Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival , indoor blower would not turn on. After replacing capacitor in furnace unit began operating. Outside pressures were a little low. Recommended to resident for possible system update since unit is over 25 yrs old and has R 22 refrigerant. They said they will consider it and that the capacitor is good for now. Upon arrival customer stated that his water heater is leaking and has ordered a new one that will be here in just a few minutes. Upon inspection I found that the water heater was leaking out of the bottom and he had already drained it down and disconnected the gas. I gave the customer a price to install the heater he has supplied and he agreed today I uninstalled an old 40gal gas water heater and installed a customer supplied Rheem 40gal gas water heater. 1 year parts and labor warranty on parts supplied by Keepsmiling. Upon arrival, customer stated she had a clogged sink as well as a leaking garbage disposal. After further inspection, I noticed the sink was due to grease inside of the tubular piping underneath the sink. The garbage disposal that was leaking was due to the gasket that was connecting to the basket strainer. Customer approved estimate to replace half horsepower badger 500 garbage disposal. With the new installation of the disposal I did a complementary clean out of the P-trap in order for the sink to drain properly. After my repair was completed, I ran the water to the sink to make sure my repair was free of leaks. The sink was cleared and draining properly.

Upon arrival at customers house customer show me their kitchen sink under their sink can you turn the rainwater there in the water leaking from the garbage disposal I checked the garbage supposal where it is dead but anytime I turn it on more water would come out of the garbage disposal. I gave the customer a price to replace the garbage disposal the customer approved my estimate I also informed her about the warranty car supposed to come with a one year warranty I asked her if she wanted to upgrade but she just went with the half horsepower garbage disposal after completion. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Gryder. They scheduled an appointment with Keep Smiling due to a leak that was happening with their master bathroom toilet. I was escorted over and shown where, specifically, this leak was coming from. The toilet was leaking at the fill valve connection. The supply line was seized onto the fill valve causing the fill valve to become loose. I assured them that I would test the flush valve as well after replacing the fill valve and supply line. I inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank finding that both were fine. Mr. and Mrs. Gryder do not have any other plumbing issues. I provided an estimate for replacing the fill valve and supply line. The estimate was agreed upon, allowing me to move forward. I swapped out both parts and proceeded to test the toilet with multiple flushes. There are no leaks on the new connections. The toilet operates properly. I also used a leak detection tablet confirming that the toilet is not running. I

Technician came to replace blower motor. After replacing, unit still would not come on. After speaking with tech support, was informed that it was the board that was the root cause of blower motor failing and that both needed to be replaced. After supply house run, technician replaced both board and motor. After replacement, unit began normal operations. Checked outside units pressures, and they were in normal range. At today’s service, Mr. And Mrs. Guivens had multiple projects that wanted taken care of. This consisted of relocating an outlet for a pool pump, replacing a broken light switch in the master bathroom, diagnosing a tripped gfci receptacle, along with resecuring an outside outlet to the siding while replacing the cover. I provided an estimate for the work to which they agreed. Therefore, for the pool pump receptacle, I extended from the existing outlet box in a flexible conduit and installed 20A wiring to a newly set box on a post right beside the pump. I installed a weather rated gfci along with an in use bubble cover. It is to note, that this outlet along with the original two are all controlled by the two switches on the back deck. I replaced the single pole switch in the master bathroom as the ground wire had fallen onto the hot terminal and was tripping the breaker out. At todays visit, Mr. Mike and Rebecca had an issue with their lighting in the basement stairwell and throughout the first floor in the dining room, hallway, foyer, and hall bathroom. During my walkthrough, we located a tripped gfci. Once it was reset, everything turned back on. I proposed the rewiring of the gfci so that it would not trip the lights off in the future to which Mr. Mike agreed. Therefore, I rewired the existing gfci in a Line/Line configuration. Once the breaker was turned back on, power was restored. I also provided an estimate for replacing the main panel in the garage. The panel appears to be original to the home as it is the Brand Murray. This panel box is actively at its life expectancy for failure. I provided an estimate for replacing this and have emailed it over.

I arrived on the job today and spoke other Mrs. Waldron about the work we previously discussed to make sure everything was still good to go. I then collected my tools and got to work replacing the existing ceiling fan with a new, customer provided ceiling fan. Installing an outlet above the mantle for the tv they would like mounted there along with mounting the tv. Replacing a faulty GFCI with a new GFCI. On arrival, customer stated they had a toilet that was backed up and it was not flushing properly. After further inspection, I noticed the issue with the toilet was a soft tissue blockage due to the water going down very slowly. Customer used was unsuccessful. Customer did proof estimate to pull the toilet to run electric sewer machine. Water pressure is at 80 psi

Upon arrival customer stated that he would barely see any pressure we turned on the water on the kitchen faucet and I sprayed pretty hard I checked the pressurize the water heater which was installed back in 2021 pressure at the house was sitting at 100 he also told me about a slow drain on the shower and tub. I gave a customer a price to do both things he accepted my estimate. Upon completion of new PRV I checked pressure pressure was at a more safer pressure. I then unclogged the shower and tub. There was visible hair. He then showed me other leaking faucets. There is a one year warranty on the prv. There is a 30 day warranty on the shower drain. There is a a 90 day warranty on the faucets. On arrival inspected system for water leak in basement. After inspection found condensate pump has failed. It is intermittently functioning. When pump is full the float is getting stuck and not activating motor to pump water out. Discussed findings with homeowner and he would like to replace pump today. Technician replaced pump and vinyl tubing to outdoors and secured to outdoor condenser pad. System is functioning properly now. Upon arrival, homeowner stated that he checked home water pressure and found it to be over 80 psi. After further inspection, found that water pressure was at nearly 100psi and also found that expansion tank had failed. It was full of water and started causing pipe to bend. Recommended that pressure regulator valve be replaced and also expansion tank be replaced. Also noticed water heater was due for replacement. Mr.Cotta had a track light that was hanging from the light box. After looking at the fixture I noticed it wouldn’t be able to go back up and hold for long. I’ve recommended we install a new fixture. Preferably with no bulbs and a high lifespan. I went to Home Depot and presented 3 different options. The one selected was the 16” led fixture. I’ve installed the new fixture and set the color to the one preferred. The fixture is working properly.
