Today we came out to make repairs to pvc drain connection for dishwasher drain hose. Made proper repairs and sealed properly. Was not able to test due to new dishwasher not being installed yet. Customer is having Home Depot return to install dishwasher. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing.

Upon arrival we ran water in the kitchen sink the bathroom and the upstairs bathroom right above the hall bathroom that the gurgling was coming from for 20 mins. No gurgling happened at all. There was also a leak at the kitchen faucet so we recommend to have the replaced to fix the leak. No other issues were occurring at this time.

Upon arrival, private bathroom on right side of house was clogged. Pulled cleanout and line was clear outside the home. This means clog was internal, branch line stoppage on bathroom. Ran shower auger roughly 25’ down shower drain. Hit and clear what seemed to be a soft tissue clog about 10-15’ in. Ran every fixture in both bathrooms after with hot water to test and there as no more backup, flow was restored. Also cleanout had full flow of water when inspected after drain clearing. No warranty on drain clearing. If this issue happens again, we will have to pull toilet and run camera down the line to inspect for potential issues. Thank you for choosing keep smiling.

Replacing 4 fixtures on existing boxes, replacing the range outlet to fit the new range plug, installing a new line from the panel on the basement for a security flood on the back of the house, installing an outdoor outlet in the carport from the dining room circuit and correcting the wiring within the bathroom outlet. I arrived on the job today and spoke with Mr. Chapple about the work we previously agreed upon. We walked the job together to make sure all of our plans were still sound before I got to work. Once everything was confirmed Trace started on fixture replacements while I installed the new outlet in the car port. I joined Trace in replacing fixtures once done with the outlet and corrected a GFCI within the back bathroom. We then got to work installing the new security flood light to the back of the house. Once completed with all the work, pictures were taken and the customer was informed and payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty

At todays visit, I installed a 3 prong 50A 240v range receptacle in the kitchen for the new range Mr. Reggie had purchased. The old plug was a 10-30r for a 30A range and therefore the three prong cord from the new range would not plug up with it. Upon completion of the new receptacle installation, the range was tested and verified to be in working order.

Upon Cameron, the line I did find two bellies, but I don’t think that they are affecting the draining of the toilet. I recommended the customer gets a new toilet. I also checked the water pressure to the home and the water pressure was 110 psi. I recommended a new PRV. Thank you for choosing keep smiling

Reduct attic add media filter and replace both supply and return plenum with balancing dampers
Robert and Trace did an excellent job. They performed a thorough inspection and clearly explained their findings. Additionally, they were friendly and polite.

Came out to Brabton residence to do a electrical home inspection discovered multiple issues throughout the house such as,open ground on a number of GFCIs,smoke detectors out of date, burnt spots on the panel,a 60 amp disconnect floating, open splices as well as a number of loose outlets throughout the house.Did repalce a 50 amp 2 pole at no additional charge today due to the age of it as well as it wasn’t sitting properly on the busbar.Did leave a estimate to remedy all these issues that where foreseen.

Upon arrival, customer had water off and house had flooded from under the kitchen sink causing significant damage to the home. Removed the bottom of the kitchen pipe and exposed water lines. Turned on water and found that the leak was coming from beneath the slab on the hot side. The leak is caused by a failed hot water line. Water pressure in the house was reading above 75 psi. Replaced prv in the garage and turned water back onto the home (hot water shut off at the heater so it is not leaking anymore) and set water pressure to a healthy 55 psi for the cpvc waterlines in the home. Referred property medics to go look at the damage and remove the cabinets so we can return and bust up the concrete and do a repair so all the hot water can be restored in the home. Not responsible for replacing bottom of cabinet. All work comes with 1 year warranty parts and labor. Thank you for choosing keep smiling.

I was met on site by the tenant of the property. Mr. Settle is the owner and lives elsewhere. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling due a recent sewage back up in one of the bathrooms. The tenant escorted me to the bathroom that has experienced the back up. I ran some water, confirming that there is a back up. The toilet was also gurgling. I performed a full assessment by running the water in that bathroom, the other bathroom, and opening up both clean outs in the yard. The backup was isolated to that bathroom. However, I ended up running enough water for the blockage to get dislodged. I ran more water confirming that there is no longer a blockage. This tells me that the blockage was due to soft tissue. I advised the tenant to keep cognizant of that moving forward. I contacted Mr. Settle informing him about today’s visit. He plans on contacting us back if issues arise again. The dispatch fee was charged today.
Wonderful service! Very informative and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, customer stated that toilet located in hall bath had nonstop running water. After further inspection, found that fill valve was no longer functional and flapper needed replacement as well. Due to bad fill valve, water was continuously running. Since water was running, could not check water pressure. Presented quote on repairs and customer agreed. I did mention to customer that after repairs are made, I would check water pressure and if water pressure was high, warranty on today’s repairs would be voided. Shut water off at meter, customer did not want service stop replaced today, only fill valve and flapper. Made all repairs, turned water back on and tested. New fill valve and flapper function properly. Checked water pressure and found to be over 100psi. Sent customer quote for repairs and she stated she would call back at a later date. Warranty voided on repairs due to high water pressure.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had work done to the upstairs hall, bathroom tub, but when the work was completed, she had some issues so had them come back out and when they came back out, they noticed a crack on the cast-iron drain and recommended a plumber. When I arrived, I had the homeowner explain everything to me and she showed me the hole in the ceiling from where the other guys did the work and showed me the pipe. I took a look at the 4 inch cast-iron, drain line and immediately saw on the bottom of it, that there is a hairline crack, about 3 feet long on the bottom of the cast-iron drain. I explain to the homeowner that there is a crack and that I would recommend replacing the drains. I asked the homeowner if she has had any of the other drains in the house replaced and she explained that she has not. I explained to the homeowner that all the drains are the same age so if the hall bathroom drain has already got a crack in it, then the rest of the drains in the house can

Arrived at homeowners home. I was out last Saturday to clear an obstruction that was caused by the city backing up into the home. I was able to poke a hole in the blockage, but explain to the homeowner that she would have to replace two fittings underneath her crawlspace because they are packed full of tissue due to the city backing up. The homeowner called me back today because it is backing up again. I explained to the homeowner that we would have to replace the two 45s in the crawlspace, right before it leaves the crawlspace due to them being packed full of tissue. I was able to get the homeowner approved through financing, but was unable to find the parts due to supply stores being closed. I explained to the homeowner that I would be back Tuesday to do the work, but for the weekend I would run my sewer machine and get them flowing. I ran my sewer machine and was able to get the water flowing. I explained to the homeowner to not use a bunch of water because it will back up again. Th

The electrical technician, Daniel A., was on time to begin and complete the project the same day (12+ hrs). Daniel did a great job. He was very professional and respectful. He was also helpful during the inspection and staying on top of the situation with GA Power to turn the service back on after the completing the project. Project: Upgraded o/s meter; panel with new breakers; updated smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and ALL that goes with replacing this system.
The condensate drain line for my HVAC system is obstructed, and I also needed to extract water from the return plenum. I received a quotation of $2,600 due to additional services required to complete the task. Ultimately, I requested that they solely clear the clog and remove the water from the plenum, for which the estimate was $600. I declined their service and opted for another technician who completed the work for $185, providing a detailed demonstration of the work performed.
Seth was very nice and professional. He also was very honest which is something I didn’t receive from the other company that inspected my unit 1 week prior.
