Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Hough. He brought me over to his kitchen sink to show me the 3/4 horsepower garbage disposal that he has already purchased and would like installed to replace the original. Mr. Hough also asked for me to help with his dishwasher. I informed Mr. Hough that he would need to contact an appliance contractor to assist with that. I assessed the sink and talked with Mr. Hough for a few minute. I presented multiple estimates to choose from. Mr Hough chose an option, allowing me to move forward. I uninstalled and discarded the original disposal. With the new disposal installed I attempted to reconnect all of the tubular drain pipes. The two disposals had slightly different positions. This forced me to perform a minor adjustment to the tubular pipes. I tested the disposal and drainage upon completion. Upon arrival, customer stated he wanted to install a full house, carbon filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis underneath the sink. He also wanted to install a Moen flow on his main waterline. All three items are custom supplied. Full house carbon filtration will be approximately 10 feet away from main waterline, the reverse osmosis is inside his kitchen sink. The main waterline is coming into his home inside the basement on the far end provided customer with estimate to install all of the items. I also provided customer with estimate to replace their 50 gallon gas water heater.

Ms Findlay called us out about a garbage disposal that was not draining or even cutting on. So after we looked at the disposal. She decided to go with a new garbage disposal. We also talked about her other basket strainer and how she wanted it to match the Crome strainer we were installing for the disposal.We will Install a new 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal in kitchen. Also install new basket strainer on left side of sink to match. Disposal Comes with 1 year labor warranty 3 year parts warranty.

On arrival inspected 80% gas furnace not heating and short cycling. Found that the media filter was very dirty blocking air flow, also error code indicating low flame sense current. Cleaned carbon buildup off flame sensor. Tested system and allowed to run for 15 minutes to ensure proper operation and not short cycling. System is now heating as it should. Leak on city side city is repairing leak

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a main waterline leak and water was showing up on his driveway. Provided a customer with estimate to perform an exploratory dig and repair the leak. Customer approved estimate. After digging up the grass area beside the driveway, I found the leak to be coming from a transition fitting from 3/4 black poly to PEX pipe. I removed the section of pipe that was leaking and replaced it with three-quarter inch PEX pipe. After repair was made I turned the water on from the meter to make sure repair was free of leaks. The meter was still spinning, indicating that water was leaking somewhere else. Customer shut the main valve off inside the home in the basement to isolate the main waterline outside. Customer has a secondary leak coming from his main waterline. Provided customer estimate to run a new waterline from the meter to the house. We will have to board underneath the driveway in order to run the new waterline. Customer did not approve estimate and is go

Customer became aware of his zinsco panel through his insurance company. Due to the brand and age of the panel, I highly recommend to replace it. Customer agreed that it’s time for the panel to go. I the got started on replacing the panel with a brand new one. After the replacement was done, I checked all the voltages to make sure they were good. Everything checked and I replaced an outlet in the music room as a courtesy.

Work will be performed on January 16 2025 to do a spot repair on main waterline

$79 Dispatch fee The ice maker shut off valve for the kitchen fridge is leaking out of the stem at a constant rate. It is now traveling underneath the floor in the kitchen and seeping through in multiple spots. Replacing the ice maker shut off valve will fix all known in the kitchen area. Once replaced I will turn back on the water to check for any more leaks.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Ashby. She brought me to her gas, log fireplace in the main level living room and described to me what she’s been experiencing with it recently. She mentioned that she has not had any issues with getting the fireplace lit. What’s going on is the fireplace will suddenly stop after a few hours in operation. This includes the pilot light. I activated the fireplace to witness the fact that it would kick on, and further assessed the style that she owns. It was noticed that the pilot went out when it shouldn’t. I informed Ms. Ashby that the starting point for gas, log fireplaces to perform a routine maintenance. Informed of what the maintenance entails and provided a price. She agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner wanted an estimate to install a customer supplied garbage disposal. After talking with the homeowner, he explained it he is replacing it due to the age and it has stopped working. He explained that it is over 30 years old. After inspecting the area, I explained that I would like to check the pressures to make sure that it is in working range. The homeowner took me to the water heater so I could check the pressure at the bottom but after inspecting the water heater I found that it was from 2007 telling me that it is 18 years old and well past its life expectancy. I explain to the homeowner that I would like to check the pressure at the back water hose and the pressure was 90 psi. I explain to the homeowner that that is high and that his PRV has failed. I explained that I would give the homeowner three options. The first one is a customer supplied garbage disposal, the second option is a PRV replacement and the customer supplied garbage disposal and

Replaced hot and cold stems in basement bath

KSPEHC was called out to service a commercial mixing valve. Once on site tech spoke with chief engineer who brought him to the second floor of the hotel where the water heaters are located. Approval was given for tech to disassemble existing mixing valve and service the unit. Internal mechanisms were cleaned and debris removed from within the unit. All o ring gaskets were replaced as well as main mounting gasket. Once service and cleaning was completed tech reassembled thermostatic mixing valve and engaged the recirculating pumps once again. Once temperature was steady tech made necessary adjustments to the mixing valve to keep water temp to code allowed temperatures. No issues at this time.

Customer had leak in ceiling from m bath tub,found was leaking from tub drain,removed tub drain and there was no putty,installed putty and tightened,tested and not leaking,also cut ceiling directly below drain and tested and not leaking.

Came out to the Sullivan residence to pull 3 new outlets from existing outlets about 31/2 feet away from 1 in a single gang and the other 2 in a 2 gang about a foot away.(1 year warranty.)

Emailed quotes customer has moved out and not ready to proceed until is cleaned.

Estimate for 3 toilets and 1 kitchen faucet

The current dishwasher shut off valve is a 5/8 outlet and they are having the dishwasher replaced. Need to install new shut valve for it has a proper 3/8 outlet for the dishwasher to connect to. Replacing the shut off valve is give the new dishwasher a proper place to connect onto. Unsoldered the old shut off valve and replaced back with new compression stop. It compressed on crooked so had to replace the full tee. With new angle stop and straight stop. Went back with new Propress tee.
