KSPEHC was called out to look at installing two submeters Once on site tech was shown the two locations for potential submeter installations. Tech determined installing two was not going to serve a purpose with the way the existing plumbing is ran. In order for two submeters to make sense the distribution lines will need to be reconfigured. Due to the current set up tech suggests installing one meter with a remote read or a direct read option. Options for both have been provided to the customer.

Toilet flange was broken, customer had already removed the toilet, but was unsuccessful in securing the flange repair to the concrete. We were able to properly secure the flange repair kit to the concrete, however, I noticed that the tank had been removed from the bowl of the toilet at which time we noticed that the components were older. Since the seal of the rubbers had been removed It is necessary to go ahead and replace those parts as the rubber never seats back in place properly. The rocking in the master toilet I was able to move the shim to the right location in order to stop that from rocking All the internal components of the toilet have been replaced, including a new supply line and toilet handle. There is a one year warranty on the flange, as well as all of the internal components of the toilet excluding the original porcelain

Replaced 3/4 gas whip going from integral shutoff’s valve to regulator under braising unit. Changed routing to help keep new gas line away from burner exhaust.

Came out to Dasgupta residence to give a estimate for running wires for lights in various parts of the dining room with no lights install.scheduled for Friday.

Upon arrival, customer stated they had a water heater in the attic that the gas valve needed to be replaced after further inspection. I noticed the old gas valve on the water heater was stuck on the off position. Provided customer multiple estimates to replace the water heater. Customer approved estimate to just replace the gas valve. After gas valve was replaced, I turn the water back onto the water heater and ignited the water heater to make sure my repair free leaks

Diagnosed braising fire caused by charred supply line. Returning Monday to repair

Upon arrival customer claimed their flapper was needing to be replaced. Once they took me to the toilet on the first floor. I instantly saw the flapper deteriorating. Since I was going to be having to turn water off, I told her that I was going to check pressure coming in home, before giving her prices. She took me to the water heater to get a more accurate result, while we were walking down there I was explaining to her a good psi in he home and once it exceeds that, leaks tend to happened. Her pressure was at 70 psi, but she said she prefers the pressure to be like that.so I just gave her an estimate to replace flapper. After giving her the price she agreed and signed for work to be done, I replaced flapper and flushed 3 times . Everything was working properly Thank you for choosing keep smiling!!!!

Toilet tank cracked,supply and install new toilet and replaced broken flange in m bath.

Entire home is backed up, but water is slowly making its way back down. Was able to confirm the house is on septic and has not been pumped. Based on the layout of the piping in crawlspace and location of toilet, it appears to be a septic tank that is full. Recommended tenant call a septic company.

Cornerstone church has a total of 13 parking lot lights and about half are out. They would like to convert all of them over to LED.

Came out to give a estimate to change 2 large chandeliers 1 in the living room as well as the foyer,the tech will take one switch from the chandelier and tie it into the island only as well as take the recessed lights and tie them to their own switch.The tech will add 4 more (6inch ) recessed lights in the kitchen as well.The chandelier in the dining room has a moulding around it and they would like the tech to remove when I install the new chandelier.In the room across the dining room they need a new wire ran for the switch to add a chandelier as well as a proper box will take outlet off of switch and re wire to work as a constant hot.(1 year warranty ).

Manager has a main line outside the building that is clogged up with sewage coming out. Blockage would not clear with a high pressure bladder. Customer also said they believe there is a break in the line that has been there for about two years. Will cable main line to clear blockage. Once flow is restored, Keep Smiling will run a camera to determine cause of blockage, pipe integrity, and possible warranty. Cannot warranty flow. Sewer line has three failures. There is a sag/belly in the line directly at and after the clean out access point outside the kitchen, several feet after the belly ends there is a hole/break in the PVC, and several feet after the break there is a extremely large sag/belly in the sewer line. Was able to establish flow, but cannot give ANY WARRANTY. Sewer main needs to be dug up and replaced completely. Will provide estimate for repair.

Evaluated wires in attic and found one wire that had been damaged. I installed junction in attic and restored power to the ceiling fan.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Roussell. She escorted me to the backyard to show me the saturated ground while she expressed her issue with a possible leak under the foundation. I performed a basic diagnostic in order to confirm whether or not there is an active water leak. The meter was spinning. I turned off the main indoor shut off to isolate the service line. The meter was not spinning. The main service line is not leaking. I attempted to close the hot water shut off, but this shut off was defective. I also discovered that the thermal expansion tank had failed. I explained to Ms. Roussell the this shut off would be helpful for the purposes of this leak inspection. I provided pricing for replacing both parts. She agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. Before performing this work, Ms. Roussell agreed to have me call National Leak Detection. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Angulo. he has escorted me to the master bathroom to show me the running soaking tub. There was a constant drip exiting the spout. I explained that I would initially attempt to only replace the hot and cold cartridges. Replacing the entire valve and faucet set would be the back up plan if the issue persists. I also discovered that the house has high water pressure along with the expansion tank being bad. I explained this to Mr. Angulo. He called Mrs. Angulo so that I could explain it to her as well. I generated an estimate for replacing all three components. Discussing the estimate, Mr. and Mrs. Angulo discussed what to do and agreed to the estimate. I turned the water off and drain the entire house. Including emptying the water heater. I replaced the cartridges, pressure valve, and expansion tank. Pressurized the system in order to test the work for operation and possible leaks. Everything checks out. I tested and adjusted the water pressure to app

Customer had a bedroom circuit constantly tripping art fault breaker. She then had a friend replaced the breaker with a regular breaker, but the issue continued. After doing diagnostics, I was able to narrow down the issue to the light fixture in the bedroom where I found two nicked wires. One wire was noticeably, pinched by the fixture bracket and upon a closer inspection you you can see copper exposed. The second wire coming from the light fixture itself, was slightly nicked by a knife, potentially creating the slow tripping as opposed, the other wire would trippy immediately when the second switch was turned on. I then wrap both wires with some electrical tape to prevent it from shorting out with metal box now everything seems to be working as it should.

Upon arrival, customer stated water heater was leaking in basement. Bottom of water heater has blown out and causing leak on to basement floor. Customer was left with two estimates one for replacement of the water heater with Keep Smiling supplying the heater and one to install a heater supplied by the customer.

Upon inspection water heater is not leaking. Leak is coming from hvac ducts on top of heater making it seem like water heater is leaking. She just had is replaced a year ago. Going to call company out to see why hvac is leaking.

Estimate

I arrived to the property and the customer had an issue with their waste pump under their cabinet in the downstairs bar area. The customer tried telling me due to me draining the water heaters in their yard, I caused their pump to become defective. Upon arrival, I examined the sewage ejection pump without power going to it, I plugged it in, and the pump started pumping out water. I took off the cover lid to inspect the internal components of the pump, hoping that the float was stuck, and I could easily fix it. However, the pump worked as it should, the check valve was allowing water to pass through back into the pump causing an endless loop. I explain to the customer check valves go bad overtime and sink never being used according to the customer that is the reason it is now acting up. The call was recorded on in case the recording is necessary. Also a video is attached of the pump, fully training the tank, then refilling with no water, running through the faucet due to the check valve

Navien tankless water heater were throwing “736” code which is a communication issue with the two units. Reset communication to heaters to solve issue. No charge under warranty.

I arrived to the property and flushed both of the customers 50 gallon gas water heaters.

Dispatch fee waived by office. Customer not ready to go with work, just getting quotes ahead of time of renovation. Customer is gathering multiples quotes. Kitchen will be ready for work Monday.
