid the drain and pointed to my bucket, I turned the dishwasher on and it started draining. The dishwasher does not have a specific drain section. I ran a load and after sometime, I tired draining it by moving the knob but couldn’t make it drain I then kept moving it and it drained. Did this same step 3 more times and blamed the dishwasher malfunctioning. Explained everything to ma Candice and only charged a diagnostic fee for the time. Recommended to find an appliance guy to repair. Or try to look for a new dishwasher and I will send her an estimate to replace

Client wanted a ceiling fan replacement. We’ve removed the previous fixture . Customer plans on returning fixture. Unfortunately the new ceiling fan didn’t come with bulbs. We have provided bulbs and installed for an additional cost. Bulb base e12, color temp 2700,200 lumens, and energy consumption 2.2w equivalent to 25w. Once the fixture was installed we have tested and it is working properly. One year labor warranty with parts not included.

Arrived at property. After talking with management, they explained that the back bathroom in the senior preachers office, the toilet and shower backed up. After talking with management, they explained that they had somebody come and try to fix a leak on the toilet, but did not turn off the water and ended up flooding the building. They had the fire department come out and shut off the main to the building until they can get the issue taken care of. They were able to find a shut off valve for the bathroom so they shut off the water to that specific bathroom and then turned back on the main. After inspecting the toilet, I explained that I would have to pull the toilet and then I would run my sewer machine with the attempt to clear the blockage. Then I would run my camera to investigate what was going on and why it backed up. And I gave the management an estimate to pull the toilet and run a sewer camera and sewer machine. Install customer supplied kitchen faucet. Also install customer supplied vanity faucet with new pop up assembly In powder room upstairs. Master bathroom pop up assembly in left sink needs a new oil rub bronze piece for the trim to match faucet.

Upon arrival I was shown to the upstairs master bathroom. The tub and toilet are both extremely slow draining. The toilet is not flushing at all. Need to use a toilet auger to attempt to clear the blockage without pulling the toilet to see if it is a minor soft stoppage in the master bathroom. After using the toilet auger I pulled out a Christmas ornament. Everything in the bathroom is functioning normally again.

Upon arrival, I jackhammer around then meter box to take out the meter box and make a proper repair. After digging around the meter there was shark bite connections going from the meter to the prv. Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak on his toilet. After inspecting toilet, I saw that the flush valve was broken and was broken at a spot un repairable. Customer also asked if I could change the fill valve as well. I gave him an estimate and he agreed, he payed upfront since he was the landlord and had to leave asap. Came out to the Steinberg residence to determine why the ac wasn’t working upon diagnostic discovered that the 25 amp breaker had malfunctioned and had to be replaced additionally there was only 120 volts coming into the disconnect so that tells me that there’s either a bad tap somewhere or a break in the wire Mr.Steinberg opted to go ahead and ran a brand new circuit instead of trying to pin point where it was broken.Also repalced the disconnect with a 60 amp disconnect with a built in surge for the unit.(1 year warranty.)Upon departure verified the power going into the air handler is where it should be and it is.System did not turn on but me and the homeowner think it’s something on the ac side not electrical.

I also cleaned out the trap that had some buildup after running my sewer machine and cleaning out the P-trap. I ran some water and drained out perfectly fine. There is a 30 day warranty. Came out to the Findley residence to install 2 new customer supplied ceiling fans.( 1 year warranty on labor .)

Upon arrival I was shown to the downstairs bathroom where the pedestal faucet is. Replacing the faucet and popup assembly in that bathroom. Then I was shown upstairs to the master bathroom with a double vanity. They also want to have those faucets replaced with 2 wide spread lavatory faucets. They are both the same in that bathroom. Removed the downstairs pedestal lavatory faucet and drain. Replaced back with new faucet and push button popup assembly. Tested for leaks by filling the sink up multiple times. Removed both of the upstairs master bathroom lavatory faucets and drains. Installed new lavatory faucets and drains. Tested for leaks by filling both sinks multiple times.

KSPEHC returned to perform task from previous estimate. Tech created access on backside of shower wall. Removing Sheetrock allowed tech to access back of mixing valve. Once access was created tech was able to successfully reconfigure piping system for hot and cold to be connected to proper side of the valve. Originally these pipes were installed backwards. Hot was cold and cold side was hot. Per manufacturer, having these lines swapped could cause improper functioning of the mixing valve as well as cause unseen damage to the inside. After another conversation with the manufacturer tech was instructed to remove built in valve stops to check for damage or corrosion. Once tech was able to access hot side he found another pressure ballance spring assembly that was in pieces. Cold side was still in tact. Manufacture is sending out these replacement pieces at no cost to homeowner. Parts should arrive within 6-8 days. Once these parts are installed the mixing valve should retur

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Cundill. She has squirted me to the master bathroom to show me the leak happening under the left hand sink. There was an active drip happening from the hot water emergency shut off. I performed a brief assessment and confirmed that this is the only leak happening at the sink. Also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank in case either of those are relevant. The water pressure is within the safe range, but the thermal expansion tank has failed. I explained to Mrs. Cundill the importance of the thermal expansion tank. Multiple estimates were provided and discussed. Mrs. Cundill has chosen to only have me replace the emergency shut off. She signed the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I shut the water off to the property in order to make the replacement possible. I took the time I needed to swap out the original shut off with a new one. The system was pressurized in order to perform a test on the new shut off connections. No signs

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Chelko. He escorted me to the upstairs guest bathroom to show me the stand in shower that has been backing up. I ran a small amount of water confirming that the shower is indeed backing up. I let Mr. Chelko know that the strategy for shower backups is to first attempt to clear it with a cable. If anything more were to be required, then it would be discussed accordingly. Mr. Chelko brought me to his water heater so that I can inspect the water pressure on the property. The pressure is within the safe range for operation. I provided the estimate for using my cable for the shower. The estimate was agreed-upon, allowing me to move forward. I ran approximately 20 feet of my drill powered cable. I also spent a little bit of time tracing the approximate path of the drain pipe. The cause of the blockage eventually worked its way out.
